We are delighted to offer our Chicago apartment, in the heart of central Manchester's Gay Village.
This loft-style home, found in a repurposed warehouse, has 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The property features a light and airy open floor-plan, high ceilings, exposed brick, and timber beams associated with loft living spaces from over the pond in the windy city, Chicago. This apartment sleeps up to 6 guests.
The Space:
KITCHEN & DINING AREA
The open-plan kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. We offer a fridge freezer, oven and grill, microwave, washer/dryer, wine fridge, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster, and an induction hob.
We also offer complimentary chilled still-water, Nespresso capsules, tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets, oil, and salt & pepper.
There is a 4 seater dining table perfect for enjoying a meal together with family and friends. This space also offers an excellent workspace for those who may be travelling on business.
BEDROOMS
There are 2 double bedrooms, all fitted with blackout curtains and double wardrobes.
BATHROOMS
There is 1 bathroom featuring a walk-in rainfall shower. We offer bath and hand towels for each guest, as well as complimentary shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
LIVING AREA
The living area features a 55” smart TV with Sky Cable TV, Netflix, and Amazon Prime TV access.
SOFA BED
The sofa can be converted into a comfortable double sofa-bed. Depending on the booked number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team who are on-hand to arrange a sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply. If you’re unsure whether you have a sofa-bed inclusive rate or for full details of our sofa-bed policy, please refer to our terms and conditions.
LOCATION & PARKING
This property is located in Manchester’s city centre district of the Gay Village. You can be Manchester’s central bar and retail district within walking distance. There is an NCP public car park located on Whitworth Street - charges may apply.
**Important notice** - Please note the main foyer area of the building is currently undergoing minor renovation works during weekday hours of 09:00 and 17:00. This does not impact the state of the apartment, nor should any disturbing noise impact your stay in any way. Works are expected to finish by 31st July.
Guest Access:
Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect – an Airbnb trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.
In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250. This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. No monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.
Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

There is a public car park located Whitworth Street - charges may apply. The closest train stations are Oxford Street Station and Piccadilly Station - both are located within a short 5-minute walking distance. There are trams and buses available from Piccadilly Gardens, around 5-minutes walking distance.

Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas. If the elevator is out of order, you will be required to take the stairs up to the 2nd floor to access the apartment. We ask our guests to kindly respect our neighbours. Had an overnight stay to attend a concert at Etihad Stadium. The location was ideal as close to city centre and public transport.
Parking was close by and convenient.
Apartment was very clean and ideal for our needs.
Slight issue with the code for the door once originally in however called the number and got support straight away and resolved the situation.
Very pleased with the trip and would recommend.

Convenient location, easy to access, clean.
Two issues- the bathroom smelled bad the entire time we were there. Not horrendous, but certainly noticeable every time we walked into the apartment. Assuming the pipes need a big clearout or something.
The other issue that I was a bit more concerned about is the camera that’s in the apartment. It’s aimed at the entrance but no idea how wide the lens angle is. Made me uncomfortable hanging that in there.
Other than that, it was perfect for what we needed.
