Check in went well and the man who checked us in was friendly and kind. We made it to our room which seemed clean and comfortable. Unfortunately that changed when we went to settle in for the night. The pull out bed in the couch had a dirty sheet on it that was stained with blood. The blood had soaked through to the mattress. The don’t desk came with clean sheets but there were no other rooms to go in. So we had to flip the mattress and put clean sheets on ourself. My kids were grossed out sleeping on that mattress. Other than that it went well.

Solid and clean hotel. Beautiful views. Around all kinds of restaurants and shopping. Perfect spot to stop for the night. Pool was solid for kids after day on the road.

Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful! Tons of shopping and restaurants very close to hotel..some places even in walking distance. Nice patio outback of hotel. Pool was a good temperature and clean. Towels were provided in pool area. Breakfast was nice and had a lot of different hot options (omelettes-cheese and egg white), sausage and turkey sausage, pancakes, oatmeal. Only complaint with breakfast was the coffee creamer was out and I asked if it could be replaced, but waited for about 10 minutes and still wasn’t replaced, so decided to just get coffee elsewhere. Overall, very pleased with our stay and would return!

My husband and I loved the room. Wish we had a view from the other side of the building but other than that everything was perfect! The ladies at checkin were so nice and welcoming, the room was clean and spacious and the bed was so comfortable! Breakfast was really good with eggs, omelettes, 2 different kinds of sausage and pastries. I think there was also cereal and waffles. We did not use the pool. One of the nicest hotels we have stayed at. Will definitely be back!

This place is so nice. We stayed here since 2021. The rooms are clean and quiet. We stop here on the way to annual family reunion in Pa. The breakfast are great and coffee is soooo good.

A quick overnight ahead of a campus visit to JMU. Property was very clean and parking was easy, close to door. Room was anything but sound proof. We could easily hear hallway conversations, the flushing of a toilet or shower running above us, closing of car doors (we were on second floor). The inability to turn on the fan made it that much more difficult to sleep well with the intense silence interrupted by these noises.

I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. It was well maintained, modern and cozy. I like the coffee and tea station in the lobby. The room was welcoming and the beds were comfy with choices of pillows to use. The breakfast was hot and yummy. My daughters and I really enjoyed our stay.

Very clean hotel and nicely updated. Easy to get to and near a lot of places to eat. The staff was very polite and friendly. The beds are hard as a rock, but that’s okay. Lots of options for snacks in the lobby which was great after a long day of traveling and going to Massanutten. We would stay here again if in the area.

Overall the property and room were new, nice, and clean. It may seem like a small thing, but the window had a blackout shade set in a track so no light got in from outside. That was nice. Biggest negative was the staff member at the desk when we checked in. We rented a suite with a pullout couch, which we needed for our kids. I put in our reservation note that we needed sheets for that bed. When we got there, she gave us sheets, but no blanket. We assumed one would be in the room. There wasn’t. My wife went down and asked for one, along with a couple more towels. She said she would look and bring one up. We waited an hour without hearing anything. I went back down and asked if she had found a comforter or blanket. She said she would grab a comforter. Problem solved. Except she came back and handed me a flat sheet. I said, “That’s not a comforter,” and she looked very confused. I asked for a blanket and she told me they were “all out”. The hotel was far from full and we could have just gotten a comforter from an unoccupied room, but she seemed more interested in eating with her boyfriend in the lobby than making an effort to help find a blanket for my kids. Also, somewhat minor, but we were planning to swim, but the pool was cloudy, unclean, and we decided not to. There are plenty of other options, so we will stay elsewhere next time.

We had an accessible room. Everything was clean and in good working order. My only comment is the lack of gluten free options for breakfast. When I asked I was told there was eggs and sausage. But no gluten free cereal or breads.

I can say absolutely nothing negative about this property. The staff was friendly, accomodating, and eager to assist. Our room was spotless and comfortable. And I love that they provide free bottled water during your stay. Would stay again and highly recommend this hotel.
