My room has a window with views of building next door, quite disappointing. Coffee in lobby doesn’t open till 10am! Elevators get really busy at time. Room is good size for Japan, love having the table and chairs, good amenities in room, didn’t use the sauna, laundromat is a plus, location is good, lots of food options nearby

Hotel is in a very convenient location for restaurants and transport. My main criticism of the room is that there were no drawers or shelves to put away clothes. The other problem was the lifts were very slow.

Stayed for 6nights. The room was bigger as Japanese standard. Hotel stuffs were very helpful. What would be lacking is an iron, bigger desk and drawers. Overall it was a great stay. I would stay again.

Hotel in excellent location but room gloomy and very basic . No bedside tables and very little work top . Although seemed to have been renovated carpet and curtains let it down badly . Bathroom small but seemed new and clean. Staff were very helpful

Many good restaurants nearby. And there are different railway station (JR, metro, private railway) in the area. So that you can easily go to sightseeing point. But Make sure you won’t get in the wrong railway. Shopping area is in walking distance

Very convenient and walkable from the two stations nearby, and off the main road so the property is very quiet. So many great food and drink options nearby, which made it very easy to find places to go in the evening. Rooms were clean with great quality amenities, and the hotel has an onsen and sauna for guests which was perfect to relax in. Check-in and check-out were easy, and staff were very friendly. Would stay here again when in Kobe. Thank you!

It is a simple hotel with European elements, it is better than the other standard business hotels in japan and the room was a bit more spacy. We loved the location and it was nice to find a delicious Chinese restaurant near by.
