About this apartment rental
If we're to be completely honest, not everybody will be smitten by this apartment in the centre of Rome, especially when the small size is taken into consideration. However, those with a passion for stylish design are sure to fall for its unique charm.
The home sits within a 20th-century building that has been renovated by the French architect Jean Nouvel. The end result is a multifunctional space that includes this apartment, which blends industrial and minimalist trends to striking effect. You only have to look at the stainless steel kitchen and bathroom, as well as the monochrome sleeping quarters, to see what we mean.
Elsewhere in the building, there's an art gallery, restaurant and outdoor spaces that overlook the city skyline on the upper floors. Another big perk comes with the excellent location. In the space of ten minutes, you can wander over to the Colosseum and Imperial Forums, while Circus Maximus takes half that time to reach.
Home truths:
*As this is a serviced apartment, if you're after the feeling of a lived-in home, you won't find it here
*Your host owns multiple apartments within this building, so the exact view, furnishings and layout might differ from the photos, but the size and standard will be the same
*There's a lift in the building to reach the single-level apartment
*The building has no private parking, but Circo Massimo metro station is only twelve minutes' walk away and there's a public car park a similar distance away
*Guests can get free private tours of the gallery and priority reservations for the building's restaurant
