There was no TV or Phone in the room. The bed boke while I was sound asleep. The foot at the right side head collapsed. The shower had no nob to turn it on and off. All in all this is not a motel that should be on ypur app. It will just give you a bad name.

Not good customer service At first couldn't even find my booking online so left. Then had to go back again and drove 5 hours all together. And then they still didn't want to even give me a discounter. Just found out anything when it was on their mess up. Not mine, so I will never stay there again.

Ghetto'ist hotel I have ever stayed at... And that's saying something

When I booked the hotel stay with them. I received an email stating that the Check-in time was all the way until 12 PM. However, there was nobody at the reception. And their official policy that they say is until 8 PM. And so they are keeping my money and refusing to allow me to stay and. Play supposed to dump anyway

This hotel has the worst service and are not helpful.

Loud outside noises from numerous trains passing by and passing cars. No amenities such as basic soap, shampoo, bath towels. Only one lightbulb available for all four fixtures = VERY dark room. (The remaining three fixtures didn’t have any lightbulbs.) VERY old and run down hotel ex: sink rusted out and duct taped, no stoppers in sink or bathtub, peeling paint. Hotel doesn’t accept credit cards so I had to drive to a nearby gas station to use an ATM which also charged me a service fee.
I am shocked that Hotels.com would allow such a dump to be listed and as a result I am questioning if I trust this site.

Management was very helpful and made my stay more relaxing, what i didnt like was that the price changed or increased so i relocated..but great spot if you can afford it...

The worst motel we've ever stayed in 50 years of traveling. BULLDOZE DOWN - START OVER. NO TV. NO ICE. BATHROOM: Tub had a large crack. TAPE covers holes in tub. BATHROOM WINDOW - no lock and screen. NO SMOKE DETECTOR. FRONT DOOR was warped hard to close. The DOORKNOB was loose, difficult to unlock. HEATING UNIT, thermostat missing. BROKEN CHAIR. GRIM APPEARANCE. SECURITY, addict flipping out near office. TWO LIKABLE THINGS: microwave, refrigerator. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND to my worst enemy.

They closed the office, locked up, didn't answer the doorbell or phone, left no note, and didn't provide my room.

The room had no outlets. It smelled bad. One of the shower handles was broken. I couldn't take a shower.

Most of what I disliked would require renovations. The only thing they could immediately fix would be adding shampoo. As far as cleanliness goes, I was impressed.
As far as safety goes I felt fine, but anyone who feels vulnerable might want to shop around more.

I booked a double queen bed, but got a king size bed room. It was two cold outside to deal with the mix up so we just kept the room. No bathroom amenities but a face soap. In the morning, myself and several other guests were upset that no one was at the office. One guest needed her driver license back. I waited because I wanted my $10 deposit back and we all needed to return our keys. It was too cold and I needed to get back on the road so some of us left our keys in the postal mailbox. This is a shady hotel. It was 10 in the morning and still no front clerk. Bad service.

Overall, I guess I can't complain for the low price of less than $45 that I paid for the night. Room 209 looked old and the dark carpet was likely masking years of dirt. Furniture was old and with scratches everywhere, yet clean. Same for the beds, old but clean and comfortable at least. The bathroom was clean, but the bath faucet was moving almost falling apart, and the shower water came at the same time as water for tub. Only one low quality soap that didn't last much after a few uses. Bathroom floor tiles were also falling apart and half was missing, showing concrete underneath. The room was quiet. The area looked sketchy though. The AC/heater worked great. Same for the fridge and microwave.

Bedroom area was okay...insufficient lighting ( 1 bedside lamp and no other lighting in the room.) There were NO chairs.
The bathroom was abominable!
There was duct tape on the inside of the sink to prevent leaks. The sink DRAINED SO SLOWLY that it never emptied withexception of the water that leaked through the duct tape and on to the floor. We reported this and were told a repair person would come
NOONE CAME.
Ttoilet had a hard time flushing.

Flys in the room I'm complaining about 2 or 3 of them. Door must had been left open because there was 50 could have been more but I'm not counting there was a lot

There was no chain on the door. The paint was peeling, there was no comforter. There was a weird door above the shower. It also smelled like someone had just smoked a pack of cigarettes before I got into the room. I had to put a chair under the door because there was some woman just standing in the parking lot. The front desk person was amazing, but honestly this place was disgusting.

This hotel has OUT lived it's usefullness! It really should be torn down! Old, stained , scratch, cracked furnishings. Light shades missing, Fire alarms missing, holes in doors , carpet looks like a car oil change was performed on it. Front desk made excuses for everything!

Very misleading photos. Room was filthy. Felt unsafe with a stranger in the adjoining room who kept knocking on the door. Room wreaked of cigarettes. Only positive was the water pressure.

I am a contract worker who is gonna be in Clovis for 13 weeks. I stayed at this hotel for a week and then checked out and moved to the hotel next door. This hotel was outdated in need of repair, bathroom shower needed faucet repair and tv was lousy, no chair in the room and plug space was lacking.Room was clean and WiFi worked this hotel is ok for overnight stay but not if you’re on assignment for 13 weeks.

The hotel is a bit run down but it’s great for the price. I’ve stayed here 3 times now and i’ve never had any issues. the staff was very accommodating and friendly and it’s very close to everything.

The hotel had cockroaches in the room I was staying in. When I went to get my money back after only 45 minutes in the room, they won’t give me a refund. I do not recommend staying at this place.

There was only one working light in the room. There was no shampoo or lotion. In order to use any electrical tools of ours we had to unplug the microwave oven. There were no other plugs available. Also no coat hangers, toilet tank lid was broken. Several holes in the walls. There was no one in the office when we arrived, we had to shout to get attention. Finally, the place was actually clean.

Stay away unless you want to stay in room that’s falling apart or be in an area where you want to get mugged.

This is a dirty and hard worn model. Old smell in the rooms. We spotted a hole in the bathroom door. The parking lot and hallways are dimly lit. Not a high class place, but the beds were clean and my car was not touched, which did the job.
