This hotel needs a good room remodel. Dirty carpet, dirty chairs and sofa, stained showers and sinks. Priced way too high considering the brand new hotel across the street is only about $50 more per night. The lobby and location are pretty much the only positive at this point.

We’ve stayed here many, many times throughout the past decade, both business and pleasure. It’s starting to show its age with cracked tiles here and there and chipping paint. The pull out couch mattress in our latest room was borderline disgusting and my 14 yr old son struggled getting comfortable all night long. The pillows appear to be down, which is nice but we’re all essentially flat! The hosted evening bar has really gone down hill with 2 drinks per adult and snacks that are relatively unsavory. The breakfast has also gone downhill in terms of quality, although they still have made to order eggs if you’re willing to wait in line.

Very comfortable stay! We got the 2 room 2 queen with the couch pull out bed and it fit my two teenagers and us 3 adults just fine. Having that extra living room area with the couch, tv, and table was so convenient. Had a sink fridge and microwave as well. The breakfast was great! Buffet type style and a lot more options than your normal continental breakfast. i.e(scrambled eggs or eggs made to order, sausage, potatoes, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, fruit, cereal, yogurt and more) staff was amazing and anything we needed more of they provided. Parking is an extra nightly charge so be aware of that. About 15 to 20 min from Disneyland and 40 Min from L.A. I would definitely stay again!

First person told us that we could not get a room until 4pm. We were there after 2pm. 2-3 people after us all got keys to there room. He said that people requesting early check in’s were going to have a hard time checking in early. I went to another agent to tell her that we had an event and needed to be in our room no later than 4pm. Five minutes later we got a text that our room was ready. It was very nice of the second person to help us out or maybe the first person just didn’t wanted to check on rooms or had to play that he was in control.

Complimentary breakfast is the attraction where we love the wide space setting with glass ceiling ambiance. However, they should consider changing the type of breafast serve every now and then. Since we are a frequent returning guests, we have memorized the breakfast being served.

First room i checked in, the tub water was fully on and noisy, thr faucet was broken and shut so hard it could not move. I had to move to another room. The next room also had a leaky tub faucet. It was hard to open and had to be shut so tight that it was hard to open, not good for elderly. Family had a second room with the same issue. My room was also musty and dusty. There was some kind of bug in the room biting me. The hotel claims there was none but thoroughly cleaned the room so that they did not have to move me. That seemed to fix the issue. On the 3rd night the neighboring room had a dog that would not stop barking for 2 hours, non-stop. After the first hour i reported it to the front desk. After the second hour, my sister repotrted it and they finally said they would address the issue. Parking is tight, the lot is always near capacity at night. We didn't want to go out at night in case there were no stalls left. Breakfast staff was great and they work hard. Food was great. Overall prime location.

We booked this for a quick overnight trip. The staff were very helpful and very nice. A little disappointed by the lack of cleanliness of the room. The shower had mold growing between the walls and floors, the ac in the room was extremely noisy. There were several items mounted on the walls in the room that look to be loosely hanging on and should be addressed. Overall experience was good, staff were very nice but room 305 should be addressed for the above items.

Best experience ever, fresh made omelets in the morning breakfast were the best and all the variety of breakfast items there is. Very good cocktail drinks at the bar! Clean rooms and love the whole experience! I would really recommend and definitely come back even tho the weather wasn’t that good for the pool experience overall very good hotel!

The manager’s reception was pretty nice. I didn’t like paying $15 to park my car. Even the website said it was $10. The front desk clerk apologized and said the price just increased today (when I checked in).
