Crisp, professional service, impeccably clean room and facility, and very conveniently located with the train station literally right across the street. A leisurely walk I to the town center takes no more than 15 mins and the neighborhood along the way is pleasant to be in in it's own right. I was happy I chose this place. Highly recommended.

The location of the hotel was convenient, 10-15 minute walk to the old town. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only drawback - the ventilation was so annoyingly loud (with no option to turn it off) that my husband couldn't sleep.

They claim they didn’t get payment from Hotels.com and instead of checking in at 11pm , when I arrived, I was only able to do it after midnight. They blamed hotels.com of course.

Lovely vibrant hotel, great service. Very easy to walk into the city or to closer bars and restaurants. Room was comfortable.

Overall the hotel is clean, the rooms are comfortable and quiet. The breakfast is worthwhile. Proximity to the old quarter is decent, but having a bike definitely helps. Service was slower than it should be - we waited over an hour for a sandwich and salad the first day. On another day our room did not get made up until after 6:00 p.m. and only after I asked at reception. They claimed it was because we had the DND sign on the door, but that was only for 15 minutes to avoid being surprised in the shower (like happened the day before!). Overall I’d say the staff gave an effort, but need more training and clearer communication.

We had a lovely stay at this place! Super well connected to the city center (stating in front of the hotel to catch a bus or a train). You're there in 5 to 10 minutes. Spacious room. Lovely staff. Room with a view on the canal. They sell exit ticket for the secure and closed parking in front of the hotel. What more can you ask for? We can surely recommend!

Fantastic staff, rooms were extremely clean with great facilities. Only complaint is I wish the lobby would keep the kitchen open a little later, but otherwise a fantastic experience.

Very clean, modern hotel which is very good value if you don't mind the absence of a wardrobe or the loudish, non-controllable aircon. The location is convenient and the price is low for Utrecht. It's right next to a station and a tram route and 5 minutes walk from the edge of the old town. The sound of the aircon bothered me but my wife didn't notice so I suppose it depends on your tolerance to background noise. It would have been nice to be able to turn it down or off but there are no controls in the rooms. The lack of a wardrobe didn't bother us but we were only there for 2 nights. If we'd have been there longer it would have been a pain.

This hotel was perfect for my 9 year old son and I. My son loved the gaming room. Great breakfast and transit was right across the street. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is fine if you don't mind a ventilation system running 24/7 in the room that can't be switched off. There is also no fridge in the room.

Nice atmosphere, small but very well appointed rooms, very clean, modern, and very near the station. Carpark is across teh road, you get a discount with the hotel so pay there and use their ticket.

Excellent location, comfortable, clean, and above all quiet - even after a week of staying there I was not disturbed by noise, my #1 concern when in a hotel. I specifically loved the lighting in the rooms. I would not hesitate to stay here again. I had the comparatively boring side for views, but I expect people on the canal side have a beautiful view to boot. There is basically no storage for clothing, be aware. There is also no phone to contact the main desk. Though they offer only body wash instead of bar soap, they do not provide a washcloth with which to use it. The bar and coffee service were convenient and unusual for me - American hotels are wildly overpriced and not appealing. Having espresso available right there was helpful more than once, and people reguarly hung out in the lobby in a way that I never see in the US, without question because it was an easy and inviting place to be. Service was mixed; some folks at desk were very friendly and helpful, others were pretty unhelpful/unkind for a traveller with questions rooted in intrinsically limited knowledge of cultural tropes. But that's to be expected anywhere. Overall, I would not hesitate to stay here again and would recommend it to others.

It’s a nice hotel in a great location. Easy to walk to city center. My one complaint is the lack of a coffee maker in the room. It’s so standard now that I didn’t think to check. Please add this feature!

Of my 15 day trip to 5 different countries and 6 different accommodations, this hotels stood out as the very best. The staff were absolutely amazing and so helpful. The hotel was in immaculate condition. The internet was fast and this hotel set a high bar for other accommodations.

Perfect laid back hotel, clean, friendly and contemporary. All staff English speaking and area available to park our bicycles 🚲 reception area clean and quirky lots of interesting things for our 1 year old grandson 👦 The only downside, breakfasts very expensive 🤔

Two nights in a row false alarm thankfully and three times in one of these nights… Nearly told off by a receptionist and shouted to just go back to bed… Will not stay there again

Hotel is really good, room is quite big and well comfortable, except for sofa-bed really too soft. The problem is that we have been wake up two nights on three because a false fire alarm. Once the first night and three times the second night. The property could find a way to recover this issue but they didn’t discount to our bill nether two bottles of water. Problems can happen by they are not be able to face on in the best way.

This hotel is very conveniently located. It is next to a canal that you can walk along to the city center. It is across the street from a train station. Despite its proximity to transportation and city life, the room was quiet. The hotel concierge gave us an incredible dinner recommendation for a fantastic Afghan restaurant, Sarban. The one thing of note is that the Hotels.com profile of the hotel indicates that parking is available. This is not quite accurate--there is street parking as well as parking in the train station, both of which are convenient and close but not connected to the hotel.

Great hotel, funky and fun, the kids loved it! Lots of toys/games/remote control cars in reception. Great location, 5 mins walk to the edge of the centre. The breakfast was amazing! Hot and cold, doughnuts, all types of cereal, even a bloody Mary station! Would recommend for families. Staff also lovely.

Really enjoyed stay at Roxy, Utrecht. The hotel is about 1KM outside the old town, but easily accessible by bus/train if you don't want to walk. Staff were friendly & breakfast was plentiful. It's also located on a canal & there are a number of canal-side restaurants/bars within 300M

I had a lovely stay in this hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable, quiet and very clean. The only thing that could be improved is that there was nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I did not pay for the breakfast, as I usually only have tea and maybe a piece of toast in the morning. I was then told that I could get some tea and a croissant free of charge. I highly appreciated this. The hotel is also located not far from the city centre (walking distance of maybe 20min) and just about 10min by tram from the Science Park
