This was quite honestly one of the most amazing hotels I have ever stayed in. Every aspect was wonderful from the service to the beautiful room. We were only staying in one of the basic queen rooms and it was better than suites I’ve stayed in at other hotels. I cannot thank the wonderful staff enough for their kindness and hospitality. We got engaged the night we stayed and they front desk staff were so helpful when I needed to get an adjuster for my ring which was a little big. They went out of their way for us and I am so grateful. What a beautiful experience this hotel was and I cannot wait to come back again and again!

Amazing hotel in an upscale part of town. We enjoyed car spotting at Gaien.

I think this is the best hotel in Tokyo. With friendly staff, delicious restaurants, perfect service, you can come here with an empty bag and still have everything you need. If I come to Tokyo again, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

Fabulous stay. Lovely mid-century modern rooms. Excellent amenities. Great location near a subway and east walking to many spots. Superb service. Would absolutely stay again and will recommend.

This hotel was one of my favorites during my 3 week stay all over Japan. Aoyama Grand was in a quiet part of Omotesando Hills and I loved how we can access livelier parts of the city by walking.
The amenities in this hotel was amazing. We loved our suite with its complimentary high-end mini bar and the washer/dryer was a lovely surprise. The room was super clean and beautiful with lovely views.
The staff was so sweet and accommodating. The bar/restaurant scene was amazing as every night was lively and packed.
I will definitely be back! Highly recommend it.

Large rooms, staff provides excellent service. Fun Halloween ambiance if Shibuya is disappointing on that front. Would visit again, well worth the price.

One of the most amazing hotels I’ve had the pleasure of staying at. The location, service, decor and facilities were all fantastic. 100% plan on visiting again.

Strongly recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to explore the local dinners and cafes around this area.
The only downside of the experience is that there's no ramp on the hotel entrance, as a result I have to lift my heavy luggage to the car. Also there's no easy access to Taxi because there's no taxi bay for this hotel, you will have to do so on the street. As a result, I won't be able to give it 5 stars.

A lovely boutique hotel with spacious room. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. I had a long flight and arrived very early in the morning. I didn't expect that they can arrange a room for me right away. Love the free minibar in the room. The bathroom is wonderful! Buffet breakfast is super scrumptious, with both western and Japanese menu.

Flawless beginning to end. Just to note; the mattress is hard, Japanese style. We love a soft mattress but we slept amazingly on this thing once we got used to the idea (which took 15 minutes)

Hands down our favorite hotel we stayed at while visiting Japan. The staff was so accomodating to all of our needs. Dinh was amazing and teally took care of us, Eun Cha had our backs with requests and the manager made it affordable to stay an extra night after our flight got canceled the day of our checkout. Overall the vibe and good spirits of the staff made it an unbelievable property to stay at. 5 stars for sure.

Amazing facility in a lively neighborhood around the ballpark.

Very nice and luxurious hotel for sure. Check-in location is a same as the restaurant entrance, so it’s confusing first. Breakfast was very generous buffet and we loved it. Unfortunately I saw at the breakfast that the service staff was taking food out of the buffet and eating behind the bar. I’ve never seen any employees taking food out of buffet ever in any restaurant or events in my life. As upscale hotel as it is, they need a better training for employees. Otherwise it was great.

Sorry to say but nothing is good during my stay at this hotel.
1. Chaotic front desk management: believe it or not, the restaurant and the hotel share the same reception but no structured management. I came after 3pm but check-in took over 20 minutes. I was asked to get seated and the staff just threw a menu to me asking if I would like to order something to eat or drink. I needed to repeat that I was tired after travelling from northeast part and I just wanted to check in and get changed asap. But the staff were too busy with restaurant guests and just ignored me.
2. Poor cleaning work in the room: I like the bathroom from the picture when I booked the hotel room and when I opened the door, the musty smell shocked me. I wonder how the cleaning work was done in the room.
3. Unprofessional staff and the smoky open kitchen. I regretted having booked breakfast with the hotel and it again turned out to be such a disappointment. The staff asked me again if I wanted to order something else apart from the set menu I picked.
4.Ridiculous structure: The sushi restaurant is one the same floor with guest room! So I really “enjoyed” the Sushi smell before entering the room.
Ironically, this hotel may be good for people who look for alcohol as they offer complimentary drinks in the mini bar, lol!

One of the best services I've ever had around in Japan. The hotel contacted me for arriving details, arranging pick up from the airport (although they didn't let me know the info of the taxi, so we were confused which taxi is coming for us). They also helped for booking restaurant and allowed us to keep luggages when we were few days away. The room is well designed with good taste and also very comfortable with big enough space. The food was also very good, we didn't expect the beef steak was so great for our breakfast.
When we returned to pick up our luggages, they even helped to arrange a taxi until saw us off. Very impressive for the thoughtful service, I'd love to stay again next time visting Tokyo!

I was impressed by the kindness of the staff and the restaurant attached to the gym and minibar. Especially the sushi restaurant is the highest level even for Japanese people 😉
