Was in town for work and the driveway was big enough to fit 2 trucks and trailers. The house was great, good communication with host. Just what our crew need! Will stay again if im in that side out town again!

There are 3 wide open steps to the front door but no railing. Since I fell one morning I suggested to the owner that railings be installed.

Overall good. Lots of space for a group. Nice to have a finished basement. There were some issues with things being broken or missing (sink slipped off brackets, broken chairs, missing smoke alarms in basement) but they were good about responding to my communication about the issues. None of these affected our stay. Would be an ideal place for a large family or friends group.

Great location to restaurants, quiet neighborhood. Clean and just as it’s listed on vrbo. The house sits on a beautiful lot. Jimmy was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Would absolutely recommend!!!

Our family vacation went so smoothly with this rental. Jimmy was very kind and quick to get back to us when we reached out. At one point we lost power due to a blown transformer and Jimmy did an incredible job of keeping us informed of what happened and the power was back on within the hour. This house is spacious yet cozy and fun for all ages. The house is very updated and nice to look at making it easy to enjoy your stay. The flowers were also blooming out front while we were there and they smelled wonderful. Highly recommend booking with Jimmy!

We were just visiting Clarksville for a long weekend. The house is very comfortable. The 4th "bedroom" is in the finished downstairs and would be great for kids. The house is well stocked with everything you need including a Keurig coffee maker and nice grill. Also, a very nice (and big) well maintained backyard. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

I stayed here for 4 nights while visiting family in the area. Was just me, but lots of room in the house. Master bedroom has comfortable mattress. Kitchen stocked with good amount of dishes. Good communication with owner!

A few guys and I stayed here during the 55th annual Hamburger Hill Veteran reunion. I had not seen my friends in 15 yrs. We had a great time at the house. Parking was great, it was clean, and the beds were comfortable and soft. Communication with the Host was as simple as a text and the response was very quick. I would recommend staying here. Quiet neighborhood and felt very safe. Thanks, we will book it again.

This was the perfect place for our weekend in Clarksville. House was clean with nice decor. Full kitchen was great for cooking; the grill came in handy,too! Thank you for this great spot to visit with family. We would stay again.

Jimmy is a wonderful host. Everything was readily available, which gave me no reason to contact him. If you have a dust allergy, this is a listing I highly recommend. No musty or strong smells. I will definitely stay here again.

The only down side to the house is the area rug in the master bedroom. I tripped on that thing constantly. I would recommend this house to anyone. Plenty of room for all.

I will say that if you are looking to stay indoors and watch nothing but T.V. you will still be pleased but not elated. We came to stay and enjoy a family reunion. I want to come back for a relaxing 3 day or week just to enjoy the golf course and state park. It's close to shopping, restaurants, and was ideally clise to our family. The owner is really on point and quick to answer any questions.

Beautiful home on a quiet street 5-10 minutes away from major grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. The beds and pillows are comfortable, plenty of towels if you are a larger group, the kitchen is well appointed, and the back deck is a great place to enjoy coffee or relax in the evening. Any questions I had Jimmy was quick to respond, we would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, clean, well equipped home! I was blown away. I was nervous as I’ve never stayed somewhere like this before, but this far exceeded my expectations. Everything was clean, beds we’re comfortable and sheets smelled nice and clean. Very spacious. Nice neighborhood.

Great house other than I was traveling with my grandmother so the steps were a little difficult without a handrail for her. One bedroom didn’t have a doorknob on the inside of the bedroom. Otherwise we loved the house it was just the right size and Jimmy was very nice and always responded quickly if we had questions.

Stayed for three nights with my elderly parents and other family members. Fully adjustable recliner was perfect for my Dad to get a good night’s sleep like at his home. Comfortable beds and well-supplied kitchen allowed us to have meals together and get good rest.

The house was located in a quiet/friendly neighborhood. It was spacious enough for 4 adults and 2 children to stay and be comfortable. We liked that it was close to many different eating establishments. The host was very responsive to messages and available if needed. We truly enjoyed our stay.

We had just moved to the area and needed a place to land until we found a rental home. This place was clean, had plenty of comfortable beds. There were plenty of linens and a kitchen with plenty of cookware and some cooking basics like olive oil, salt & pepper. The kids could watch TV downstairs and there was one upstairs. It was pretty centrally located and anything we needed to shop for was nearby. The kids loved it, and so did my husband and myself.

Jimmy was a great host. He provided prompt responses to my questions. I appreciated his graciousness and understanding when my family arrived several hours before the wedding and needed a place to sit and wait. The home is located in a beautiful, residential neighborhood. It is within a 10 - 15 drive of most restaurants shopping, APSU, Target!!, and Liberty Park. Give this home a second look when you are looking for a vacation rental.
