This is an excellent hotel close to lot's of really good restaurants,tapas bars and the beach. The receptionists welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. Very helpful. Our deluxe room was the best room that I have ever had. And I have stayed in a lot of hotels.

Friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast. Room was clean and in good condition. Only thing was that the rooftop lounge and pool is situated at the rooftop bar and we felt uncomfortable sitting around the pool without buying repeated rounds of drinks.

Great location, lovely room, great nights sleep. Nice roof top bar with view of castle. We purchased pool access which was to a disappointing small pool with loungers in it! This should be described. I wouldn’t have purchased.

Supposedly a superior room but air conditioning didn't work and the ceiling fan was noisy. Also the sink was blocked so drained very slowly. Not sure how the hotel got it's rating as no evening restaurant, plunge pool only and no staff in attendance for the rooftop bar area. Narrow view to the beach. In fairness the receptionist on leaving was most helpful.

The hotel is very well situated in Alicante, near to a great selection of bars, restaurants and the port. You pay for the location because although the hotel is clean and modern, it feels very Ikea. Nothing is very premium or luxury but it's adequate. I felt that it was a little over priced for what was on offer. After our initial check in, the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is basic and again adequate. Being British, I do like some bacon, egg and sausage. it seemed like it was cooked at 8am and left under lamps until 10:30...... Perhaps I should get up earlier! Our room was spacious and very clean and had a nice outside space. There were very welcome tea and coffee facilities in the room and the large bottle of water was a nice touch. Nice that the hotel has a large underground parking area with free electric vehicle charging.

From the warm welcome at check-in to the lovely room with great views up to the castle, we loved everything about this hotel. It was close to amenities, restaurants and bars. The receptionist, Yolanda, was very helpful in providing us with information about tram journeys and also giving us a map of Alicante which pointed out all the attractions and sights. Just fabulous!

Excellent hotel, surprisingly close to the beach, quiet although very central close to all restaurants. Good breakfast, included more than I initially thought. We had an apartment on the sixth floor that consisted of a main room with a dinner table, sofa, big TV and a kitchen, a big bathroom, plus two bedrooms and finally a large terrace.

The hotel was small but modern and clean. Close to the beach and esplanade and right in front of the mountain with the castle. Very nice and helpful staff! Breakfast was good, but on the smaller side. The pool on the terass was very small, but it was nice for chilling in the evening, with a great view of the mountain.

This is a fantastic little hotel, central, close to the beach, clean, modern and a massive family room. There is a nice rooftop bar with a plunge pool and great views of the castle and city. The staff are friendly and helpful and kept the place clean.The breakfast was very nice also. Our only issue was the bathroom door would not close because the wood had swelled from the water in the shower. Not ideal with two teens in the room. Unfortunately this didn’t get fixed during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was excellent. We enjoyed it very much! The hotel is nice and clean, with the option of getting it cleaned every day. The staff was wonderful and very easy to talk to. They recomended places to explore and resturants to eat at. In all we had an excellent stay!

A nice hotel offering very clean and practical apartments, but lacking charm and warmth. Note: For those looking to enjoy the "Premium" Studio, 1 Queen Bed with Sofa bed, Pool Access, City View (Terrace) - there are two options, 606 and 605. The one in the photos is 606. Room 605 faces another building, does not have a partial sea view, has half the windows, making it darker, and its terrace is located below the terrace bar & elevator pathway, making it very noisy! Additionally, while the rooftop terrace with its pool is nice, the loud electronic dance music starting at 4-5 PM until late at night does not suit the family clientele renting the apartments, who are the only ones with access to the terrace. However, for those looking to take a quick dip, this small pool certainly offers the best view of the city and Alicante Castle.

The apartment was fabulous very spacious and spotless, cleaned every day, the staff were very polite and helpful. For some reason the kettle, extractor and oven did not work in my room I had the kettle replaced I did not inform the staff of the others just used the hob instead. The hotel is 2 minutes walk to the beach and supermarkets and shops are within easy walking distance. The roof top pool was an added extra although I could never seem to get a bed as there are only a few. I would most definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to a friend

First of all is the location, just around the corner from the beach, bars restaurants and mini markets everywhere,the tram and bus stop is next to the beach. The hotel itself is very clean rooms are modern the shower is the most powerfull shower I have ever had

Odyssey Rooms was a wonderful place stay for my trip to Alicante. Its one block away from the Esplanade, and a stone's throw away from the beach. The staff are super friendly, the room I stayed in was nice clean roomy. WIFI was strong. Very walkable area, but there are buses nearby. Plenty of places to eat in the area, but you'll probably find better less touristy options away from the beach area. There are 2 elevators (or lifts), there are washing machines and a dryer in the basement area (like 1 euro per load), parking, and a terrace area with a beautiful view of El Castell de Santa Barbara. The high speed train state (Alicante/Alacant) is probably a 20 to 25 minute walk, so if you travel light, skip the taxi and walk to familiarize yourself with the area overall a great stay at Odyssey Rooms.

Lovely experience, great drinks, super clean rooms. The rooftop is beyond beautiful, the views were spectacular and the music was an amazing vibe. Location is perfect it’s near all the restaurants, bars, and a quick walk to the bottom the castle. Only thing to call out is that the pool is much smaller than pictured… but we didn’t go for a pool since the beach is just a couple blocks away.

Beautiful and modern hotel in a great location. Just a few minutes walk from the beach, marina, and countless dining/drinking options in the old town. There is a small free art gallery next door and another one only a couple of minutes walk away. Very friendly staff on reception.

Great little hotel. It’s a block from the beach, perfect location. The hotel looks recently upgraded the rooms were spacious with all the amenities you would expect. Wonderful breakfast buffet included. Free WiFi, as with most places. Easy walk to the esplanade and the points of interest. The hotel front staff were great. Friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
