Booked a king suite and was given a double. When went back to reception they told me they had overbooked and didn't have a room for us. It was our 10 year wedding anniversary, we saved for months to be able to do something nice and was totally made to feel like a second class guest. No apology, nothing. Upon further inspection of the room, it wasn't even properly clean, there was a dried stain on the outside of the toilet bowl, nut behind the sofa and gum stuck to the bed. The breakfast wasn't any better than your average motel, but the attendant was very friendly. It had a kitchen but no extractor and the windows wouldn't even open. The place smelt of food the whole time. The toilet door has been instaled to open inwards and you barely have space to close it. Finally the double bed... We just didnt sleep at all. Overall just a pretentions place.

Really enjoyed the space in our room and the bed was so comfortable. For all the choices we had, I’m glad we stayed here. Family environment, beach shuttle available for peak season and beach items were available for guest use. The only complaint I have is the breakfast was awful. Other than that, my husband and I enjoyed the comfort of our room.

We stayed here with 5 other couples for our 10th wedding anniversary. The staff wa very accommodating and friendly. We appreciate how they could hold our luggages as we came early and also after check out. I want to recognize Zoie for being so patient for such a large group was able to help every time we needed something. It was overall a great experience.

Overall great stay, however breakfast is as a little disappointing, always running out of food and one staff member rushing back and forth from the kitchen to get more food.

This was year two of the splash pad being out of order during our visit (4 days last year and 5 days this year). Their breakfast offerings were drastically cut back from last year- no more waffles. Addditionally, they were out of stock for coffee creamer and juice the last two days of our visit. Lastly, one of the two elevators was broken. This led to some frustrating elevator waits.

The hotel itself is nice. The gym, pool and lobby are very nice. The staff at the front desk was not the friendliest, not rude just not very attentive. Our stay was 5 days, the breakfast bar was the same food every morning and there wasn’t ever enough for the amount of people eating. We went at different times during breakfast and the experience was the same each time.

The property itself is newer and looks great and modern. Our issues were with the breakfast, the selection was not good and if you didn't get there right at the beginning, there was no food left. Very disappointing from a Hilton. We also didn't always have hot water in the shower. I would say of you don't care for breakfast it might be ok for you, but I wasn't happy about that part.

The only thing I don’t like it was the breakfast, because looks poor, and when I went to eat around 8:30 am most of the containers doesn’t have food, and when I asked to the staff to refill the containers, they said they don’t have any more. How is possible they don’t have waffles or pancakes for the kids.

Checked into this property with my family only to see that it was not cleaned. We are were told no rooms were available early. There were stains on almost everything and ketchup packets and wrappers left by the previous guests. I spoke to the manager Afreen. She said she would see what she could do and get back to me. She never did. Breakfast was very limited and not good. Though it was convenient to the places around I wouldn’t waste my money here again.
