The check-in was great. The room was clean and very spacious. Loved the features of the room including the kitchen. My only dislike was the HVAC system that was noisy and uncontrollable. I attempted to turn it to low and was not able to do so. I also could not control the temperature in the room. When coming in late the room was cold and the the HCAC system seemed even noisier. I attempted to turn the fan off without success. I made the front desk aware of the problem but was told they could only offer me blankets. Such a great room but I didnt have a good stay. Damn!

Did like that 100 dollar surcharge at check in after I already paid for the room on the app. Room was good and everything. Just would have liked to be informed of the surcharge before I booked the room.

The room are nice .

We had room 201which is a room facing the freeway that we could hear all night. Last night there, someone had a room above us and could hear them walking/playing back and forth. Seems like paper thin walls and floors. Stayed Thursday-Saturday (checked out Sunday), and our room was never cleaned.

Very clean and quiet.

I really like staying at Home 2 Suites. The main reason we stayed here was because it is pet friendly not matter how big or small your dog is. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the breakfast was good. I would definitely stay here again.

Front desk lady provided assistance above and beyond expectations. She resolved issues we had with noise of other gussets in a professional manner. Excellent trained to handle her job. Congratulations.

Very clean, and well maintained space, I am mold sensitive and the room I got did not have any that i could smell in the bathroom, which is a first for me and hotels, the beds are very soft, I prefer more firm beds but slept okay on it. We were on the third floor and we had some very loud people above us banging around until 1am, so I didnt sleep to well because of that, if your sensitive to sounds I would recommend staying on the top floor. The customer service was great, they were accomodating when I requested a bathtub room, and the breakfast was really yummy, very clean and fresh food and buffet. I appreciated the many options, there was oatmeal, cereal, toast, egg omelets and breakfast sandwhiches, waffle maker, juices, coffee, yogurt and more. We had the kind suite and it was stocked with dishes, soap, sponge for cleaning, a dishwasher, frige with full feeezer and microwave, very nice to have all these essentials.

The layout of the suite with a full kitchen. The breakfast service was not of good quality. The building parking was not arranged well for handicapped access.

The property itself was in a centrally located area making things super convenient. My room was a Studio Suite King Room. It was very spacious and thoughtful. The kitchen area had paper towels, apartment sized fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. There were actual dishes (glasses, plates, silverware, bowls, etc.), a toaster, and they even left a sponge and small dish soap underneath the sink. Little things like that make for a very comfortable experience...Breakfast left something to be desired. They had several things, but what they DIDN'T have was bacon, sausage, or potatoes. That was disappointing. Also the layout in the lobby is a bit awkward. I think there should be a seperat area for breakfast. The door near the pool/parking lot stopped working properly at some point. You could go out, but you'd have to walk all the way around to the front to get back in. There was a note on outside of the door. They should have had a reminder on the inside as well. I would have parked somewhere else. I checked in on a Monday. There was a woman who appeared to be training a young man. They were both very nice. As was the man who was at the desk in the morning (Tuesday). Overall, I had a good experience.

Mid way stop on trip to Arizona. Hotel staff was very friendly at check-in and checkout. Bed wasn't very comfortable. Otherwise very good stay.

Hotel was fine. Hotel is on Industrial Park Ave—that’s what it was and not at all scenic and maybe sketchy. I dislike hotels that only offer maid service every other day, which is the case here. Pool and hot tub areas are clean and nice.

Great hotel. Great location. Malls and theaters nearby. Plenty of places to eat and easy to get to. Would stay again

Perfect! Enjoyed my stay. I found a great hotel in Redlands.

The staff does not appear to be approachable. Upon checking in, there was very little eye contact, The room had bugs. When I contacted the service desk, they said will notify man Schmidt, but did not offer to move us. I had to request to be put into another room. In the past, I stayed at Hilton hotels and had a great experience this was an anomaly. when I checked out, I had to ask for a copy of the receipt. The agent was reluctant to give it to me.
