Location was very convenient for starting a trip around NI. appreciated staff accommodating check in an hour early. easy to find, and the location in maps will take you to the back of the hotel - where there is some street parking and a walkway into the square, hotel entrance on the left - or just past the sign the drive down into the parking lot (6gbp/day). follow entrance to the right to find the elevator to the hotel. if you want to eat at the popular Square bistro next door make a reservation in advance. little wing pizza was also good. didnt see a pic of the gym anywhere, so see attached.

great alternative to staying in Belfast and the ridiculous hotel prices. £25 in a taxi into town. Nice bar downstairs and breakfast was very good.

Double room was actually 2 single beds pushed together. Breakfast 'buffet' was left over cereal and juices with no clean glasses. When asked if they had any yoghurt, we were told a big group of bikers came in and ate mostly everything. (We were at breakfast for 9.30am, breakfast didn't finish untill 11am). Ala carte was average. I asked for the porridge without bananas and possibility strawberries. The porridge came with bananas and no apologies. No ask of allergies. Poor service. Not the best experience.

The hotel itself was really nice. Room was excellent and spotless and has everything you need. It also has a massive tv. Must have been 65 inch Sony. Good for just lying in bed relaxing. Only bad points musician playing when i checked in and they were really close to the desk and I couldnt hear anything and felt sorry for the girl working there as she was struggling to hear me. Also at breakfast I was met promptly by a waitress who took our coffee order but after 25minute wait I had to go and ask where it was. Apart from that the breakfast was enjoyable.

Beautiful hotel in great location. Check in was fast and friendly staff. Car park underground with lift straight to hotel reception. Room very big and bed super comfortable. Bottled water in room. Very good hairdryer and tea/coffee machine.

A real hidden Gem for accommodation. Being able to park below the hotel in Lisburn Square and having a lift up to the hotel reception was a pleasant surprise. The hotel is very nice, modern and well laid out. The rooms have a modern feel to them too. I didn’t eat dinner here because the reviews were either great or poor and no in between but I did eat breakfast and it was fine. Two things I would say though was I didn’t get my alarm call and secondly the bed in 104 feels like it has sunk. I forgot to mention that when checking out.

Very clean room & comfortable bed. Would have been nice to have a comfortable seat in room also. TV very close to bottom of bed and leaning out from the wall - could easily bang into it in middle of night

Great little hotel & the rooms were spotless. Bathroom was lovely & a large tv as well as a fridge which was a nice touch. Staff were lovely & couldn’t do enough. There’s entertainment on in the evening (Saturday) & the hotel was very busy. Breakfast was a let down as the service wasn’t great & the girl serving was asked by several customers to refill the orange juice, which she never did. We waited on our menus, teas & silly things like no spoons where the cereals are etc. the girl serving was lovely & friendly but just slow in serving. Other than that our stay was lovely. I would return but opt for no breakfast.

Staff are fantastic and food was excellent. I do think you should note on the description that there is an additional charge at the car park of £6 and also beware the machines didn't give receipts. I'd definitely stay again.

Great to see Lisburn Square looking so great. My first time in Haslem's Hotel was very enjoyable. Nice spacious room, fantastic shower and amenities. I'll definitely be back in the New Year. Hopefully there might be a small laptop table next time.

A good find in the middle of Lisburn and far better value for money than you can currently get in "downtown" Belfast. Superb freshly cooked breakfast and the onsite Bistro was excellent. I'll definitely look to book here again.

The only issue we had was the lack of space for clothes, with neither drawer or shelf space. Staying for two nights meant that it was not too much of a problem - but any longer could be an issue

A clean and comfortable hotel and staff were always helpful. Only negative side was a 7am breakfast start time. The table service is excellent as was the menu, however, being made fresh also added extra time. I was working in the local area with an 8am start, which made the start of my morning a bit of a rush! That aside a very enjoyable stay.

+ve Helpful staff, nice food and lovely room, car park literally underneath hotel -ve Room overlooked an industrial car park! You need to pre-authorise £40 per night when you check-in inorder to book food/drink to your room. Car park is £6 per day

This was a great property and a great way to start our trip to Ireland. The hotel was easy to find, well located, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included in our booking, and it was delicious. We actually had another property fall through later in our trip and tried to get another night at Haslem because we enjoyed our stay there, but they were filled.

Reception located in a very busy bar area, which wasn't great. Person on desk wasn't sure about parking arrangements. Room was neat and suitable for a one night stay, not so much for anything longer. Bed was very comfortable and breakfast abundant. Did not like the shower as the temperature knobs were extremely stiff and couldn't adjust the hot water.
