Staff were very helpful, polite and nothing was too much trouble. The room was spacious, clean and the bathroom / shower room was a very good size. The bed was very comfortable and the free bottle of fizz was a wonderful surprise.

EXCELLENT Hotel - great front desk service, clean updated comfortable rooms with great air conditioning, location is perfect in the Triana neighborhood JUST across the river from Cathedral. Places to eat, shop and grocery on same street just outside hotel. Easy walk to Triana Market and the tourist attractions in the Cathedral and Las Setas area - or an €8-10 taxi ride if you don’t want to walk. QUIET rooms (even though it is located on a main, busy road) with a great shower with rain shower head. Room had safe, mini refrigerator, shampoo/conditioner/lotion/hairdryer. Coffee/tea and water with apples and candy in lobby all day. Great buffet breakfast for only €15. Airport is only €25-30 by taxi. Front desk had two ladies who were super nice and accommodating - I watched them handle checking in a huge tour group of people in minutes, all while smiling and being patient. Only thing I wished is if the towels were a little nicer (towels were thin and scratchy) and that they had feather pillows instead of just polyester filled. We did not use the parking or the gym.

Requested a nice room hopefully with balcony as our 33rd anniversary, however was given room with no view apart from looking over next door wall . Bathroom extractor was reported on the first day being unserviceable and it caused condensation while having a shower. Never addressed by the hotel . Most the staff were excellent and friendly and did everything to help out , a great job . I guess the establishment probably keep a tight rope around them. Only dissatisfaction was the room view for us as a double room booked . Furthermore , can recommend a change in morning breakfast items as were same menu for our stay of 6 nights .

Immaculate hotel in the Triana Area of Seville. The room was well maintained, comfortable and very quiet. Staff were friendly, attentive and polite. Only slight drawback is it's not in the center but it's very walkable and there is plenty of public transport options near by. Didn't appear to be much of a bar/restaurant but there are options nearby plus room service. Would definitely stay there again.

Small but well appointed room. We felt very spoiled here. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. We chose to stay here as it is walking distance to the main sights in Seville and we didn’t have to deal with driving in the hectic tourist crowded areas. Great choice. Also decent dining options just downstairs.

Amazing, spotless and comfortable stay. We got a chill brut bottle when we got to the room thanks to the Hotels.com VIP program. One review said that the area was shady, what a lie. The neighborhood is one of the traditional ones, very friendly (Manolo Bakes recommended for breakfast) walkable, safe. There is everything around, minimarket, bookstore, restaurants and all sorts of stores. It is conveniently located to walk to tourist areas. Front desk people were extremely well- mannered and helpful. Parking with the hotel is €23 for the whole day and very well organized, clean and spacious. The parking lot connects to the hotel with easy access to the elevators. Only issue: the space between the bathroom doors but not a biggie for us. 100% recommended. If we ever come back to Sevilla, we will stay here.

Hotel room was a good size and clean, however there is a glass door to the bathroom although tinted doesn’t offer much privacy. There are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Main corridors weren’t vacuumed the whole time we were there which made it feel a bit grubby

Good hotel and a great location only 15 mins from all the main attractions. The room was ok. We paid for a balcony which I would not recommend as it was overlooking the noisy street. The room was comfortable and has most of what we needed but no quite basic. Had to call and request a kettle to make tea or coffee. The room was cleaned daily but sometimes very late on the day and not to the best quality

Hotel was in a nice location which was about 10 to 15 minutes from the centre. It was clean, spacious and I had a quiet room at the back. Breakfast was excellent and worth the €15 euros but we like trying different things so only ate there once. Would have no hesitation in booking again. Airport bus stop was again about 10 to 15 minute walk away which took you directly to the airport in 45 minutes for €5 euros single.
