Room was dirty, floors were not vacuumed, existing hair in bathroom/bed and tons of dust. Staff at checkin was condescending and loud, would say my room number and name aloud plus wouldn’t allow me to add my Marriott member number to reservation.

Only issue is that toilet paper was less than 1/2 rolls & I used them both after check in. I called for more & was told “Vickie, you just checked in. And you’ve already used both rolls”? Said she’d have 2 rolls waiting for me upon my return back to my room later. Shouldn’t matter if I used them both.. I’m paying for my room. And she should have kept the rude comment to herself. Very unprofessional!

Front desk agent at the desk with phone and ear buds and not paying attention to guests waiting by the desk for assistance. Finally looked up and was startled. Check in time 4pm checkout time 11. Not even allowing a 30 minute late checkout when most properties allow you to check in early and stay later.Busy soccer weekend regardless you pay enough money and the cleanliness and hospitality of the hotel staff is poor to no existent. I have had better hospitality at a motel 6 and paid a lot less for the room. No pool towel took two days to get pool towels. Finally they restock and they only give 6 towels by the pool Pool area not cleaned same trash and food was there for 3 days Friday. Saturday, Sunday morning ( beer bottles in the pool area. Black socks, limes, food, trash on the ground, chairs upside down,life saving flotation rings used as toys and on the ground by the pool. Breakfast was 40 minutes late and horriblwashed. The eggs were soggy and lacked flavor. Flimsy plastic silverware which won't even cut a waffle. The plastic knife bent trying to spread the butter on the waffle. Bowls were not readily available for cereal. Asked attendant for bowls (the cereal was the only edible food option)... The breakfast attendant said she is still setting up (40 minutes late) and 10 minutes after I asked for the bowls they were finally set up.

We stayed here for a sports tournament. The reception staff was very accomodating and went above and beyond to assist in my stay. The rooms were clean and updated.

The Hotel was as nice as you’ll find for the Antelope Valley. Rooms were clean and smelled new. Please keep the homeless out of your hotel and you have a winner. Would stay again.

Good: pre-made breakfast items included. They had some decent options for oatmeal toppings. Friendly, helpful, readily available staff. Easy parking. Air conditioner. Mini fridge and microwave. Semi-spacious room and large bathroom large shower with good water pressure. Ability to open the window a couple inches for fresh air. Could be better: very strong chemical paint-like smell in the room, shower was hard to adjust and hard to not be in the water to lather up or to turn the water on without getting wet. The rest of the room seem clean but there were some wrappers on the floor under the bathroom counter. Bed was less supportive than preferred and pretty noisy and jiggly if moving around at all. No restaurant on premises, and although pre-made breakfast options were available, they were out of a number of things like butter for example.

Rooms are nice because they haven’t been open long. However the staff needs to be trained or retrained on how to run an establishment. This is not a professional environment that I would expect from a Marriot. The ladies at the front desk have attitudes worse than the waitresses at a dinner. Will not recommend this place unless there are significant changes made.

I really liked the stay here. The property was clean, smelled great and staff is amazing. The only thing I would recommend is making sure the soap bottles inside the shower are full because I was completely out of conditioner and my hair was a hot mess lol!

It is a very clean, quiet and modern facility suitable for families. Staff is friendly, and breakfast is standard. Many convenient details in the room such as reading lights, land phone with phone charging cables, and night lights in bathroom. Priced very reasonably too. Highly recommended!

This is our third time staying at this location or second. This trip, the room was not clean and there was items left by the previous occupant. And then sink has a small hole, that is full of brown dirt! I didn’t take a photo.

The staff were thorough, friendly and extra helpful. Our overall rating would have been excellent except for the fact that our shower faucet did not work properly.

Service was great. Breakfast was wonderful. The room itself was comfortable. My husband mentioned that he noticed cigarette smoke in the room, but I couldn't smell anything. He has a sensitive nose. Anyway, the clerk said she would make sure the room was thoroughly cleaned after we checked out.

After staying at other hotels in the area this is the ONLY hotel we book at now. Staff and hotel are great. Plenty of breakfast options as well. Overall we are always pleased staying here.

The property is new and well kept. The receptionist greeted me and checked me in. She asked what brought me in for a one night visit? I responded “a funeral” and she laughed! I suppose she thought I was joking. I wasn’t.

The lady that checked us in (brunette female) was very courteous and welcoming. The lady in the morning (blonde female) was a polar opposite. Not friendly at all. The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. The room also had multiple USB outlets throughout the room, making charging multiple items at the same time easy. Breakfast was very good with multiple choices that even the pickiest eater could find something to eat. (Hot and cold items, serve yourself setting) Overall, we will definitely stay here again…just hope we don’t have to interact with the same lady in the morning while checking out. :)

I hate to not give 5 stars overall. It was brand new, so the things that were not working weren’t because the facility was broken down, instead it was not completely ready for guests. I booked the wheelchair accessible room with a tub because a hot bath is a method of pain control for my disabled daughter. The tub stopper didn’t release, and there was no maintenance on staff, so she was unable to bathe. There was only one other room with a tub, but by the time things were sorted out, she just needed sleep. That being said, I was grateful for the fresh smell in the hotel and the excellent condition it was in otherwise. I will stay here again!
