I was looking to stay in the heart of the city close to all the action, but in a quiet spot. This hotel fit the bill perfectly and was a wonderful stay. Steps away from the lively areas in Getsemani and a short walk to Centro. Very peaceful and beautiful inside. The room was comfortable and cozy, my window faced a hallway inside but I personally didn’t mind not having a view as I had everything I needed for a nice short stay. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was delicious.

Great location right in the heart of getsemani and Walking distance to the walled city. We always felt safe in the area especially at night. Staff were extremely kind and helpful throughout the stay. Delicious breakfast! Loved all the plants throughout the hotel. AC was always cold in the room! Disappointed with the mattress quality. Felt old and hard as a rock. If you are a light sleeper, this hotel is not for you. You can hear everything that’s going on outside of your room and in the lobby. I recommend bringing ear plugs! Aside from the mattress and poor sound proofing, we had a great stay.

This is an amazing boutique hotel. I truly enjoyed my time here. Everything was super clean and super comfortable with very attentive staff. The free breakfast was tasty and sufficient. I had the duplex room with a balcony. It was spacious and the beds were superb. The hotel is located on an a very active street in a popular part of town. This is a good thing because that makes it conveniently walkable to many restaurants, stores, entertainment, and transportation. Despite it's central location, this hotel is like a calm oasis away from all the hustle and bustle. Once you step foot inside the hotel it is as if you're on a secluded, luxury resort. This place is gem! I will definitely stay here again.

So impressed with this boutique hotel, friendly staff, beautiful decoration, super clean, and a great fragrance. We stayed at the room 202, awesome shower and bed. The hotel is located in a busy street where all the action and fun happens, yet we were surprised how we could not hear a thing at night as we would go to sleep. The breakfast was yummy with made to order eggs daily. Frankie was the one who checked us in, him and all the staff were so kind and helpful, always with smiles as we would come in and out. We rode the bikes one day and it was fun! Hope to be back for sure.

I have to say it was an exceptional routine. It was so peaceful and serene. The ambience was beautiful and relaxing. Totally recommend location on a popular street walkable distance to everything 10 out of 10. Staff was phenomenal, helpful and nice. In our package breakfast was included, and it was great. Although we did not use the pool area or the bar on the rooftop it was extremely beautiful. I would’ve loved an extra day just to stay up and enjoy. I definitely felt relaxed after being outside all day coming to the hotel. It was so awesome. check and check out easy.

I don't think I have ever written a review for a hotel before. This hotel deserves to know how much my group of ten travelers enjoyed the stay. The location is fantastic, we walked to every attraction except Islas del Rosario and Convento de la Popa. The hotel smells amazing. We sought out the fragrance to bring home with us! The staff is friendly and helpful. Karen handled the check-in and it was smooth. Alphonzo showed us to our rooms and carried our bags. The welcome drink and cool towels were refreshing. The stay included a great free breakfast. Freddys and Edwin were a welcoming sight each morning. They introduced us to salsa de ají and prepared eggs to order. I'm sure the young adults in our group will stay in touch with them. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The AC was very much appreciated. I would definitely stay here again and again.

What can I say? They were extremely friendly, polite, accommodating, and clean. The hotel smells like a spa and has all the makings of one. They let us use their pedal bikes to tour around the city. Always answered whatever questions we had and decent options for breakfast. Amazing stay thank you.

We spent five days here. The hotel location is perfect, within walking distance to all the restaurants, tours, and scuba pickup spots we planned. It’s in the middle of everything but quiet at night. Loved the roof deck pool, breakfast, and the friendly staff. Rooms are small but nice. Only thing we didn’t like was that there isn’t a lot of privacy for the bathroom, and no place to hang towels. But overall we loved it.

Stayed for 4 days, and it was a wonderful! The breakfast held many options from yogurt to scrambled eggs, and agua frescas which was very convenient for our mornings before heading out. The surrounding area is safe and kept busy by many tourists around, and the hotel is kept locked the whole day making myself and my friend feel very safe. The rooms were clean and the staff were very nice and helpful with any questions we had. We did also partake in the massage services on our last day of the trip, which was a great ending to our stay in the hotel. I would recommend this place to anyone and definitely will come back to it when I come back to visit Cartegena.

This was a beautiful property. It's location was walkable to the Walled City and there were excellent restaurants in Getsemani. The small rooms were fine. It was just a bed and side table with a TV, but it was plenty of room for my husband and I. The rooms were pretty and clean. The staff spoke English and Spanish and were very friendly.

The hotel and staff at the hotel were great. It is in Getsemaní right outside the walled city and the area is very lively and safe but appears a little off-putting at first glance. When you pull up at the hotel you may be “ no way - this is it !” but when you open the door it’s amazing inside. If you are used to glitz and glamour this is not the area for you. We had a great time

Property is an oasis from the incredibly busy area outside. Incredibly quiet internally. Staff were professional and friendly. Only thing I didn't like was there was no window in my room. As much as the room was beautifully furnished, cool temperature wise and spacious, I felt if there was an emergency - there was no way out from the end of the corridor where my room was situated. This wasn't made clear to me at time of booking and I had booked a superior room

A great property. Just down by take the “ 4 hour for $100,000 Pesos” private car tour offered by the hotel. First, it was only 3 hours and cost over $100 Canadian Dollars. The hotel compensated us with a $30,000 Pesos taxi ride. Great staff at the hotel.
