This property was perfect. If we return to this location, we will definitely be staying again. We were able to walk to the downtown area each night after riding to the beautiful sights in the area. We used the kitchen minimally but found everything we needed. The two beds and baths were great! Thank you again for renting your property to me!

This house had everything we needed. There was plenty of space to get comfortable, it was clean, and the location was perfect for access to Black Canyon of the Gunnison.

The stay was great! Loved the home so much! The listing says there are 2 beds in each room but there is not. This made it difficult as my sister and I had to share a bed with our 14 yr old daughters.

We had a great time visiting the Montrose area and the house met our needs. However, the listing on vrbo stated there are 2 queen beds and 2 double beds. I inquired about this prior to making a reservation and the host responded with the information that there are only 2 beds. We checked the listing again and it still states there are 2 queen beds and 2 double beds. Otherwise, the house was bigger than we thought it would be and it met all our needs for a 2 night stay.

Clean and convenient for a day trip to Black Canyon. Air conditioner via swamp cooler was appreciated. Just a note that the house has settled and none of the doors close- need adjustment or sanding.

Perfect for walking to farmers market and downtown and short drive to Black Canyon for hiking and sightseeing.

The house was very clean and perfect for our needs, a family of three adults. Location is close to town and a short drive to everything we needed, the listing says walking distance to things but personally we didn’t think so and preferred to drive, just personal preference. Our visit was specifically for Black Canyon NP, and it was amazing! Great hiking and site seeing, absolutely beautiful. Definitely visit it while you are here.
There were road closures in neighborhood during our stay but Kirsten checked in with us to see how we were doing with it and the noise it unfortunately caused in the mornings. She remedied the situation quickly and went above and beyond in my opinion, she is a great host! We would stay here again and do recommend it.

The property was easy to find, and we were able to walk to the main area of restaurants. It was also close to the hospital as well, just in case there was any need for that.

We stayed here for an excursion to Black Canyon NP which is about a 20 minute drive from the house. The house has everything we needed: comfortable beds, good water pressure, well appointed kitchen. Everything was clean and in good condition. Definitely recommended for groups of 2-4 people visiting the area.

Kristen was so gracious to have us at her cute little home. The two full bathrooms was a huge plus, and the fact that it was so close to town was also great. She even provided noise machines in each room. I would definitely stay here again.

My daughter and I were in Montrose for a 2 day Holiday Market. We were very comfortable in this simple, very clean home. My daughter said her bed was the most comfortable bed she has ever slept in!
The location of the home is really convenient to downtown.
I would stay here again based on the easy communication with owner, the cleanliness of the home and the convenience of the location.

Really cute house that suited our needs. Neighborhood is good for walking around. The house had updated decor and was really clean. Price was good. Less than many local motels. :)

Impressive
Our experience in “Humble” was really awesome. The beginning of the stay started with a very warm “Welcome” with pleasant whiff of the Lavender and colorful summer creepers. The minute we entered the accommodation, we were impressed with the pleasing color pallet and décor topped with the positive signages making us want to explore the mountains furthermore. Every minute details was thought about for the guests requirement. Everything was well thought of, organized and maintained. All the supplies was very generously stocked. The signage of the WiFi user-id and password for easy accessibility by all was an appreciative gesture. The host was prompt in resolving any clarifications and issues. Overall, excellent experience. Kudos!!! Keep up the good work.
