Perfect for what we needed as a family of four with two little kids. Main room had nice kitchenette with queen bed, adjoining room had a door that closes and two twin beds. Rooms were clean, parking was easy, walking distance to playground and beach.

Excellent location, walk to everything. Barely needed our car. Amazing view of Moonlight Beach from our room. Gorgeous sunrise and sunsets from our balcony. Large rooms, clean.

Amazing place. Clean, roomy and wonderful bed. I liked the strong water pressure in the shower. Had a balcony with view of the ocean/beach. One block from the beach. Cafes and restaurants within a block. Shopping all within walking distance. Will stay here again when visiting Encinitas and San Diego area.

Only a couple of blocks from the beach - can’t beat this location at this price! The place has everything you need for a comfy stay. Lots of cafes and restaurants in walking distance. Will come back here again 👍

Lovely kitchenette room with second, private bedroom; personal patio and community patio with amazing view of beach and ocean from high on a hill! Kind and helpful staff. Beach chairs and boogie boards freely borrowable. Easy access to beach, coffee, and ice cream. Pretty neighborhood. Short walk into town. Could not have been nicer!

I’ve been coming here for 25 years, and am never disappointed…The rooms are newly renovated and always clean with the patio door open to the best view in Encinitas…At night when everything gets quiet, you can even hear the waves crashing from your room…

This is a very small property within walking distance of the beach, that is a nice perk. We had a room with the kitchenette on the bottom floor. Very limited supplies for cooking and only 1 burner works at a time, 2 pans and no pot included. No kitchen towels, paper towels, or extra garbage bags included. Very thin walls, you can hear neighbor conversations and trains at night. Apparently the cleaning staff turned the fridge off before we arrived so all our frozen food went bad overnight, it was all cold when we arrived. The staff showed zero concern about our food being ruined. The shower head had zero water pressure, no stopper for a bath option and the toilet was running our entire trip. Small upgrades would make the stay much better, feels run down and not well taken care of.
