Hotel has a pool but it was not working. We were not notified. We also did not have hot water. We finally got Luke warm water after running the shower for 20 minutes.

Absolutely excellent. First stay at a Holiday Inn Express. Very modern lobby. Staff were so polite and helpful. Although our room was carpeted, it was so clean. The room smelled fresh. The linens provided were good. The lounge chair in the room was the best treat for my wife. We will be sure to check out this hotel chain for future trips

I was in another city for another reason the night before, and left the outdoor event I was at to go to a funeral for a family member in Springfield. I stopped at the hotel since we were staying there that night at 1:30 since I had to be at the funeral home at 2:30. I asked them if the room was already empty and if I could go ahead and check in and clean up and change before I went even though check-in time wasn't until 3 or 4 pm. And they were happy to let me. I would have struggled so much trying to get dressed in a gas station bathroom. I am so grateful for them allowing me to go ahead and check in so I could get dressed. They even offered condolences on my loss. Amazing staff! Also, the hotel was super clean, quiet, and in great condition. The breakfast was good and quite a bit to select from. The location was perfect as well, close to everything. Thank you for making our stay great in a not so great time for us.

Great deal for the price. Very clean room and property. Air conditioning was nice and cold when we needed it- saw other complaints on this, but we had no problem with it. Only issue we had was the bathroom fan didn't turn on so the bathroom would be steamy after each shower. Very friendly staff. A lot of restaurants just down the street from the hotel which was convenient. I'd definitely stay there again.

This hotel was great for a pit stop on our ay from a beach vacation. The room was perfect for our family of four. In fact we even ordered the same comforter when we got home easier it was the softest comforter ever. The breakfast, pool, and work out room were all fantastic.

Loved my stay! Hotel is 12 minutes from the airport. Location is close to Sam’s Club, Red Lobster, Walmart, IHOP, Hooters, and other restaurants. Property was very clean! Staff was very friendly and parking was plentiful !

Clean, quiet property located in the midst of many other hotels. Lots of nearby eateries within walking distance or a short drive away. Perfect for an overnight stay if traveling on either I-75 or I-70 through Ohio. About an hour to Columbus or Cinci and a couple hours to Indy, so good regional access as well. Rooms were clean, staff was efficient, breakfast was basic, but good.

We got in at midnight and left by 7 am, but the beds were so comfortable. I had the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. The staff was very friendly and you can’t beat the breakfast cinnamon rolls. This was a great hotel and a very very clean. It smells new.

We got there at a time when it was quiet and the parking was great for us. Made it super easy to unload and load back up. Bedding was comfortable for our family and spacious enough for a good rest. And surprisingly the cable had the channels we wanted, so the kids were able to enjoy some shows, while we got to watch a soccer game we had been looking forward to. We had to checkout really early to get back on the road and the staff was polite and it was overall a really sweet experience.

Service was friendly, check-in was quick, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. This was a quick one night stay before I head to my final destination, so I didn’t spend much time in the hotel, but it was a good experience and I’d stay here again.

Building was clean and quiet but certqin management is difficult to work with. They charged my card 4 months before I even stayed there. I had to call to have them reverse it. Then, they charged me a 2nd time, 2 months before my stay. I had to call and get that revresed. Then, they charged me the morning of my stay, before I even checked in. I have stayed in a lot of hotels and have never had this happen. The morning of my bank acct showed 2 charges so I call and the GM was a real jerk about the whole situation. Excuse me for not trusting that my card wont be charged twice. I was very agitated towards her and she proceeded to threaten me with can eling my room and then hung up on me. I filed a complaint with corporate and have yet to hear feom them.
