Perfect location and great accommodations

The house was beautifully decorated and the pool was awesome.

I feel I am due a decent refund as the pool was never made useable for the whole stay.

The house was nice and decorated spot on. Sone of the amenities weren’t sufficient for 5 guests for 4 nights

The pool which was the main reason we chose to rent it was nasty and we were unable to use it. When I complained they sent pool maintenance out on the third day and he stayed maybe 30 minutes and left telling us nothing and the pools water never did get cleared up. It was a grayish green the whole time and still was when we left

Overall the house was great but the property management team should be reconsidered

The house itself was perfect. It was clean, beds were comfy & the location was near the beach/restaurants

The property managers for the house were sub par. We had to leave the back door unlocked to get in & out of the house cause they wouldn’t come fix the key pad. The pool was never cleaned because the vacuum was broke & it was just left in the pool for the entirely of the stay.

Loved the property being pet friendly, near the beach and close to restaurants and shops!

The location was the best! The house was very spacious and comfortable!

We were to have a check in at 4:00 pm. We drove by at 1:00 to make sure we knew the location, there was nobody there. We came back at 3:40 pm and there were 2 cars in the drive. We then decided to go to the grocery and returned at 5:00 The cleaning crew was still there! I told them we were going on in! We had to clean out the pool (debris and cushions). We had to figure out why the garage door and the back outdoor lighting would not work... luckily my husband is also an electrician and found a GFI in the garage tripped! Only 4 towels left out for 10 guests and no kitchen towels (had to buy some). I asked for a late check out since we were shorted over an hour and the company refused :( There was also no pool heater and the water stayed at 63-64 the entire time.

Great home away from home!

The location was great! The home was in great shape and was very clean. I would definitely recommend this location for your vacation needs as we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly.
