Overall, my stay at Royal Tulip Muscat was a very positive experience. The receptionist and all other staff members were friendly, welcoming, and professional. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, and the breakfast buffet was delicious and diverse. However, I had an unfortunate experience during my final hour at the hotel. A staff member’s phone call to my room and the timing of the call led not to misunderstanding from my side, as they wannet me to believe. Despite this incident, I would definitely consider booking here again, as the hotel overall provided a great standard and service.

We had an amazing stay at Royal Tulip. The staff is lovely, always there to help, big kudos to the cleanness of the common areas but above all, the room. The only downside was the water pressure and the fact that our room was in front of the elevators, we could hear most of the noises. Otherwise, the rest was perfect. The breakfast buffet is definitely to try! Fresh food and pancakes / waffles made on the spot. We loved it. Highly recommend for family and friends stay.

1. Twice faced with a same trouble in the sauna. There’s very difficult to find a housekeepers. 2. After the cleaning of our room sleepers weren’t found in the room and weren’t provided anymore

I was given a room with the shower had no curtain or even a border. The water falls on the bathroom floor. Then it took more time than necessary to get a new room. The new room did not smell nice, and had a broker shower stand. It was not well maintained.

Just as advertised, the hotel is really great, rooms are spacious and fairly modern. TV have HDMI pass-through if you're interested in watching your own content, but an Apple TV or Chromecast would be appreciated to make it even more useful. Staff is super friendly. Ordered room service at 2am and food was great. Parking is available for free, but the basement has a weird layout that is very tight. Would stay here again without a hassle.

Excellent room and good breakfast. Large very comfortable bed. Air conditioning was a bit cold, and though I tried to set it warmer, it did not seem to make a difference. Nice rooftop pool. Staff extremely friendly and helpful - they even showed me how to use the OTAXI app to get taxis at about 1/2 the price of the hotel's ones! Some good, cheap restaurants are within walking distance.

This is a good hotel. The rooms very roomy and nice. The staff was friendly. The pool was quite big as well but I think there were too few sun beds and they could easily have some more. The breakfast was a bit underwhelming and I had higher expectations. If I would go back as a tourist to Oman I would probably book a hotel in Matrah instead. Not that this hotel was bad in any way but the area is not very interesting.

This is a very nice hotel in middle of everything. All the dinning places are in walking distance and the biggest and best mall of Oman is in the backyard. Entire staff is very courteous, polite and respectful who goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable, enjoyable and becomes a lifetime memory. Venkatesh at the entrance makes sure that you are taken care of as soon as you walk in. Rose in the restaurant makes sure that you feel like home and she takes care of all the guest like we are their family members. Overall very good experience on a very nice property and the staff makes it even much better.
