There is no water pressure in the shower or sink .. it just drizzles out.. other than that.. the room was nice for a family with small children.. king size bed with a bunk bed. . Definitely AGGIE support!!

very high price with minimal amenties, rundown conditions of the hotel

The staff was friendly and facility looked clean. However, the building looked like it could use some love. Location was good so I’d still stay there again in the future.

The location is great but the entrance is a little weird. It’s like entering a store rather than a hotel.
Everything is pretty and nicely decorated at first glance. Upon further inspection, the paint on all of the walls, floorboards, trim, etc is chipped and peeling. But, it’s a cute hotel, and it’s clean. We loved the room we had with a king bed and bunks. I wish more hotels offered this layout!

We will not stay here again, we drove 8 hours to get here, We call to ask what time the restaurant and bar closed, They told us the restaurant served until 10:00 pm
We got there at 8:30 and told us they were already closed, Font desk staff a little no caring, To top all that off the TV in our room did not work
Take my word spread $50.00 more and stay at a nicer hotel
6.0 / 10.0
Our TV did not work the entire time we were there, but did in other rooms and the lobby and the only thing they offered us was a free drink.

The ac unit wasn’t working properly but nothing major
2.0 / 10.0
The rooms, elevator and building is basically lipstick on a pig.
Low water pressure, rusted restroom, musty smell, stains on carpet, half ass paint job in room.

First off the description for this location stated laundry facility; while it does have a hotel facility for linens, it does not have a laundry room for guest and the picture of one is not true. Secondly, there was no gym access as listed in description. Restaurant, is a working kitchen but seating is in general lounge area; there is no separately attached restaurant. My room was not cleaned upon entering. It appeared to have been a while ago but dust, dirt and debris seemed to have is way for a long time. Property ridden with plumbing issues: clogged bathroom sink, poor water pressure (showing was difficult), leaking game room ceiling, seepage of rain through air conditioning unit was apparent. The water issue in hotel was so much an issue that by my 3rd night, my asthma started to kick in. Finally, on second night I had to resolve being charged a "did not show fee," after I had obviously checked in; and being charged for my first night twice, it took a day and waiting to resolve. Great location and good breakfast were all this place had going for it.

Very limited parking, not super clean, crowded (long waits for elevators). Someone was obviously smoking weed in a room and the smell of it blew it through our vents. It the best stay, but things get super booked quickly in College Station when anything is going on.

The staff was friendly, and the free breakfast exceeded expectations. I really appreciated the bunk bed in the room too. The only thing preventing a 4-star review really wasn’t the fault of the hotel, but maybe it’s because it’s a college town, there was loud and extremely rowdy guests. We heard them yelling and laughing in the parking lot and in our hallway at night. They were running, wrestling, and yelling in our hallway until THREE AM. I assume they were drunk, but I traveled with kids for a National track event and they all needed their sleep, but did not get sound sleep because of how loud and wild it was. For that reason, I wouldn’t stay again with kids.

Convenient location, some renovation needed in rooms and lobby

It’s a place to stay. Be aware they don’t offer late check outs.

The hotel room was very comfortable. The double beds was a nice touch for my two kids. They were able to have their own bed and not fight. There was enough space to put all our luggage as well. The room was very comfortable.

People were nice but air conditioning never really cooled the room. Parking was difficult which we didnt think wouls be a problem on a Wednesday night. When asked for another blanket for one of the kids, they were out. But room was clean and the people ar thr desk were nice and helpful.

Overall, the hotel was decent. Parking wasn’t great. The lot was so full I had to park behind one of the strip centers and was concerned my truck would get broken into.
I saw 2 dead roaches on the floor coming out of the stairwell. But hey, at least they were dead.
The icing on the cake was when I attempted to take a shower in the morning. My 97 year old grandfather produced a better stream than what came out of the shower head.

It was a little sketchy….

The shower was dangerous. Very slippery
Loud guests on our floor.

Smell of drainage and dirty restroom
3.0 / 10.0
The biggest disappointment is the website pictures for the food at the on site restaurant look amazing, but there is no restaurant! You can order burgers or pizza that get delivered to your room, but it looks sketchy. The bed was comfy, but there is no soundproofing for what’s going on in the hall and between rooms is only barely muffled.

Lack of service and there was dirty socks in the closest.

The first night my ac wasn’t working so I was moved to a different room. The water pressure was so bad, I couldn’t even get shampoo rinsed out of my hair.
It was raining when I arrived and the lobby had buckets placed all over to catch water from all the leaks

Due to hurricane Beryl, we had to cancel our trip because it was too dangerous to travel. We tried to get a hold of Hotel, Expedia, or hotel.com. It was very difficult to get a hold of anybody and we were referred to several wrong numbers. I understand the the policy in that we did not get her money refunded, but nobody we talked to was very nice about it.

Front desk person was attentive, first room we checked into only had one bed made with linens. Room phone didn’t work, went to the front desk to request linens for the unmade bed, they ended up changing our room. A lot of caution tape in the common areas, apparently going through some renovations. Definitely felt like off season, staff was attentive, but the hotel is needing some maintenance, which was in progress. Would stay again.

This hotel is obviously very old and they call it a boutique because they painted the walls and added Aggie decor. Nevertheless, the ceilings are low, the shower had very little water pressure, the AC was a unit near the window. I would not stay here again.
2.0 / 10.0
Hotel was old and upgrades were superficial and cheaply done. Breakfast was not a buffet and it was horrible. Game room was fun for kids. Front desk staff were very helpful.
10.0 / 10.0
My family and I have stayed here on previous trips. We like the customer service, design of hotel, rooms, location. I do not like the windows not being tinted… where we can see out but no one can see inside! That is a negative.
8.0 / 10.0
The staff is nice and beds were very comfortable. The free water was nice to have. Overall this hotel is good for a night or two. Was glad to have a fridge and microwave . More of a challenge if you are staying longer with all girls/women. If staying longer, damp rid in the room helped with the humidity of Texas. Made the a/c run more efficient. There is no dresser and the closet we had was small for 3 people and no real hanging rod. We did pack extra hangers and that helped with the storage of clothes. Also no luggage rack. No place to put things in the shower if you bring your razor or own shampoos but they do provide shampoo/conditioner and lotion. The lounge area downstairs was the place to be. The market was also a nice added touch. Nicely located in town and close to the College and walking distance to several restaurants. Ladies, bring your lighted makeup mirrors as the lighting is a bit dim.

Cute little spot with not a lot of traffic. We would stay here again.

We were there for a work trip so we were not there very much but the hotel had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable.

Nice, clean room. Staff was wonderful.
6.0 / 10.0
Cute idea, but still needs a lot of work! Beds were clean, and if you don't want to pay a ridiculous amount to stay at a nice hotel in town, this is a good option. If you are picky, this is not it.
4.0 / 10.0
At check-in, we were assigned a dirty room. I let staff know we would need another room. A staff member went to check on a possible option and came back an 45 min later, no one saying a word to us. After they helped a couple other guests my husband and I inquired about the room. We were told there were no rooms available and that housekeeping was gone for the day so the original room we were given would not be an option. Stating Hotels.com oversold the night at their hotel. I asked for a manager and shorty there after we were given a cool, clean room for the next 2 nights.
I understand that things happen but it seemed like the girls behind the front desk were perfectly content to make no effort at problem solving. If you took my reservation and do not have a room you should, at the very least, refund my booking so I can find another place to stay.
Housekeeping being gone for the day with dirty rooms and Hotels.com overbooking their hotel is not my problem, as a pre-paid guest.
Overall the hotel is okay. Seem to overlook the little details that take a hotel from ok to good or even great. Wires all over the place behind the TV, messy paint jobs in the rooms and bunched carpet in the hallways.
Despite this, the bed was one of if not the most comfortable hotel bed I have slept on in a long time.

It was just ugly, no green space anywhere.
