- Quite a time between 10PM and 8AM
- Pool hours 9AM till dusk
The interior of this condo recently received an over-the-top renovation. However, the location within the complex may be the winner. It is a ground-floor unit with a great view of the ocean. You are literally "toes in the sand" in under 30 seconds. It is even less time to the HEATED pool. Even though you are close to dune walkover to the beach and pool - this condo feels very secluded.
This condo is in an older complex called Spanish Main. It is at the North end of Downtown Cocoa Beach.
- 5 to 10-minute WALK to restaurants, convenience stores - and the main liquor store in town, the ABC.
- 15 min drive to the Cruise Port and restaurant row.
- 30 min drive to Kennedy Space Center
- 60 min drive to Orlando Int. Airport
- 1 hour 15 min. to Disney and all the other parks in Orlando
