We'll make it EASY for you! ✓ NoiseAware noise monitoring is installed both inside and outside the property. The device does not record conversations, it simply scans for loud noise. ***No garage access*** Pool can be heated for an additional $75 per day, please let us know ahead of time if you would like the pool heated. This home has an electric pool heater. Electric pool heat must be requested a minimum of 10 days in advance as in cooler temps it takes approximately 5-7 days to heat to temperature. Pool heat pumps are meant to maintain a warmer water temperature in cooler temps. Unfortunately, heat pumps don’t operate in weather less than 50 degrees. Therefore, if it is colder than 50 degrees outside, we’ll be unable to heat your pool. When temps are around 50-65, the water temp is possible to maintain roughly between 70-72 degrees unless it dips at night below 50, shutting down the pump. -- POLICIES -- - No smoking allowed - No pets allowed - No events, parties or large gatherings - No garage access - NOTE: Your safety matters. An exterior security Ring camera is located at the front door, facing out towards the entrance. Booked this home for a Spring Training weekend with some family and it was great. Centrally located to the stadiums, airport, and dining options. The house was very clean upon arriving and checking in was a breeze. Very spacious and plenty of room for the kids to play and spread out. Didn't get to use the backyard as much as we would have liked due to some rainy days, but it was beautiful and a very relaxing space. Would book again.

Plenty of room and multiple seating areas inside and outside. Very well stocked with necessary supplies. Hot tub was broke but got a fix for at least one evening. Wish we had opted to have pool heated after all especially without the hot tub.

The game room was a big hit with the young adults. During our stay the neighborhood had tours of the decorated home as well as horse drawn carriage rides for all. It was a wonderful surprise.

My family was in Arizona to attend my daughter's graduation from college. We wanted a place where everyone would be comfortable and entertained. Your house met our every need! The rooms are spacious, the pool is clean and refreshing to swim in on warm days, and the old-school arcade games satisfied our most competitive family.
