The room was very spartan with few amenities, a mini fridge is always convenient to have. My only real complaint is that they have air conditioning but they had it turned off. My room was very warm, I asked them to turn on a/c but they would’ve turn on, I asked for a fan and they declined, I asked for my payment back so I could find a room with a/c so I could sleep and they said no. Opening the window let the mosquitos in. I won’t be back!

Do not book this hotel! They stole my money, and I still haven't got it back. I paid in advance with my debit card, but when my wife and I arrived at the hotel to check in, we were not allowed access to the room because we did not have a credit card with us. We had passports, money and debit cards but the woman at the reception didn't understand the difference between credit cards and debit cards, so she kicked us out of the hotel and then the hotel manager refused to refund the money. My wife and I had to go to another hotel, but the money we had paid for the room at Easyhotel has not been returned. When I said I wanted my money back, A young woman at the reception laughed and told me to call the police if I wanted my money back.
I am 48 years old and have stayed in hotels all over the world, both cheap and expensive. I have never experienced a hotel stealing your money, and laughing in your face. From this hotel you get an unreachable hotel manager (Ana Ruano), young staff with poor language skills and a nasty attitude. Furthermore, if you read the hotel's reviews online, you will see that they have made a business of charging the customer for little things like leaving bags before and after check-in, water, showing up late. Some guest complain about paying for extra toilet paper and bed bugs seems to be a frequent problem. Avoid Easyhotel in Malaga at all costs!

Great for a cheap option to stay in Malaga. It's a 20 minute walk to the city center. A little further to the beaches. The lift, and fittings in the rooms felt a little rickety and flimsy.

Very clean and with modern design.

Basic and small room with not enough hangers for clothes. Water was dripping from below the shower door near hand wash basin.

Came late when I was let down at short notice. Receptionist was super nice and efficient. Room wasn't that clean with hairs on the towels and dust around the bed but I was happy just to get the room and be safe l. Comfy enough bed and shower. Basic and quite expensive for what it is

Noise from the lift and plumbing all night

Very convenient stay for us, relatively close to the city center. Under a 10 minute walk to Maria-Zambrano train station. Staff was kind and the room itself was comfortable. Would stay again.

Very basic facility

There was a constant smell which can only be described as drainage.
Hardly any storage in fact there was none to be honest.
Not enough room for two people even in a double room.
Get what you pay for I guess, it was a last minute booking so it’s my own fault.

Just overnight stay before flight out of Malaga

The room is bigger than the rooms in other easy hotels. Clean, security is ok, basic accomodation. It's not far from the station and you can go to the centre and beach by foot. If you're on a budget, i will recommend this hotel.

A bit of a walk away from the city center but not difficult. Consider it a daily exercise.

Super clean and easy base while visiting Malaga. Easy location a short walk from train stop and shopping mall. Not fancy but has everything you need for a couple days visiting the city.

The hotel is well positioned for the bus and train stations, which suited our requirements.
Despite being very modern and clean, the hotel was quite functional and not good value for money.

I didn't like it. No frills, not even a glass for water. Extremely dissatisfied.

Modern and clean room but no bedside table so we had to have everything on the floor.

Good room near the train station. Perfect if you are staying just 1 night and you need to go to the airport early.
I liked the setup of the room. It was clean, but the floor could have been cleaner.
It was an easy walk to the center of Malaga.

Welcoming and helpful staff on arrival. Super clean facilities. Close to Train station María Zambrano if you travel by train.
A good 15 min. walk to get to Alcazaba, cathedral and most dining terrace.
Really enjoyable for a short stay.
