Ist definitiv in meinen Favoriten bei Booking. Wir kommen wieder.

Groß, hell, freundlich, modern, sauber, super Betten, voll ausgestattete Küche. Wir waren wirklich platt. Ich musste nochmal nachsehen, ob wir uns nicht vertan haben. So günstig und so gut? Zumal der Eingang erst etwas ganz Anderes vermuten lies.

Es gab nichts zu kritisieren

Det har været et fint ophold.

Vi boede i en anden lejlighed på 1. sal istedet for den lejlighed der er billeder af på 3. sal. Det var alt sammen helt fint

Der var en hel del larm fra lejligheden neden under.

Zentrale Lage, geräumig für 2 Personen, problemloser und schneller Kontakt zum Vermieter Fenster halten Straßen- und Volksfestlärm ab.

Sehr hellhörig zu den Nachbarwohnungen, keine Rauchmelder, keine Teekanne und Müslischalen, Wachmaschine vorhanden aber wo hängt man die Wäsche auf (kein Wäscheständer) Vorsicht bei Volksfest auf Exe (laut, da direkt nebenan)

Could be good with a few tweaks

Facilities in the apartment

The matresses were very hard and the pillows very soft. The worst thing was the cleanliness of the floor. It looked OK at first, it had been vacuumed. Then my 5 year old took her shoes off and her pink socks were black within 2 minutes. The floor hadnt been mopped in months. And it made us not relaxed. The kitchen and bathroom sink and shower were very clean. So its a shame that the floor was so dirty.

Superb

The location is very good, with easy parking nearby and a short walk to the city center. The apartment is comfortable and as described.

There are quite a few stairs to take to reach the apartment (this was not a problem for us).

Great apartment, bad cleaning

- great location - a lot of beds - well equipped

The apartment was not properly cleaned. The toilet had marks of previous guests vomiting. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher. We did not find enough big towels for everyone.

Really nice place to stay

Good location and a really nice and big apartment.

There were no locker to the bathroom which was a problem with 8 people.

Tragic experience

Spacious and in close proximity to city center.

Our stay in the apartment was a tragic experience. First of all, the key was not in the safe and we had to wait with two small children for over an hour for someone to come and give us the key. Next, the heating did not work at all and only after many phone calls did they send a technician to fix it (initially it was proposed to cancel the booking and leave the appartment-at 18:00 with 2 small kids). The process took until about 8:00 pm, which means we lost the whole day! The next day and while we were out walking we came back at 2:00 pm and found a technician in the apartment without anyone having notified us. Tragic!!!

Very good

It is a cosy, well meantaned, good equipped nice apartment.

The only thing that wasn't ok is that it was really cold, we were with two small children, and we couldn't turn on any heat...

Spacious, clean, modern apartment.

Plenty of room for family of 5. Clean.

Communication. we booked late and had some trouble getting a confirmation with check in instructions. we also had trouble locating the apartment once we had the keys. Public parking was hard to find.

A great stay that we were able to book and access less than an hour before!

The property was really clean and spacious. All the facilities were great.

It just took us a while to figure out it was on the top floor as it wasn’t so clear from the instructions.
