The men at the desk were great. The only complaint is the cleaning ladies didn’t really clean the days we wanted them to.The pillows were fixed and new towels but the trash was left and no toilet paper was left. We had to bring some from the car.

Everything was as it should be. Friendly, efficient, cooperative staff along with clean, comfortable accommodations, and typicality good breakfast with the usual items of hot eggs, sausage and potatoes, plus waffle makers, etc. I suggest they add a fan for air circulation in the fitness room &/or lower the temp a few degrees. We highly recommend this motel and will stay here again.

Everything was good except the TV in the dining area was set on Fox News. Most hotels have chosen to set theirs on neutral cable channels like The Weather Channel, Animal Planet, Discovery, etc that will not offend anyone. Why lose customers over a tv channel…

3 stars only because we got a king deluxe room for our family of four. When we got to the room the pullout couch didn’t have any bedding or pillows. The front desk said to come down to get the bedding towels and wifi password. With an infant and a toddler and my husband away, it was difficult to go get all that stuff while holding children. I tried to explain that it was inconvenient to do this and the man said that he was the only person there and couldn’t leave the desk. As we waited I called back for the wifi password and he again told me to come down and get it. I was confused why he couldn’t tell me over the phone. A nice man brought us bedding but said there were no pillows. In the entire hotel..? Then found two in a storage closet (thankfully). Overall it was a decent stay. People were friendly. Pool wasn’t great but it was HOT out. Breakfast was pretty good. A bit noisy for little ones at night.

Gal checking us in at 11pm was very sweet and friendly. Room was quiet, but it smelled a little like mold and/or pee when coming in from breakfast. Maybe the A/C stinks after running all night??? Breakfast was standard hotel fare, but the sausages were very good. Just wish there had been scrambled egg, not just fried. Also, breakfast ended at 9. I'm used to hotels serving until 9:30 or 10:00. Overall, pretty good stay.

They need to step up the vacuuming. My bed had animal hair all over it and pet hair on all over the floor. They offered to move my room but doesn’t fix the fact that rooms aren’t being thoroughly clean.
