The Space:
This is the lower level of a 2 unit property. Each unit has its own private, separate entrance. The only shared space is street parking. There will be a tenant in the unit above you. Please do not disturb other tenants, and do not hesitate to contact the host if you experience any disturbances during your stay.

GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT

All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.

Guest Access:
Access through the back door with privacy of lower unit. We will send further instructions. Step inside and be greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The living room is cozy and inviting, with plush seating and a large flat-screen TV for your entertainment. The adjacent dining area features a stylish table that seats six, perfect for sharing meals and making memories.

Please park in the driveway. The street in front of the house is reserved for the upper unit.

The Neighborhood:
This home is in a lovely little neighborhood with shopping and restaurants nearby. This is a lower unit, so there will be a private entrance to enter.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by renting a car, taking an Uber, or using the light rail system.
