I booked a king bed with the sofa bed for my child and I. When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk clerk was nice enough to upgrade us to have 2 king beds! Hotel was nice and clean

Love the rooms. Bed is comfy & like there’s a couch to sit & relax. The bathroom sink is like a mini sink so a bit difficult to wash your face. Very unsure why it’s so small because the bathroom is huge. Poor planning.

We were only there for one night. But the pool was excellent, the lobby was great, the service was also very good. I think it is an excellent place, everything looks like it is new. And the service from the waitresses, and especially from Mrs. Hernandez who is in charge of the kitchen, was very good. I would definitely go back. For one or more days with the family. Thank you very much for your service and attention.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at SpringHill Suites by Marriott San Jose Fremont. Upon check-in, I was given a room located directly next to the public restrooms in the lobby, despite booking well in advance and arriving at 6:00 PM — not late at all. The front desk told me this was the last available room, which is unacceptable considering how early it was. I informed them that as a light sleeper, staying next to a public restroom would severely impact my ability to rest, but they initially refused to offer any alternative. After some back-and-forth, they finally agreed to move me to a room with one bed instead of the two I originally booked, and promised a refund for the price difference. However, upon arriving at the new room, I discovered the floor was incredibly noisy due to a hotel event. I had to go back to the front desk yet again to request another room, which was finally quiet, but still a single-bed room. Overall, the poor service, misleading information, and the inconvenience of having to change rooms twice — while not even receiving the room type I booked — made my stay incredibly frustrating. The hotel’s lack of professionalism, failure to provide what was promised, and refusal to refund the price difference have left me with a very negative impression. I would not recommend staying here, as the management seems unconcerned with providing a comfortable or fair experience for their guests.

Very clean and very comfortable room. Plenty of parking and right off the freeway. Gas and places to eat close by. Breakfast was well stocked and steadily attended to. Selection was a little less than other Marriot hotels I've stayed at, but there was hot and cold foods and a decent selection. Pool was great. My kids loved it. Fitness room equipment included weights, treadmills and elliptical machines. Use time was from 7AM to 10PM, which was surprising. I went to check at 6 AM and people where in working out, so I joined them. Wish they would change sign/times. This seems late. I think if you are on a business trip and want to work out, you would want to start before 7 AM. Definitely a top choice when staying in the San Jose area.

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the property was. The hotel is well-maintained, and the atmosphere is welcoming from the moment you step inside. The room I stayed in was both clean and modern, with a comfortable bed that made for a restful night's sleep. The bathroom was recently updated and had a fresh, contemporary feel. The shower was excellent, with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. However, I did find the sink to be a bit on the small side, which made it a little tricky to use comfortably. Despite that minor inconvenience, the overall experience was very positive. The staff were attentive and friendly, and the amenities were more than adequate for a pleasant stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay with just a small caveat about the sink size.

I did not like the dirty sofa and at time of breakfast the employee at the kitchen area was super rude it ruined my whole trip I spoke to the hotel staff hopefully they talked to the employee

Pillows and mattress not very comfortable (we stayed in king suite). Breakfast has limited selection. The bathroom has frosted glass sliding door facing the beds so if you use the bathroom at night everyone in the room will have the lights disturbing their sleep. The only good thing was the AC. I gave it 3 because the staff is trying hard, some guests were leaving trash on the table and acting uncivilized. The breakfast area was narrow, you could bump on each if you are not careful. I stayed in another Spring Hill suites and the service was much better. Unfortunately i will not use this property again.

I’ve never had so many people treat me with such kindness. My stay has been an amazing so far and look forward to coming back to this location. The GM Pinky is so sweet and helpful. All the staff are incredible and kindhearted. Very satisfied with my experience I love my room it’s clean and safe and the housekeeping staff are also incredible.

All of all is a great experience. Two things not so perfect, I ask to have a room somewhere quick but they give me a room next to the laundry room LOL. The bathroom sink is really small but that’s kind of cute ,looks like for baby use only. No matter you wash your hands or brush your teeth , the water will spill out
