Summary:
Charming Victorian home in a quiet residential area, just 3 minute walk to Cambridge City center with all its historic attractions. This spacious 1-bed house has been modernized and offers everything you'll need for a relaxing stay in the city. Our home features a new modern kitchen and a lovely enclosed garden. A member of the House of Luchini is always available to answer queries and help. In addition, booking with us gives you access to discounts on some cafes and amenities in Cambridge!
The Space:
Beautifully restored Victorian terraced house with 2 floors. On the ground floor, you are welcomed directly into the large living room which leads onto the recently refurbished and extended kitchen at the back of the house. For entertainment, we have provided a Smart TV where you can log in to your account and watch from any streaming account you have like Netflix, Disney + or Amazon. The kitchen is bright and modern overlooking the pretty walled garden where you can make the most of those British sunny days. On the first floor, it provides one double bedroom and one family bathroom with bath/shower.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire property during their stay. If you plan to arrive late, please be mindful of the neighbors, Kindly be respectful and avoid making loud noises during the quiet hours.
The Neighborhood:
The house is located just a stone's throw away from the green Parkers Piece and Christ’s Pieces, right in the heart of the city center. Here you can find extensive shopping and cultural facilities, colleges, and tree-lined River Cam is just a short walk away. For some retail therapy, you can browse the many high-street brands and independent boutiques that offer statement pieces. The Grand Arcade Shopping Centre is guaranteed to satisfy all your shopping needs with over 50 stores ranging from fashion and beauty to technology and homeware.
Although Cambridge is a hub for education and shopping, the area is also home to idyllic green spaces; popular spots are Jesus Green, Parker's Piece, and the Botanic Garden, making them the ideal escape from city life.
