The bunkhouse for the kiddos features a sleeper sofa with bunk above and drawers beneath. Left side includes overhead bunk with storage underneath and another smart tv just for the kids. Plenty of floorspace gives them their space to stretch out and play. The outdoor kitchen including ice maker, counter space, storage and refrigerator makes outdoor dining a breeze. Smart tv from the bunk house swivels to use while outdoors or turn up the radio and enjoy the outdoor speakers. Pack your bags and get ready to enjoy the great outdoors. You show up and leave the rest to us. What's included Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, utensils, silverware, children's plates, cups, and silverware, keurig (including coffee), and a toaster. Linens are provided for all beds. Bath towels, kitchen towels are provided. An additional twin memory foam mattress is available if needed (fits in the bunkhouse floor) There are outdoor rugs, zero gravity chairs, camp chairs and more. Bathroom includes a shower/bath combo perfect for bathing the little ones. We've even included an outdoor drying rack to take care of those wet towels and clothing from splashing around in the ocean. We provide toilet paper specifically made for RV's as any other paper can damage the holding tanks. Please do not throw any feminine products, paper towels, baby wipes or any other products in the toilet. Delivery within 25 miles is included with the rental. Delivery exceeding 25 miles incurs an additional fee. Awning is not available for use. However, we are providing a 10x10 pop up canopy in its place for your use. If camper is not occupied, high winds, or storms develop - it must be taken down. Renter takes responsibility for replacement and any damage if used. Renters are responsible for reserving / paying for campsite. This is a 35 ft camper with 2 slides and a canopy, you need a minimum of 38-40 foot campsite.
