Phenomenal stay at citizenM Pioneer Square. I love the hotel - I'm a big fan of the brand and this location lives up to the hype. I will be staying here again.

Room was simple and comfy. Rooms are very small, but we had a great view out our window towards the bay. Comfy bed and fun lights. Good for couples.

What a surprise! Super cute and very clean with all the most up to date technology at your finger tips! Great location and very eclectic! My first time in this type of hotel and LOVED IT!

Great hotel. Great location. Super modern but small. Great atmosphere and walking distance to many shops and restaurants.

I stayed for two nights with my 10 year old son when I took him to a Seahawks game. The location cannot be beat if you are attending an event at Lumen Field! We were easily able to walk down to Pikes Place Market as well, and being directly across from the water was a great perk. Our room was on the 8th floor and had a view of both Lumen Field and the waterfront. The king size bed was plenty big enough for the two of us but a bigger family might struggle to feel comfortable in the compact rooms. I got breakfast at the hotel both mornings and it was really filling and delicious with a nice variety of items.
However, it says on their website that kids 10 and younger get breakfast free with the purchase of an adult breakfast and I noticed on the second morning that they were charging me for both our meals. When I brough this up to the lady working in the dining area she got an attitude with me but did take off one of the breakfast charges. The latte I had ordered from her turned out terrible though and I feel this was intentional as all the other coffees I had ordered throughout my stay were great. I went to double check my folio at the front desk after that and the gentleman there was absolutely lovely and assisted in correcting the charges to my room. He did mention that he didn't know their website said that kids get free breakfast with an adults purchase so that was interesting to hear. Overall it was a great stay and we plan to make it our go to Seattle hotel.

Amazing hotel, great location and very warm and unique ambiance and decor. One of the most unique places we’ve stayed. Fully smart rooms and comfortable and easy to use amenities were a plus. Will definitely come back. Thanks

Good first very clean, room was very small, like staying in an RV, the toilet was a RV style. One small plastic chair you had to climb over each other to get out of the bed , no coffee in room and charged $3 down stairs, staff very unfriendly

Rooms are comically small, but fine for one person. Check in's pretty wonky. If you need coffee in the morning, it's $3 and really bad.

Nice hotel near train station and stadium, only complaint would be breakfast in the lobby sine a homeless man walk in off the street eat from the buffet and walk out. No one questioned this

Super clean, small but efficient room. Fine for couples but too small if you’ve got a third - even if they’re young as there’s no additional floor space for a bassinet or a small crib. Stayed on a last minute whim and accidentally left my photo ID at home. Staff was friendly and super understanding and accepted a digital copy. Quiet neighborhood - probably not the place you want to stay if you’re looking to go out later in the evening, but in my case, I wanted a quiet hotel to get some sleep. This place checked the boxes.

Our first time staying at a CitizenM hotel. It was modern, clean and inviting, plus the location was great for our trip. We were a little surprised at the size of the room and it took a little getting used to with two of us. That being said the room was immaculately clean, modern and tech savvy. Everything in the room was conteolled by the iPad Mini and we loved the view.
Only a few drawbacks besides the square footage. The mattress was too firm for my wife and she struggled sleeping. Maybe a mix of rooms with a softer option? Ovwrall though Id definitely give this location 4.5 out of 5 stars.

Room had an utterly amazing view of the Seattle harbor to the south. The room was very comfortable.

Check in at kiosk, an attendant is available (during working hours) to assist.
Small room, has a tiny fridge for 3 drinks and a small takeout box. Lights, a/c, TV, window curtains are controlled by ipad.
Lobby is a lounge, with sofa, TV, tables, workbench with stools, and cafe.
Good location - 7 min walk to Link rail and 2 min walk to bus station.

Bed sheets had stains. Gross.
I asked for sheets to be changed, even the next day and they simply sent 1single sheet to our room on 1st night, where we were expected to change it ourselves. Not 4* hotel quality.

This is a lovely property and we were prepared to lose a few creature comforts but were surprised at the extent. The room was extreeemely small. The bathroom sink is in the living area thus affording little privacy. The room controls (blind, lights, media, etc) are primarily controlled via mini-ipad which failed to charge so left us with no TV. I rang the front desk but received no response. We found a remote but it was inoperable. The bed was comfortable and adequate in size but (oddly enough) the duvet was too small for two people. I was also disappointed at the lack of amenities. Not even complementary coffee and if you wanted to control the TV from the app (since we had no other options) there was even a charge for that. Be these issues nominal, for almost $400 per night we will not be staying here again and would not recommend to associates.

Hotel was clean but the room was subpar. The mattress is hard and the ultra small mini fridge in the room didn’t work. The bathroom setup is strange and the shower barely fit two average sized people. The shower head does not allow for good water pressure.

Very good stay, property is amazing, cute little bar to get food and drinks on property. Easy walking distance to so many things, including the stadium/Wamu theatre, waterfront, aquarium, pike place market, etc. And close to the subway and other transportation options. During my stay pioneer square was under construction so limited close food options for dining out. Also big group of homelessness population if your walking from subway so felt a little unsafe at night if going that route otherwise pretty safe for walking around in the evening around the hotel area.

I liked everything

I would recommend other hotels in the area. While this hotel is close to the waterfront, it isn’t the most convenient for going literally anywhere else. If you pick a high floor, don’t expect to sleep in. every day we were there we were met with very loud banging above us for well over 20 minutes. I had high hopes for this hotel, I loved the modernism, but everything else was just lacking.

Less than a mile walk to stadium's and to pikes market. Very modern hotel.

Staff could have been more friendly. Most of them seemed socially awkward. Overall they were not mean, just not overall friendly. I didn’t like that there was a public unisex bathroom either. It made me uncomfortable
