This is a centric hotel, with proximity to the shopping area. The only dislike i have about the hotel is the food, its not up to par at a 5 star level. room service menu is inexistent and breakfast seems too poor for the level youexpect. Ive stayed in multiple Kimptons and the Paris one is not at par with others

We had a fantastic stay here and would definitely stay again. The property is beautiful and well kept. The staff were helpful and friendly whenever we needed anything. We enjoyed spa treatments and room service was delicious.

I asked that the room not be on the side of the courtyard because the noise has been loud in the past. However, my room was facing the courtyard, but luckily there was no noise this time. A clean, nice hotel otherwise, with really friendly service.

Just as I shared, I called and emailed both Expedia and hotel since I got Covid so I can’t make it, they still charge $900 even if I can’t make it.

Fantastic property in the opera district. All of the best attractions are a few metro stations away. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. The room was a very good sized 1 bedroom which is perfect for a family. They even had an indoor swimming pool. Highly recommend stsying here.

Absolutely amazing stay. I’m so sad it was so short! They were kind, professional and on top of everything. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, our view of the Eiffel Tower was incredible and the 360 rooftop bar even better!

We had an amazing stay at the Kimpton St Honoré Paris. The hotel is beautifully designed, combining modern luxury with Parisian charm. Our room was comfortable and well-appointed, and the rooftop bar offered stunning city views. The staff were incredibly attentive and made our stay memorable. I was given a room on the first floor you take 2 separate lifts to reach 1st floor. The only lift that takes you to the first floor was broken having to take the stairs with lots of belongings. Our room counter tops were not wiped down sticky glass rim prints all over the counters. Room floors need to be cleaned better my socks picked up an overwhelming amount t of dog hair and human hair. For a pricey hotel basic cleanliness should be thorough.

Everything about the Kimpton St Honore made this a fantastic trip. We had a long weekend but were spoiled for service and a forgotten room. The breakfast was phenomenal and service at Montecito was exceptional. Getting in way too late Friday night giving us 36 hours in Paris, we didn’t have enough time to use all the amenities and spend enough time just lounging in a fantastic hotel, but we wished we did! The library was stunning and the staircase and lifts a work of art. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Cannot wait to go back

The staff was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We loved how comfortable our bed was!! The room was clean and the bedding was super clean with sheets changed daily. Every time we entered the room after a long day, it smelled fresh. They left some goodies on the coffee table in our room daily which was nice. The only thing I wish was different was the breakfast. I wish there were better variety of food that is more French or European than American. Also at night the restaurant has some happy hour going on with loud music but as a family we don’t go there anyways so it doesn’t bother us and we can’t hear on our floor. It’s probably good revenue for the hotel with locals who come! We didn’t use the spa but took a tour of it on our first day and it looked amazing! The location of this hotel was just the most perfect. It is close to Place Vendome area and the Galleries Lafayette.

The staff at Kimpton St Honoré were amazing from the check-in through every interaction! We were there to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and they gave us champagne and treats to celebrate. The bathroom with the rain shower was so high end and the slippers and bathrobes were plush and comfy! The food from the restaurant for room service was top notch and the hotel was in a perfect area to get around by walking by car or by foot! Definitely would return to Kimpton St Honore if we can make it to Paris for another fantastic trip sometime in the future!

The window of the room faced the courtyard and there was loud music all night long. The music seemed to end at 1 a.m. This was not nice. Otherwise, a nice hotel where I have been many times.

The staff gave us a disabled room where none of us had disabilities. The concierge also did not say anything when we checked in regarding that it is a disabled room. When we requested to changed rooms, the staff refused to change it for us. However, in the end, we reached to a conclusion with the front desk to give us full refund if we checked out the day off. The front desk told us they cannot issue the refund since we booked through expedia. Mind, this is almost midnight, and two girls had to drag huge suitcases across Paris to find another hotel. Later when I called expedia, they informed me that the hotel is refusing to issue us the refund.

overall been a pleasant experience as generally the staff were very friendly. a pity though when i noticed there were no one to assist on luggages while i saw 5 staff hogging around the reception area upon my arrival, trolling in myself the luggages. something uncalled for especially from a hotel that aclaimed 5 star.

Great hotel . Excellent location. Very beautiful building and staff was very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast buffet. Nice relaxing bar. Rooftop bar had beautiful views. Only problem was the drink minimum cost. I would of had to drink 3 cocktails !!

A really nice hotel in a good location and with friendly service. The only problem with this hotel is the water pressure, it takes a long time to take a shower when the water pressure is terrible. I don't know if this is a problem with this hotel or a problem in Paris in general.
