The Brewdog Bar itself was fine and accommodating but I wasn’t aware that the hotel part was in a very old knackered hotel next door. There are only a few rooms that have been brewdog’d and the room I was in was very dated. The kitchenette area was knackered with most of the doors hanging off the hinges! I woke up this morning and went down to have breakfast and everything was locked up with not a member of staff in site!!!! At no point was I told during my stay or beforehand that there was no breakfast provided. It was all very disappointing!!

Aberdeen was an interesting city. Nice blend of old and new. Area seemed very safe but traffic comes from a different direction!

Brilliant service, staff were lovely. The room was even bigger than expected and very very clean. A gent from the bar even walked us to our room , great service

Adorable themed suite hotel attached to Brew Dog brewery and restaurant. Well appointed, kitchenette and separate living room. Bathroom was cramped and not well lit, but towel warmer and small "shower beer" frig was a cute addition. Comfortable and quiet inside but room overlooked the casino/club on the back street and was extremely noisy late at night when it let out. Overall I would come again but maybe bring a torch and some earplugs.

Upon arrival the staff in the bar were excellent and the welcome drink a lovely surprise. Unfortunately the suite was not so great, with the kitchen in particular needing some TLC. The shower temperature couldn't be adjusted and the lamp in the living room didn't work. Most disappounting was no beer in the room...all in all not executive as advertised. We mentioned the issues after the first night but nothing was resolved. Although this was a fun experience in the kennel we wouldn't return until we knew these issues were resolved.

From the time we entered the bar to check in the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. They walked us to the room, informed us we would receive a complimentary drink when we returned to the bar and gave us the discount for parking. The room was clean and very comfortable. We chose to eat at the bar and the food was fresh and very tasty. The drink were great and the selection of beer was amazing. Even though I lost the round of Rock Paper Scissors and didn’t win the free dessert, it was delicious. Highly recommend BrewDig Kennels and would stay there again.

We had a great time here with our dog coming along too. Super cool design, immaculate condition, really clean and spacious, smart tv’s and board games. Comfy bed and really nice bathroom which is a must. Brewdog staff were lovely, the brewdog rooms are on floor 2 of a different hotel. The staff of that hotel were less friendly but got a key sorted for the brewdog staff checking us in. A sentimental (low £ value) item was left in the room but not handed in by housekeeping. Brewdog were really good discussing this on the phone and took my number for once it’s resolved - which hopefully it will be.

This exceeded our expectations!! We were over the moon with our stay and the Kennels, with everything that’s included. We will be staying again

It was more of a small flat than a hotel suite. Kitchenette was handy, "shower beer" a nice surprise. The bed was extremely squeeky! The parking is a bit of a nightmare, nearby commercial parking lot is very expensive!

The room itself it great, it is a bit strange to go in within another hotel, but its the service that puts it down. Never got a welcome drink and i went here because its meant to be so dog friendly i didnt feel that. I went in to ask if there was a chance to check in early just as i got had to aberdeen early and needed the toilet but with a little dog is hard to go. Wasnt very helpful in the bar it felt like i had disputed the standing around. I also thought i had lost something and someone was meant to call me back never got a call back

If you're looking for a chilled stay away, this is it.....you need to pop into the Brewdog Bar to check-in no problems a staff member accompanied you to the Kennels and gave you all the information you needed......the apartment was exactly as I expected, no it is not a hotel it's a "Brewdog" nothing too fancy but very clean and quirky, there was complimentary tea/coffee pods with fresh milk not the usual UHT and then there was the cutest little bag of pick n mix.....I'm old enough to still have original vinyls and so wish I had brought some of my own ones that have been packed away since forever there was a good selection of LP' was delighted to see a Springsteen in there. The bathroom was spotless, brilliant shower throw in the complimentary "Brewdog" from the "Shower Bar" and you're sorted.....the bed was very comfortable although giving it was November could have probably did with a thicker duvet the "Simba" pillows were also very comfortable.......the only thing they should really improve on is the lack of kitchen utensils......maybe another couple of pots certainly a little one as there's not a microwave it wasn't ideal using a large pot for heating a little milk, throw in some more drawer utensils and you're sorted......it really is a wee hidden gem in the heart of the city, NCP car park just round the corner of the apartment where you'll also find some nice bars, street food etc.....would most definitely stay at this place again......Brewdog - all your staff are lovely

This was an amazing spot with wonderful amenities, definitely check this out over a traditional hotel room.

The only reason I can't give 5 "stars" on comfort is that there was no climate control, and we were melting in the room. The weather was really warm the weekend we were there, and the AC did not work at all. We couldn't open the window because it's frickin' huge! In the bathroom, there was a heated towel rack that was seriously hot, and we couldn't turn it off. :( They had a washer in the room, but no dryer - we ended up hanging wet clothes on the towel warmer to get them dry, LOL. The shower is slicker'n owl poo - be prepared to put down a towel to save you from sliding.
Staff was super friendly and helpful, there's a beer fridge in the bathroom. Place was clean as a whistle, and has a record player with LPs to play! It's a great place if they can get the AC fixed.

Checking in and checking out was very muddled
we rang the phone number on the door to check in to be sent to the pub next door to get a member of staff to show us to our room whist my other half waited on the pavement
Check out was painful the member of team who was covering the front desk was else where when everyone was checking out at 12, had to ring the phone number again asked if we could leave cases to be told take them to the pub next door
The rooms were nice enough clean tidy and basics all available but no plug socket anywhere near a mirror
All in all good location for restaurants and casino

Great location, easy check-in and out, clean room and nice touch of a free beer and pick and mix in the hall. Would stay again and recommend.

This was a very cool place--it had a living room, stocked with books, board games, and a record player! It also had a kitchen. The facilities were modern and everything was sleek, newly renovated, and clean. The staff was very helpful, too. There were lots of free extras, too, including beers in the apt and candy jars in the hallway.

Always been a BrewDog fan. This property was fantastic. Everything you could possibly want from a city centre stay. Plenty of space to work or relax…… and beers for the shower. Would highly recommend.

Brilliant! Lots of little touches like record player, board games and guitar really made our stay all the better

We arrived about 5pm and checked in at the bar. The pleasant bartender took us next door and basically just gave us keys as there was no one at the desk. The room had a musty smell, and we were given a handicap room with we did not want. We tried to call and email to see if we could switch rooms and to get a remote control for the TV, but no one responded to phone calls or emails. We went back down to the bar to ask for help but they said they couldn’t help us, and to continue to call th he hotelnjnber. The bathroom sink was almost to the ground and the shower was just an open space. The bathroom door was rotted from the shower water (hence the smell). It was so dark even with all the lights on, so applying makeup was difficult. There is room for improvement on the cleanliness - dirty glassware in the cupboard. The bed and linens were fine. The concept could be great but the room layout is poor. Based on our room and experience, This is not a 4 star hotel.

Stay was superb. Cannot fault anything about the stay. Room was great and very comfortable. Check in is at the bar next door but very simple to do.

Very much enjoyed our mid-week stay in December. Very well located. Very helpful staff. Great facilities. Very clean. Enjoyed being able to pop next door for a beer and a great burger too. I think the only improvement I could suggest is for breakfast. Some bread or a croissant would have been welcome rather than the pre-packed breakfast bar. Fresh OJ instead of concentrated Apple ? Saying that it didn’t impact our stay and we just went out and got breakfast elsewhere.

Upon arrival we had a 45 minute wait for the room to be ready. Once in the room, we were given the wrong room style (paid extra for a room with bath) so had to request a change. We’re advised we got 2 complimentary beers in the shower, neither room had these. The wifi also didn’t reach the rooms and the signal wasn’t great once in the room. Once I was moved, we didn’t get keys for the new room straight away - got locked out twice and had to get reception to let me back in as I forgot and let the door close on me which was very frustrating. Room was really nice, no issues there other cleanliness. Breakfast was shocking - a box with a brown banana, protein flapjack and apple juice. Overall due to the pure initial impression I wouldn’t stay again which is a shame.

Apartment was nice but needed a bit of decorating and maintenance. Comfortable stay but quite noisy on the street outside until about 4 in morning with party goers and then street sweeping started at 7am. An apartment at the side or back would have been quieter perhaps. Overall a nice apartment but maybe not worth the money we paid for the night.

Stayed here 10th Nov 22.. absolute gem of a place.. everything you need for the perfect stay with the mini kitchen which included wash machine dishwasher cooker fridge micro coffee machine you name it.. complimentary beers in the room and a continental brekkie in the morning and two compline drinks on arrival at the bar downstairs! Only down side was the extreme heat in the room as couldn’t open a window so a fan was definitely needed!

Absolutely loved our stay at the Brewdog kennels. We arrived half an hour early and were given a free welcome drink on arrival while we waited. Absolutely loved the apartment it was lovely and clean, spacious and we will definitely be returning. Having the bar so close for food and beer was the icing on the cake

We had a great stay. Craig, the Kennels and bar manager, was super-friendly and helpful. We had a lovely lunch in the bar. The apartment was funky, spotlessly clean and lots of little add-ons like Brompton bikes to use, free beers upon arrival and free pick ‘n’ mix. We’d definitely stay here again

I loved our stay here! The property was actually quiet despite being above a bar and in the heart of Aberdeen. The bar was great with really good food and I felt as though the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great. I just wish we could have stayed longer!

What a fun place to stay! Shower beers, phonograph, guitars in each room. plus they are all suites! Kitchen and living area. The staff is terrific as they receive a portion of the profits. Very reasonable as well.

Very cool large trendy suite style rooms. Had a record player with records and a couple free craft beers. Super friendly staff that helped with check-in. I would definitely stay there again.

Great rooms with a new twist on an aparthotel style accomodation. Record player with record collection in the room, Shower Beer....very quirky but why not. All round good stay with a breakfast box delivered to the door the night before.
