Check In took forever. Front desk staff was great. Room was okay. Our smoke alarm when off from steam from the shower due to poor ventilation. Noisy guest, could hear the room next to us having sex. High traffic and tons of sirens all hours of the day and night.

I wasn't sure what to expect with the location being in Inglewood. I was very pleasantly surprised with how nice this place was. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was a little loud Saturday night when people returned from a concert near by, but after they settled down, it was very nice. The location is perfect for going to a game at SoFi Stadium. The walk was short and easy. Much better than trying to deal with parking. There is a nice restaurant right next door too.

The hotel is conveniently located for the Intuit Dome and SoFi, which was really nice. The area nearby is a little less than desirable. I wouldn't walk at night alone.

There was an open bar of used soap on the sink when I checked into room. The first night the fire alarm went off in the entire hotel for a good 20 mins. Took forever to back to sleep and everyday was outside their room confused. Security guard mocked my make America great again hat. Everytime you enter your room have to enter a 7 digit code, no room cars. Cameras on every balcony kind of strange.

Stayed at Lum Hotel because it is adjacent to the Intuit Dome where we were attending a concert. Lobby and room were clean. Valet service and receptionists were friendly. The parking fees are not clearly communicated. At checkin they tell you parking is $55 but on your receipt at checkout there’s an additional 10% parking occupancy tax! Airplane noise to be expected since it’s close to LAX but…the fire alarm went off at 12:30 am! The previous guest set an alarm for 6:11 am and then the alarm clock next to us went off shortly thereafter. Called the front desk after a few minutes since the room seemed to be unoccupied because no one turned off the alarm clock. I asked about a discount because of the fire alarm going off and they waived the other fees they normally. If attending an event at the intuit dome, sofi stadium, or forum would consider staying here again.

It was fine. The design of the shower that can be seen from the bedroom is very strange. I was traveling with a friend and we did NOT feel comfortable showing in full view of the other person.

On arrival, we signed in and were given the access codes to our rooms, both rooms were not clean, beds not made etc. We had to wait for 90 minutes for 2 clean rooms to be readied, and then we were given smaller rooms. But after driving for 9 hours, we settled. The floor in one of the rooms is coming up, and could be dangerous if your not wearing foot coverings. There were silver fish in the bathtub. There was a lot of noise and shouting from other guests late into the night into early hours, there seem to be no concern for other guests. The website does not mention that larger vehicles will be charged extra for valet service and will be stored off-site. The valet service person, Kevin, went out of his way to help us, he is a great asset to the hotel. Also Kelly at the front desk was very accommodating under the circumstances, she handled the issues well.

Check in was quick, the hotel and rooms were very nice. For me the bed was fine, but if I were over 5'10", the bed would have been small/short. I used the blow dryer and the power went out in the bathroom, so we had to reset the circuit. The location was super convenient for both the Intuit Dome and SoFi Stadium. On site restaurant was good. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay to watch a Rams game. The hotel was clean and in good shape, and the people were really nice. The only complaint was the TV was about the size of a computer monitor and the ironing board was about 2 inches off the ground but there was nowhere to set it. Shower and bathroom were super nice, but in the living area it would have been nice to have a couple of chairs.

Me and my wife stay here everytime we attend a rams game. Would recommend to anyone who is attending an event at SoFi. 7 min walk to and from stadium and they have an amazing restaurant / bar on first and 2nd floor. Also a rooftop bar!

My boyfriend and I were in Inglewood one night for a concert at the YouTube theater. Everyone at the Lüm Hotel very accommodating, friendly, personable, our room was clean and comfortable. We'd stay there again.

Check in took forever and you have to pay 55$ for parking, then there is a 30$ amenities fee and trust me they are lack luster, small rooms and AC hardly blows

We stayed here after going to the Rams football game. Not a great area of town to stay in. The staff was amazing. The hotel felt like it was recently remodeled, but the materials seemed very cheap. The floors, TV, lights, ect all felt very cheap. The shower was nice.

We booked the hotel over a month ago. We were unaware of a valet charge of $55 on top of a resort fee for $35. If you show up in a car, be prepared, you must pay the $55 valet fee, which we were unaware of. I like to know what I’m paying for upfront and this was not it. Also, it was very noisy. Our room was just over the parking lot, the valet service and the people above us were noisy till all hours.

So we came a hour early and usually we had no issue from other hotels checking in early but this hotel wanted us to pay $40 dollars even though our room was already ready. Usually I’m fine with any additional fees but when they put that $100 hold on your card that goes straight to parking and other amenity fees. I’ve been to many hotels and this is first one where I didn’t see no reason for $96 dollars all for just parking and using the WiFi etc. Breakfast wasn’t even included. I can admit the room was lovely not so much the view but besides that not worth it all.

The location was excellent for my travel to LA. The personnel were polite and friendly. There was a smoke alarm that beeped low battery all night in the hallway outside our room, there is no phone in the room to contact the front desk and if you call the hotel info number it just rolled over to voice mail. We did receive a discount on our bill for the inconvenience but the smoke alarm was still beeping as we left the hotel later in the day.

Nice property and wonderful staff in the heart of new entertainment hub. Much nicer to walk on back to this little oasis than deal with the awful parking and traffic when Intuit, Sofi, and the Forum all host soldout events on the same night.

Our dining experience was absolutely unacceptable. Our server was completely overwhelmed with too many tables. Two bartenders but we didn't get our drinks until we were almost finished with dinner. Took way too long to get malt vinegar for my fish & chips and by the time I got it, my food was cold and inedible. You need to staff your restaurant, especially when there is a concert, like the one we attended, at the Forum.

Great location right by Hollywood park if you are attending a concert or event. However it’s very noisy and lots of construction happening in the early morning . Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. Room is simple but did the job for the night. Beautiful big shower. Overpriced in my opinion with $100 of added fees on top of what we already paid.

For a concert or a game this hotel can't be beat for it's location. It is clean but our room was starting to look a little tired which was surprising as I think the premises had recently been renovated. The hotel is on the LAX flight path hence the noise level is high. There are sound machines in the room so they are aware of the issue.
