Stunning restoration. Great valet staff. Unfortunately, the desk staff wasn't as interested in working there. Busy hanging out with each other vs. taking the time to welcome holiday travelers. Easily solved by professional development and an occasional unexpected management visit or secret shopper program. Breakfast could be better than the coffee shop - though the decor is clever.

Arrived late and left early but everything was great, wish we could’ve stayed longer. It’s in a really cool area and one of the biggest hotels I’ve ever been in but the rooms were very nice, and staff was great.

it was a busy time in Indianapolis with the marathon, football, basketball and even the state band conference! and weddings on at this cool hotel. The room was large and in a good location. Staff were friendly and helpful

Disappointed as not busy but in a room that was looking the delivery area very noisy, had a dog barking in hotel in am The pillow were horrible for such a nice place But it was a very nice place

The stay was amazing. The details in the hallways and rooms were lovely. The bed sleeps well, very comfortable. The furniture looks brand new and very clean. I love the red doors for the rooms. The ac/ heat unit actually works the way it's meant to work, making for a comfortable environment. The bell man was very polite and gave great advice about the surrounding area: food, bars, activities, etc.

The hotel is located in a cool part of town, is steeped in history and is very stylish. The room was large, well appointed and comfortable. If I'm ever in Indianapolis again, I would return.

The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. Bathroom is AMAZING. Loved the shower and the robe they offered in the room. Quiet hotel. Love the coffee shop downstairs too!

We nailed it with picking this hotel. Spacious, amazing design, great staff. Restaurants are all walking distant on Mass avenue and right in front of the hotel you have a new venue with bowling, a food market, bars. I would highly recommend!

This was a really unique hotel. Rooms are nice. The bedding was nice and comfortable. Very clean hotel. The two reasons I wouldn’t return - Upon arrival we were looking for a place for dinner. First time in the area, asked valet / employees where to go. Not knowing there were several eateries around the corner. The people working at hotel gave us no clue!! Do Better !! Second reason - just too pricey for us.

Beautiful property and surrounding area! We enjoyed the history of the building (make sure you check out the grand staircase) as well as the modern updates. The Garage food hall across the street was convenient and made for a fun evening. Our stay was affordable but luxurious-appreciated little touches like the robes. Will stay here again!

What a unique property! The remodel of the old Coca Cola Factory is amazing and our stay was a wonderful experience. There's tons to do right on property so you don't even need to drive anywhere. Loved it!

First, the entire hotel is BEAUTIFUL! Artful, classic, every detail paid attention to with flare and high class taste. A beautiful and impeccably designed room with veranda. The bed and furniture was not only nice to look at but, more importantly comfortable, and soft luxury. Second, we stayed at Bottle Works for our honeymoon and the service that given to us was first class! Complimentary bottle of Italian Pinot Noir, room service. Kindness and smiles, genuine warmth. Third, the life and culture of the city of Indianapolis is right there! Restaurants, music, games and entertainment. Absolutely had a blast!

Absolutely gorgeous art deco Coca Cola factory converted into the cutest hotel. Wonderful staff, lovely rooms and amenities. Couldn’t be happier.

This is our favorite place to stay when in Indy! It’s a beautiful hotel with beautiful spacious rooms. Also it is conveniently across the street from the food hall that has houses some of the best food i’ve ever had and they have such a variety. If you get a chance to stay here, it is definitely worth it!

Overall, the ROOM and HOTEL were a great stay. I was not happy with the checkout. I checked out a day early. Since I booked through hotels.com Jordyn and Carl told me I needed to call them to have the day refunded.I did that, then the manager denied refunding the day.

The location had everything. A theater across the street. Great dining down the street a garage converted into a food court across the street. You could spend your entire vacation on the location, but it was perfect for exploring the town.
