Very nice modern looking hotel. However repairs are needed. One of two faucets in Rm11 worked. Hot water was non-existent in shower even after 15-20 mins. Hand held shower did NOT work in tub.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The location is great and it’s clean. The staff is not very friendly! They seemed to be bothered when asking them questions. They made me feel like I was asking something that I should known. Overall I like the stay. I asked for ice and they seemed like they didn’t want to provide me with it. I asked the receptionist if I could have ice and she said I had to wait for the bellboy to arrive.

The staff was very friendly and the service was adequate. The hotel is also conveniently located to nearby restaurants and shops.

The pool suite does not have a "private pool" as advertised. Was very disappointed by this... There is a large spa in the room however it wasn't clean enough for us to feel comfortable using it. The water turned brown after filling it. The room was nice and clean, very spacious. I wouldn't call it a suite though, there is only one space and a pretty large bathroom. The staff was amazing, very helpful and friendly and the property is very well kept and clean. You could eat off of the floors in the hallway. The pool is nice and there's a little bar and a restaurant as well. Overall I would recommend this hotel and I would stay here again, just not in the pool suite. Next time I'll try the presidential suite and see if that room fits with its name a little better.

Is not as good and not as pleasant as it used to be when they first opened. Rooms, sheets, furniture and common areas need better maintenance. Everything has left to looks deteriorated and looks older than it is

Average. We had some hiccups when staying, like an incorrect time given for breakfast which we were relying on before a tour, which we could do an alternative since we banked on this being accurate and had to do an all day tequila tour in an empty stomach.
Also I was in town to visit a friend who lives down the street - the pool area was so insanely loud with kids, music and drinks we just wanted to chat with our friend in our room to catch up. Within 20 mins they kept calling and calling and threatening to charge for an extra person….i went down stairs to explain the situation and they still were so insistent I was SO embarrassed to make my friend - who the reason I came to visit - to leave, I just wouldn’t recommend this hotel over others. We come to Guadalajara once or twice a year and just are going to go back to our usual spots.

The hotel itself was very cute and staff was great. However we had difficulty getting hot water and on one occasion the water shut off completely mid shower.

Regarding private pool suite, air conditioner is not working properly, the coffee and other amenities like water are not courtesy, dispate this is the higher room option at the hotel. Staff tries to be friendly, but it's not funcional around different necessities and complains. It is not recommended. In my personal experience, there're other similar budget places worth better.

I was transferred to another hotel due to double booking my room. I was notified the day of check in. I was lied too by Oliver and wasn't happy about this. The other hotel was ok, but had to be moved to another room due to many issue's with the room.

The actual staff (not the front desk) were amazing!! Went above and beyond
The rooms were a little lacking.. door handles falling off, shower head was shooting everywhere and the alll tile bathroom was definitely a slippery one! We had to ask for towels as there was only one. And the room key keeps the lights on which was a little weird
And we had a couple friends come over for a drink and they charged us.. didn’t even stay the night

We stayed here for 2 nights while in Guadalajara for a tour. This hotel is in a nice part of town. It was particularly quiet when we stayed around Christmas. The restaurant at this hotel is great. Both room service and in-person dining was delicious with good service. There are a couple of improvements I think that could be made. One is that we only had one bath towel and one toilet paper roll in the room for a two night stay for two people. They should keep more stocked in the room, so guests don't have to go out looking for them. The second thing is that you have to have the key card in a slot in the room for the lights to work. This saves energy, but we only had 1 key card, so when we ran out of towels and toilet paper, my partner went down to go look for more, but had to leave me in the bathroom in complete dark while he did so. Not ideal. I'm disappointed we didn't have time to swim in the pool or use some of the other facilities due to lack of time, but they looked very nice. We visit Guadalajara at least once a year, so we plan on stopping by this hotel in the future. It seems like a great place for families, couples, or even business travelers.

I continue to make this one of my top places to stay in all of Guadalajara. They are located walking distance from some to the best places to eat. They have an excellent gym just around the corner. The staff is amazing. The pool and bar are perfect to spend some evening time at. And the rooms are super business and pleasure friendly.

This is truly a hidden gem! The staff is incredibly friendly, and they go above and beyond what is expected of them to make sure that your stay is great. The rooms are so big, beds are comfy, and they have so many amenities. Please do not skip and the food they offer at their restaurant. They offer many traditional like chilaquiles and cochinita pebil.

It was a glorified motel. My bed didn’t have a comforter and the room was very clean but things are falling apart, for example the bathroom door didn’t close

Definitely not a 4 star hotel, our room had stains on the walls and the sheets looked dirty and had hairs, had to call front desk to have them replaced, they brought over fresh ones, but didn’t bother to put them on, apparently they require a credit card for check in, they don’t accept debit cards also I don’t like the fact that they are pushy about leaving a tip, that should always be at a guest’s discretion and not forced upon them, very unprofessional in my opinion, only nice thing was the pool.

It totally gives you a feeling you are at big house. They treated me with so much respect and professionalism. Location is great (safe) close to everything and the rooms were 10/10, service 10/10. I have nothing to say but just great things about this Hotel! I will
stay here again when visiting Guadalajara 🙌

Good location, quiet comfortable hotel with excellent beds and bedding. Beautiful courtyard with swimming pool.

Nice looking boutique hotel. Has some issues that were annoying. Wifi was constantly on and off. Water took 10 minutes to warm up to shower. Lights flickered in the bathroom. They had a loud speaker playing by the pool area that was kind of annoying after a while. Parking in their garage was always a hassle trying to get them to open the door. They know I’m leaving and they would just forget I had to get out of my car and remind them. Overall it’s was just ok

Excellent, pleasant, and helpful Staff. Location is very good and close to Colonia Americana. I definitely recommend dinner at the Mariachi Restaurant which is a 5 minute walk from the Hotel.

Beautiful property. Located near a delicious coffee shop and breakfast joint. We checked in early, although we weren’t able to get our rooms early, we still got our keys before the original check in time. The property felt very secure, the pool was heated and they had fun lounging areas. The rooms were very clean. The only complaint I had was the echo in the hallway but there wasn’t much.. only when guests were heading to their rooms. Staff was very nice and attentive. I would stay there again, thanks for having us!
