Live, work, and dream at our extraordinary 5BR/4BA Single Level Home! The Main house is a single story home 4BR/3BA home. The Casita is a 1BR/1BA and is separate from the main house. (See pictures to the left of the pool). The luxurious interior features a grand living space, Beautiful game room in the garage, updated kitchen, and spacious bedrooms. Comfortably sleeps 16 guests. Outside you'll find a beautiful Pool with Hot Tub and BBQ.

POOL/SPA
It is optional to heat the pool.
If you want the pool heated, we have a 3-day minimum.

This home exceeded all of our expectations for our family vacation. The cleaning crew is great and everything worked as advertised. The pool is one of the best I have seen. The kids went on the huge slide over and over. And the pool basketball hoop was a hit as well.
We liked that the property is quiet and secluded, but still had easy access to restaurants, Target and Starbucks (3-4 minute drive). We did not use the Casita, but it was well situated just steps from the main house. The game room in the garage was fun for the kids with tons of options.
While staying here, we went to Lego Land (35 minute drive) and San Diego Zoo (30 minute drive).
All 5 kids agreed that they would love to come back again. That is no small feat.

Our family had an amazing time. The house was wonderfully spacious and clean. The pool was incredibly fun (nighttime lights and outdoor TVs!). The patio views were incredible and outdoor seating options were plentiful. 15 minutes from Safari Park and 25 mins from beaches. The Hosts were very helpful and we highly recommend.

We stayed at this location for the tail end of our trip! The place is spectacular! Mo is very helpful! The house has all of the amenities! Absolutely loved the location and property! Would absolutely return!

We had a great stay. The pool is fantastic. We had trouble getting the waterfall to work but they were quick to respond to our request and provided instructions. It took about 30 minutes to get to popular destinations (except the zoo) but the house had everything we needed. We would stay here again.

There was 16 in our group with kids from 2 got 13 and 8 adults. The house and the pool and back yard were great and also enjoyed the game room. There was lots to do for everyone. The one complaint we had was that the internet was down at least half of the time we were there and almost everything from the tvs to the pool controls ran off the internet so the kids couldn’t watch movies when they wanted to.

We had an amazing vacation here! The pictures are all accurate! The pool was perfect- we had fun relaxing, playing basketball and going down the slide!
We cooked a lot and the kitchen is well stocked with appliances and utensils, and grilling out by the backyard bar was easy and fun.
Wish we had more time to play all the games in the game room!
The couple times we had a question it was responded to promptly!
Definitely recommend and hope to stay here again.

What a wonderful property! So many little touches that made us feel right at home. The views, the rock slide, the game room.... You really don't need to leave once you're here. We had an amazing time and want to come back!!

This is an outstanding property and the pictures are 100% accurate. The pool is amazing and easy to operate. The outdoor bar area has an outstanding natural gas BBQ and mini fridge for food or drinks by the pool. The kitchen and the appliances are all high end. The outdoors furniture was all very comfortable and you can tell good quality items were purchased.
Unknown to us prior to arrival, shampoo, body wash and conditioner was available in each bathroom. They were name brand (dove, Pantene, etc)
The few minor issues, most of the windows are solid and don't open. This means the beautiful breeze doesn't really make it into the house. The rooms could really benefit from ceiling fans to move air. The AC air flow varied by room.
Some of the rooms did not have light switches when you entered, you needed to go to a lamp inside the room to get light. This was only an issue for the little kids.
An FYI, the game area in the garage is not attached to the house. It is a stand alone building about 50 ft from the front door. This was a small inconvenience with the little kids because someone had to be with them out there. The house and garage are roughly 300 ft from the road so there is no concern with little one wandering into the street. The street is also a very quiet cul-de-sac.
We would 100% book this house again for a family trip but I could also see booking it for an adult getaway.

We had several members of our extended family coming into town for a wedding and this listing was perfect! There was plenty of room for everyone to have their private spaces. The common areas were great for hanging out and plenty big to accommodate us. The setting is gorgeous. The view is phenomenal. The pool is lots of fun in the hot tub was nice at the of some big days. We really enjoyed our stay!

This house is amazing. We had a multi family vacation here and the layout was perfect. Spaces for people to gather or spread out, good flow to the home, beautiful setting. House was well stocked and comfortable. Easy check in and check out. Also, very nice to experience a home that everything works. All the lights, TVs, pool features. We travel a lot and there’s usually a few things out of order in a rental, not so here. We highly recommend!

Loved this house! Excellent location in Escondido with a picturesque view of the layers of hills in the distance. Our kids LOVED the beautiful pool and I really enjoyed how easy the hosts made pool amenities(waterfall, hot tub heat, slide water) - great system! Very happy to have paid for the pool heating during our visit and the pool felt warm enough for even the adults to get in when the weather was in the 60s and overcast. Thank you again for your hospitality and look forward to hopefully returning!!

What an amazing property! Fantastic views, countless amenities, luxury finishes, game room, pool, billiards, the works! Check in/out was super simple with great communication from hosts. Our few small questions were answered immediately. The property had so much room that our three small families had plenty of space to move about and enjoy our mini family reunion. We live in San Diego county. Our adult children all own businesses in the area so we do an annual staycation. This is our second year staying at one of the Mo’s homes. Both homes have been incredible. There is great attention to making your stay as convenient and fun as possible. My grandchildren loved the pool. The pool slide was a highlight for everyone. Don’t hesitate to schedule,… you will have a wonderful time and most likely want to schedule again and again!

We had a wonderful stay - 7 kids and 6 adults. The house was delightful with so many things to do while at the house during our stay. It was a teens dream.

This vacation to celebrate my retirement included my immediate family along with my sisters and spouses. The property was amazing-especially for my grandkids that loved everything-how could you go wrong with a pool with a slide and so many games in the game room. Distance from San Diego wasn't too far to enjoy Sea World, Balboa Park and other downtown destinations! Great time was had by everyone!

We picked this home while we were having our daughters wedding nearby. It is everything and more!! I would rent this home over and over!! Perfect location, beautiful views, pool and deck are more than anyone can ever imagine. The owners thought of everything for this home. I would highly highly recommend this if you want the best experience ever!! We had guests over and they were amazed at this property as well!

We recently spent eleven days at this property, with our children and grandchildren from California and Washington. There were 15 of us, ranging in age from 10 to 70!! We are well versed in VRBO rentals, and have rented properties around the country for family vacations. This was one of our favorite rentals, and we are eager to come back in the future. The house itself is BEAUTIFUL, with amazing decor, yet comfortable for a large group with ample, and comfortable, bedrooms and bathrooms. Our teenaged granddaughters commented about how wonderful the mattresses were in the bedroom with 2 queens. The kitchen was beautiful, spacious, and well stocked. The pool table was fun, as well as the garage loaded with games for the kids to play. But the highlight was the pool outside! The grandkids (and adults) had a blast going down the slide, and spent every free minute they had in the pool. We truly loved every aspect of this house. Mo was wonderful to work with, though we had no issues, so we did not need to contact him. Still, he was communicative and attentive. We HIGHLY recommend this property. It is one of our family favorites, and we WILL be back!!!

This was the perfect spot for a vacation with my extended family. We had 10 people ranging from 10-70 years of age. There was something for everyone to enjoy. We already miss the amazing pool and slide!

Expansive house in a quiet / private neighborhood. Everyone (15 people) had plenty of space. The pool area was great and had all the chairs, shade, toys, etc. we needed (didn't have to bring any extras). We really enjoyed all the cooking and grilling spaces. Though we didn't really use them, there were plenty of TVs in all areas of the property; inside and outside.
The drive down into San Diego did get a little repetitious; however, traffic was never bad and never took us more than 25 minutes to get anywhere. The house is very convenient to I-15; two minutes and you're on the interstate, but cannot hear any traffic (again, very quiet).
Everyone in our group really enjoyed this property.

This resort home is incredibly amazing, spacious, luxurious, super well equipped with all essentials for kitchen and bathroom supplies.
The pool deck area is exceptional, and the views from the deck leave you with a lot of memories to go home with. Mo has been an amazing host, easy to reach, and also very accommodative. Will stay at this property when we plan to visit San Diego again.

The property is beautiful and there is so much to do. The waterslide is a lot of fun and the pool, water features, and hot tub are very relaxing. There was endless entertainment--the pool table, game room, ping pong table, giant connect four, etc. The kitchen and primary suite are huge!! Overall, an amazing stay. :)

Loved the house! Super spacious and tons of things to do. The games were the best and kept us all entertained at all times. Really peaceful and no problems at all. The pool and spa were really nice. And the slide to go into the water was literally perfect! Over all GREAT TIME AND I WILL BE BACK!

Great time. Pool was awesome. Lots of room in the house. Our adult children enjoyed the casita. The kitchen offered all the comforts of home. The game room was awesome as well. The location was very convenient to the highway and shopping. Would stay again for sure!

We wanted to stay inland for the warmer weather during the fall compared to coastal. The house was a perfect getaway for our family of 5 (although could easily house a group or 15+. The pool/hot tub/ and amazing slide provided non-stop fun. We enjoyed the outdoor bar, table seating, fire pit, and game room as well. Was a great location- we did an excursion each day (legoland, Midway, Beach, Safari Park) but always looked forward to getting back to the house to enjoy the pool and view. So much so that we ordered dinner delivery to the house every night instead of going out.

My father has cancer and lives in the area. We rented this home to visit. My parents were able to be close by in the mother in law suite but still have their own space. The pool, game room and pool table kept us entertained while the kitchen and bbq kept is well fed. This home is perfect, clean and beautiful. I can't thank the owners enough for allowing us this special time with our family.
