We had a really excellent stay. The staff are very helpful; anything we needed, they provided in record time! They helped us order takeout to the hotel when we got in very late one evening. Breakfast is delicious with a good range. The hotel is perfectly situated for both the old town and the shopping district/MarkAntalya. There are some really lovely cafes and shops in the area. The hotel is very clean and beautifully decorated. We would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed staying at Mai Inci. Close to the historical part of Antalya and about a 20 minute walk to the archeological museum. Very nice staff and breakfast.

My room was dark in the basement no window and no light in the hallway. When I asked for another room they charged me another 125 Euros for a room on the second floor with a window that smelled of mould it wasn’t much better it was a terrible experience. I’m very disappointed and it ruined our trip.

The staff at the hotel were excellent, and the entire place was impeccably clean. The surroundings were also very nice, adding to the overall pleasant experience. However, it would have been helpful if they had informed us about the room layouts. Our room had no windows, making it difficult to distinguish between day and night. Overall, a good stay but better communication about room features is needed.

We had an amazing experience. Hotel is very close to all amenities, old bazar and sea. Staff was supper good and responsible. Management helped us to organize tour, train tickets and taxi services. It is a family run hotel. Management is very cooperative. We reached ealy there and they allowed us to leave our laugage before check in time. Rooms were small but very clean.

The staff at Mai Inci hotel made our stay wonderful! Couldn't think of a better experience on our first visit to Antalya they are all so kind and friendly. Location and neighbourhood needs some improvements, yet hotel represents a pleasant and comfortable to stay oasis. Modern and contemporary with Turkish adds on , internal designs reprexrnts clear and attractive insights of this hotel. Rooms are of a decent size and well maintained, clean and equipped with all necessary furniture and sleak , upnarket interia designs. There's a restaurant and range of massages available in the hotel at affordable prices. As a family business, this hotel is well kept and staff is available to meet and please you with smile and help when required. Prices are very affordable Locstion is cental and close to old town. Pricess are reduced avd unrealisticaly cheap hence its a presehlsàce is

Mai Inci is a exceptional place to stay! comfortable, clean, friendly member of staff plus they have spa facilities wich is a bonus 👌. The sauna is open from 11Am-23:00PM. They have Turkish bath that you can use,they also have the service for €30 including sauna Turkish bath service and massage. I had one of the best massage with Farah. She is incredible, thank you once again Farah for your impeccable service ❤️ Also i would like to say thank you to Beka. I definitely recommend the place

Really nice stay here, rooms are clean and good size All staff helpful & friendly, Hotel is close to the center, to marina to everything. Good Breakfast. From airport to hotel around 20 30 minutes depending on the trafic with taxi ( around 465 500 Turkish lira ) Only downside it's you don't have a nice view but I know it when I book.

This is a newish property and really nice. I was happy to have stayed here. My room was small but I booked for a new year stay at the last minute and got the last room. The bathroom was in excellent condition and the bed very comfy. The breakfast was excellent, better than most hotels. The staff were welcoming and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel was clearly best kept building neighborhood very close to coast and old town. The Spa with Hamam and Massage was outstanding for talent of my masseur was as good as it gets. Choice of woman or man masseur.

The only disappointment in this hotel is the breakfast. There was a lot on offer but, the food overall needs improvement. The hotel is boutique and quite nice and the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff are amazing and have gone out of their way and beyond to make sure we were happy with everything. Arranged transport for us free of charge when we couldn’t, provided information on excursions and suggestions for any questions, very informative , arranged order in food as take away when the weather was terrible one night, helped in all the little things that mattered whenever they were able to. Family run hotel that is close walking distance to the main town and very safe ! I would definitely come back to Antalya just for this hotel. They accommodated all our needs and beyond. Cannot express my gratitude towards to mai Inci. Good breakfast options and clean bedrooms !

Extraordinary experience with hospitable staff. First things first, even though I arrived at the hotel in the morning, the reception staff let me check-in early. They are always there to assist you about everything you need. You can feel it. They offered me a breakfast which has plenty of options that are delicious. Location is just amazing since the facility is in the heart of the city. Old town is just 5 minutes away by walking. The hotel is lovely furnished and decorated at best. It was just a one night stay but I will definitely come back. Huge thanks to everyone!

What is unique about this hotel is the hospitality by the staff. They are always ready to go out of their way and make sure you are happy. Professionalism and sincerity intertwined. Other than that, loved the location as well since it is in the heart of the city. The design of the hotel also shows that it has been thought through with its authentic atmosphere. Moreover, It is obvious that they also pay attention to cleanliness. Besides, they also offer a delicious breakfast in the morning with a varied range. In a nutshell, overall I am happy with my experience and I am grateful to have new lovely friends there.

Lovely hotel and incredibly helpful gentlemen on reception. Really close to Antalya's Old Town and transport links (buses/trams) Breakfast was amazing too! And you get free spa access for up to 45 minutes, which - when you've spent the last 10 days hiking the Lycian Way - is a very welcome bonus!

Excellent Hotel in Antalya, very near to all attractions in Old City , great and connection to everywhere with Tramway , Great Staff ( special thanks to Eray, Onur, Yusuf , Sabrina and Ali ) . They help guest in everything you need. Delicious Breakfast ! I highly recommend this hotel and I will be back again here.

The location, staff, and room are all excellent. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone spending a couple of nights in Antalya and trying to fit everything in. The breakfast and spa where great and the hotel offered a free ride to the station.

It was an awful experience. I didn't sleep well because there were no fresh air (no windows), no a/c, no ventilation. Never come back to the hotel like that.

Decent boutique hotel, reasonably quiet and clean, convenient location close to old town and waterfront. The upstairs rooms are okay, downstairs standard rooms have no windows. All things considered the price was a little high for room and breakfast, probably due to the spa facilities in the basement (not used, but the saunas looked okay). Free street parking usually available.

we lived in this hotel for 4 days last week and can't complain about anything, the rooms are small but perfectly adequate, cleanliness is very important in the hotel. the breakfast buffet includes everything you need to start the day well. the staff is always friendly and courteous. everything is taken care of and organized. everything is very easy to reach on foot from the hotel. most points on my side actually go to the staff, the staff are funny and courteous, keep asking about well-being. in my opinion a really super pleasant atmosphere. The hotel is really only recommended for a stay! Greetings from Germany and don't forget, next year we're going to the club :D
