A very mismanaged organization that forced us to pay a deposit not mentioned when we arrived in the contract and moved us to a much further location when we were at the location we reserved. I questions their moves and they immediately threatened to cancel my reservation - this while at the airport. They also threatened to cancel my reservation if I talked to anyone about this. I have saved all communication documents. Very unethical company, I would stay away from them.

We never ended up staying - on the day we were to check in the unit was unavailable due to an A/C issue. We then had an issue trying to get our refund. Thankfully Hotels.com worked for us to get the refund approved by Butler Brothers. I would not recommend Butler Brothers.

I travel multiple times a month for work and this was the worst I have been in a very long time. See other reviews...

Property management text me stating that they needed me to pay 250 as a down payment. This practice is not typical of a hotel, which raised my concerns. Additionally, the surrounding area is filled with the homeless population.

It is not the same as the published photos. Dirty and unmaintained property. The sofa bed is disgusting, bathroom dirty, kitchen dirty, in general everything was dirty, washing machine didn't work. It was communicated to the owner and he did not provide any solution. They made us leave the entry card to fix everything and that was not the case. We arrived and they only half cleaned the bathroom and the kitchen. They left the rest dirty, we again indicated that the cleaning was not good and they never solved it for us. the owner just kept repeating over and over that he needed the security deposit. I do not recommend it

had roaches in kitchen and never got my deposit back

This company will steal from you. I cannot stress enough to NOT book with this company. I am very meticulous in communication, so I kept records of all the interactions, and my only fault was I didn't read the reviews carefully. I saw five stars and I was in a hurry. I thought it was 5/5 stars. It was 5/10. I wish I could give this property zero stars.
Prior to my arrival, the Gilani Corporation said only cash was accepted for the room $250 deposit. I was reluctant, but my room was non-refundable and I had already paid 590 dollars, I was unwilling to forgo the room altogether by refusing to pay the deposit in cash. After some thought, I chose to use Zelle, although Gilani wanted me to use CashApp or Paypal. I paid with Zelle, and after I sent them a screenshot via text that my transaction went through, and in return they sent me the code to enter my building and my apartment suite. Upon checkout, I was assured my refund would be issued within 24 hours. I have done the following:
-I also sent a screenshot of my payment for the deposit, as they requested, on that day.
-I sent a Zelle request to refund the deposit on January 25th. On the 26th I was assured my refund would be issued. It was not.
-On Tuesday the 26th, I sent a text a asking about my refund status and it was given no response.
-Wednesday, I was again reassured via text that the refund would be issued both via text and by the person I called at the number listed on Expedia.
I never got my refund. Thieves.

DO NOT STAY HERE. We arrived late after travelling all day to find the place dirty. No towels, no tea towels, no dish clothes. Upon messaging about towels, told us they would go over the place the next day and try to get us towels that night. They brought 3 towels the next day while we were out. No hand towels or face clothes. There was half a roll of toilet paper. We booked this place for a week. We had to go buy our own toilet paper, dish clothes and tea towels.
Dishwasher was broke, oven was broke. They had a king mattress on a queen frame. The frame was broke. Light bulbs burnt out. Vomit on the bathroom walls. Tape and bandaids stuck on walls. Kurig coffee maker but they had normal coffee filters to make coffee. Queen sheet turned sideways to fit the king mattress.
This place should not be allowed to rent out rooms. NEVER EVER AGAIN. THE WEBSITE SHOWS NICE PLACES. READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE BOOKING.

Our bed was infested with bed bugs. We immediately left for another hotel. The manager denied that there was bed bugs, even though inhad picture and video proof. It took them 8 days of daily harrasment to finally get my deposit back.

The property is nice. We had to call the property to get the entry code and they said you never made the $250 deposit. We said it was never requested from us or we would have. So they sent a sketchy PayPal link, we got the entry code and it didn't work. Another guest let us in at 4:45 when we arrived at 3:00. Parking was velvet only which was included in the price. But, when we checked out we waited 1hour and 30 minutes in a line to get our car back. If you don't read the fine print you will not get your deposit back. You have to request it with a PayPal email or they will not send it. I loved the priority but I will not stay here again. Update its been over a week and I still haven't heard anything about my deposit being returned.

A different kind of place, with self check in, using a number of code numbers. It worked OK. But many of us staying there had some difficulties with the system.
The room was very big and nice. In like an old warehouse with super tall ceilings very thick walls, very quiet, very convenient in the downtown.
There was a strong smell of mothballs, that some of the other residents, and I wondered about. We could also hear from the local residents, some of lived there as an apartment, that they weren’t so happy about the spaces that were being rented out short term.

Booked here because of proximity to Kay Bailey Convention Center. They sell themselves as corporate condos. When sales reps got to location, they said they felt unsafe and was confused on the refundable deposit via PayPal. I tried calling front desk and could not understand employee. They tried calling me back several times and after one ring would hand up. Very sketchy business and they would not budge on refunding me any money for the three rooms we did not use or check in. Would not recommend for business or pleasure.
2.3
The check in process was the worst there was a line of us outside in the heat trying to get into the building. the deposit should be taken right away and the code for the room sent the morning of check in.
If you are going to be at the convention center it is a great location for that

The apartment was very clean. What I did not like was after I got there I was hit with a $250 fee that was not mentioned prior to my arrival. This was a test run for a year project. I will not be using this service for my weekly three-day stay in Dallas for the next year. I would not recommend this property for single females due to the high number of homeless in the area.

Very disappointed, problem with checking in they give me the wrong code for the door, also the soon I walking in the apartment a very strong smell come from the shower curtain very dirty and smelly I did send a text to them but never got a answers no one come to change the shower curtain. Sofa bed in the living rooms was disgusting full of stains and also broke, need more kitchen supplies was very limited.
Also they need to have a dolly was very hard to transport my luggage's to my room, they took more the 24 hrs. to refund my deposit.
2.3
Looked clean, but as we started turning on lights numerous roaches came out..
it was so disgusting to see one on the bed, behind pillow!
No wonder there a distinctive smell as we walked in, it was insecticide!.
Horrible experience for my children and I, had to look for another place to spend the night at.
By the looks of it, doesn’t seem like they care for guest satisfaction, once mentioned to staff, he only laughed.
Waste of time and money!

DO NOT STAY HERE. They will try and con you into a cash or cash app deposit and then even if you pay via credit card to and keep it. I have photos of the room before and after and the communications. I am having to take legal action against them through my credit card company to get the refund.
2.3
Horrible worst experience ever
2.3
Horrible customer service

The room reeked like cigarettes, and the key code that was given to me, did not ever work to get in the building. I had to be let in by other guess every single time. Additionally, I also felt that the PayPal deposit payment was not clearly described upfront.
2.3
Communication needs to be more clear. No where did it state the details entering the property was only an hour before hand. It all worked out in the end. We had a good stay
2.3
They’re scamming people out of hard earned money..Not good at all place stinks & the advertisements are not the same.No management on property & they raise the rates when you get there you have to pay an additional 250 dollars over the phone with someone that doesn’t understand English. Arrived at property at 3pm nobody to check us in a contact hotels.com at 4:30p nobody still on the property office closed.

Someone from the property calls and asks

The space was nice, it was clean. The location is very close to the convention center (I was at a convention) but it is right downtown, so be ready to deal with the residents that live on the streets. All of them were harmless, and I had zero problems, but they were consistently around outside the building. The most difficult part for me was the check-in. This is NOT a hotel, so there is no one there to help you if you are locked outside and it is raining (yes, this happened to me). Admittedly I did not fill out all the paperwork required prior to showing up, so the delay in getting into the building was on me. This was my first time staying in a "corporate suites" type of lodging, so I learned to prepare beforehand.
2.3
Horrible experience, I booked three rooms, the third room was never used because the property owner was unresponsive but still took our money for the stay and deposit but then wants to charge us for a missing key. There was also dirty women’s clothes in one of the rooms under a couch. There was dog hair everywhere. Doesn’t look like it was cleaned.
2.3
The property was very nice and clean, however, the communication was horrible. Check in process was far more complicated than it should be. The person on the phone hung up on me multiple times when I tried to reach them regarding check in procedures and gaining access to our room. We waited at the property for 30 minutes before I was given check in procedures. Keys were in a lockbox that was stuck closed and took forever to open. Had to pay a deposit via cashapp or PayPal, which is very unprofessional. We only kept the reservation because hotel prices in the area had major increases for last minute reservations. We did no damage to the apartment, we were rarely there, only to sleep, but still were declined the return of the $259 deposit. Would recommend paying a little extra to stay in a hotel where you’ll receive actual customer service.

Room was dirty, living room rug was filthy, paint peeling off of bedroom ceiling, kitchen stove top soiled.
2.3
I don’t like how you cant have guest , and they try to charge you for everything. the area is horrible and the building is old and smells like mothballs. Toilet water pressure was low and the shower has no shelfs you have no where to put anything, Its not worth in i will never stay there again!

I’ve stayed at this property before and been pretty satisfied. Not the case this time. The parking valet lost my car keys one day, and gave me someone else’s car another day. The access code to retrieve the key was incorrect. There was ripped signage on the back of the door, and seemed to be a door on the verge of breaking down because there’s was a oil leaking from door arm and the scraping noise when you opened it. The room was clean and temperature comfortable. Nice decor and a good view of the city. The security guard at the front door lobby area was asleep. There was food thrown on the stairs toward the front door of the building. The food stayed there for at least 18 hours.
I’ve stayed at this property several times and never an experience this poor. The AllGuest corporate suites experience is woefully downgraded and horrific compared to the experience in other rooms through Sonder. The check in process was very different because Sonder uses their mobile app for communications even while on property; while AG communications were primarily Dom emails. T

The place itself was nice. Clean, neat, straight. Wish it had a king bed over the queen but still was nice. The issue we had was getting into the building. Every time we tried to get into the building we had to be let in by people. (We were not the only ones)Tried to call the number several times and no answer. Went back to see if I missed an email communicating more details to my stay but never found one. There are a lot of homeless in the area but they do not hang around this building. We are in walking distance from bars and restaurants so it is convenient if you don’t mind walking a few blocks. If the communication was a little better and access to the building was easier it would have been a great stay.

Check in process is a hassle - you have to pay deposit via paypal and there isnt a check in desk so its all over phone.
BEWARE - they will try to tell you they've refunded your deposit 1-2 times without actually doing so. I had to request a third time to be refunded.
Gym / pool is nice and room is spacious.

The manager of the facility was very nice and worked with me when the mgmt., didn't send the correct code to get me in the door.

The property itself was clean, the other guests were really loud well into the night. The unit I stayed in could really use a deep cleaning on the couches. One was so bad, I refused to sit on and the other I had to flip the cushions over to sit on.

Communication was the worst ever I had experienced, 1 minute to check in time we finally got the information on what unit we had and how to access and that happen after multiple phone calls. The managerial team doesn't act or even respond to phone calls in a professional manner which made us think this could be a scam. Difficult to understand some of the persons taking the phone calls.
The unit we were referred to had not been clean so I had to call again and they send us to a 1 bdrm instead of 2 bdrm we had reserved. And they said it was priced the same. go figure!
Floor on both units we visited are ugly concrete full of repairs. The kitchen was absolute bear minimum. The bathroom had no kleenex and only one roll of tp. the water pressure in the shower awfull. The furniture super cheap and old, a big closet in the bedroom not one single hanger and no dresser either, we spent 4 days not able to unpack
Would not stay again
We will not recomended

the blankets were not clean they stunk and we had to wash them and there were no forks in the drawers. we was back by the trash chute and the hallway didn’t smell good because of that. the shower curtain was cheap and the water pressure in the shower was poor. communication was confusing the people i talked too barely spoke english and I was not told about the security deposit before purchasing the stay. other than that it was decent but not good enough for what i paid I felt a hotel room would have been nicer and cleaner.
