We spent a night without hot water, properly working AC and folding twin beds. This B&B it's not luxury, looks like it was recently renovated but the mechanicals weren't in working condition at our stay. It was inconvenient for us and I will not recommended it.

The original check in was difficult because someone isn't actually there to check you in. We had to call the number on the door and get instructions on how to enter. We were led to a different building than the original address which was a bit nerve racking at first. We had some communication issues and the property owner's messages weren't being delivered to my phone. We figured it out and entered the building. We were pleasantly surprised at the room we were given which was new, beautiful, and clean. It had an nice terrace where you can look out at the water. The area was really nice and like a cute seaside town with tons of restaurants and nice views. Overall it was a great stay at the end!

It had nice cold AC. Room was clean and host was friendly. It's next to the pharmacy so look good or you will miss it.

We wound up here last minute when our flight was cancelled. It was a wonderful little town and the boutique was beautiful, clean, and in a great safe location. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The area has many nice restaurants all walkable. This place definitely eased our stress after being stressed out by a cancelled flight.

We were 4 adults and the room had one queen size bed and 2 camping size bed. Absolutely not adequate for 4 adults. Plus breakfast was average at best with instant coffee and average fresh bake goods. The value for what we got was not up to par. Parking is not included and it could get crowded close to tve main street. But the location is awesome, walking distance from great restaurants and 15 min away from airport. Very clean as well. Be mindful of long step of narrow stairs as well. With luggage and older parents, not ideal.

Hotel was nice. There are several stairs to climb to get to check-in. Not advisable for people with mobility issues. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly.

This property is in a great location surrounded by restaurants and opposite the harbour , only real issue is there’s no lift and only one set of very steep stairs and no one there to assist with bags

The only problem is that this hotel has no elevator and is in a second floor.

We let the property know ahead of time what time we will be arriving. Our airport "van" (regular taxi will not take you to that route I guess its not worth their time), took us close enough due to traffic on the main canal one way street. We arrived at 1 PM and there was No staff on the property to leave the luggage. As a matter of fact the property was locked and when try to ring the door bell it went nowhere. The entrance door was between the pharmacy and local coffee bar. Lot of people outside mainly smokers in the bar. We waited for about 20 minutes and departed due to being unsafe for my self and 2 minor children. Very disappointed that we were charged for the room and we couldn't even access the property. Later that evening, when we finally got a wifi on our devices we sent the message to the property and they reply that they were there the whole time. Absolute lie, there is no regular reception just a small doorbell that doesn't work. Definitely would not recommend you are better of staying in more reputable and established hotel then in some side job hotel wanna be.

It is not a resort, and sure not a luxury resort as on the ad and on the sign. It's a B&B, nothing more, nothing less. Very small rooms and no insolation at all. You can here a person whispering in the room next to you. The just hide the opening of a door with 2 mirrors from each side of the rooms, and with no acustic insolation at all. You can here someone breathing form the other side ........ please !!!!! Good location, reception with nobody there, you need to call to be open the place, we waited 10 minutes outside until somebody shows up .......... luxury !!! Good bed but no space neither to open a suitcase. We didn't have breakfast so we can't judge on that. It is not a resort and no luxury absolutely.

Thanks to Sara and to Elizabet for making our 2 days stay an unforgettable one. From giving us tips to go around the city, to arrange for our 4:00 am taxi ride to the airport including our to go breakfast, everything was impecable. The Hotel is quite and clean and our room was spacious with a private bathroom. It's around 10 minutes away from the airport, and we were able to see the day to day living of the city residents which we loved it! The local supermarket, cafes and restaurants made our days! Ci vediamos un altro giorno!

The property does not quite come off as pictured. The rooms are clean and have newer furnishings. I would not classify this as a luxury resort. It lists as having a bar and what sounds like as a large lobby but it has neither. Be aware that a key is always needed to get into the shared property. Once inside you go up a dark flight of stairs to another door that you will need key access to open into the property. The property seems to share the building with apartments and businesses underneath. The employee working the front desk was very nice. When we booked we were told there was shuttle service to the airport. This is not provided. They would arrange for a taxi to take you for $25. Upon arrival to the airport we were charged $29. There are nicer hotels in the area for less with more amenities.

This property is not what the description said it was. The picture shown on line is a picture taken inside the hotel. The outside is barred and locked, no access without a key. This hotel does not have an elevator and i was with three handicapped friends. There is not bar, there is not Restaurant. The employee checking us in was very friendly and helpful with transportation to the airport the next morning.. Our room as was nice and clean. There are places to walk to eat. Was not fond of the area. Not sure I would stay there again.

We had to pick this hotel last minute. We also had to leave very early in the morning to make our flight. So we were there for less than 11 hours. The staff were extremely helpful and making sure we arrived and had someone to greet us. We had a lot of delays, and we’re very tired and fatigued, and their kindness meant a lot to us. Also, the staff even set aside a little lunch for us to take on the plane with us because we were missing time that breakfast is usually available to guests. The room is comfortable and has a great shower. Their air conditioning works really well. It’s near water so there’s a lot of mosquitoes so the windows need to be closed so I appreciated that their air-conditioning worked. The bathroom is great. The bed is comfortable. This hotel totally helped us and we would definitely stay there again and highly recommend this place.

This was the perfect stay since we were flying out the next day. Close to the airport and the hotel helped book us transportation. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel and the staff was very friendly and helpful!

Both my wife and I traveled to Italy on vacation. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly albeit the language barrier. The hotel is very clean, beautifully designed and decorated. Centrally located and everything close by. The drawbacks:there were no blankets so it was cold in the room, we paid for breakfast for two and very disappointed that it only included one cup of coffee and a pastry. That’s not a breakfast anywhere. With a hotel like that, if you advertise for breakfast, at least serve eggs, bacon/sausage, orange juice and potatoes-something that will hold you on long days of sight seeing.

Due to airline delays, we needed to book accommodation for 1 night. Booked this property at 5 pm the day of. We arrived via taxi around 1:30am & the access codes provided would not open the doors. We called the property contact 3 times & messaged 1 time with no response so we had no other option but to get a taxi back to the airport & wait there for our 9:30am flight. Since we couldn’t access the property, we requested a refund of the rental cost. This was denied by property management. We kept to our side of the agreement, the rental did not so why should we have to pay for this? Feels like a scam…

Close to the Rome airport. Steep flight of stairs to the room no elevator. Accommodating staff and light breakfast was delightful.

Clean room, lovely service. Be aware there are steep stairs up to property so if you have heavy bags or a lot of bags, this might not be a good choice. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The property management was great to accept our last minute booking and very fast to respond with location and check in details. It was clean and new with beautiful furnishings. The bed was very comfortable. It took the AC a while to start working but after a couple hours it cooled the room off. There was an awful sewer smell that greeted us and we thought it would go away once the air started to circulate but unfortunately it stayed with us the whole night making it difficult to sleep. If my husband and I weren’t sensitive to smells we would have loved our stay.

Absolutely loved my stay here. The rooms are beautiful, clean and well-designed (and had some of the most spacious showers I’ve found in Italy) and the staff were not only very helpful, especially with getting us transportation to and from the airport, but also very kind and hospitable. They also clearly take pride in the neighborhood the hotel is located in. Highly recommend!

We were upgraded to a different location and was unsure once we arrived to which building was the hotel. Sara was available the whole time via WhatsApp and came outside so that we can locate the building. She spoke English and was very helpful so that we can find parking. We are a family of four traveling and the outside seemed a little odd for a “hotel” but we were BLOWN away with the room we were provided. Smart technology to enter the lobby via link. Sara explained everything and was very helpful and even though we arrived a little late! The room was just renovated and has exposed original wood ceilings… just beautiful! The kids single beds were small but it was okay for one night. My husband and I shared a queen bed that was very comfortable! They had Prosecco and bottled water in the fridge which was complimentary!! In the morning, we had a food voucher for the local bakery and the cappuccino, croissants, fresh orange juice was delicious. Would definitely book again once we return to Rome but next time I would reserve both rooms so that the kids have an actual bed. Other then that it was perfect!
