About this house rental

Oak Street is a perfect place to getaway for a family or a few groups of friends. It is a spacious, quiet, mountain home, 2300+ square foot with 3 beds, 2 baths and a large family room, game area, kitchen and dining area. There is a ping pong table and Pac-Man game in the family room with a large smart TV. Fire pit and grill outside. A block away there are trails to hike and access to the forest. Across the street is a tennis/pickleball court and it is an easy 5 minutes from the center of town, 5 minutes from The Grand Canyon Railway, and 4 minutes from Safeway.

Other than having to air out the house for several hours after we got there because of the cleaning product , Reeked of Lysol ,that I was allergic to , It’s a great house for families. In our downtime had games to play ping-pong table, etc. Especially was nice was the comfortable robes and a bottle of wine waiting for us. Would come again

Great location. Super comfortable beds. Amazing primary bathroom. Very clean. The ping pong table and arcade games were a hit. A grocery store and lots of restaurants nearby. A one hour drive to the South Rim. We wish we had more time to explore the town.

Overall it was a great property. It would be nice to have some better options for watching television. We didn’t understand why some of the lamps didn’t work. There was also a strong smell from the cleaner that was used before we got there. The game room was really fun and the master bedroom and bathroom are wonderful.

We loved our visit to Williams and staying at this home was one of the highlights. We went to the Grand Canyon, Bearizona, the Canyon Coaster and many other adventures and my kids and the adults are talking more about the Pinball machine and game room than anything else. LOL! We had a great time and will look up staying here again in the future!

Our stay was excellent Tami was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The location was great for our day trips to the Grand Canyon and Sedona. This house is great for all ages and perfect for pets with the fenced yard. We had our elderly parents with us and the master suite with large bathroom and walk in shower was so easy for them. Thank you for the perfect place for our family vacation. This was a once in a lifetime for us and the property was a great place. We even got my 90 yr old dad to play pinball.

The ping pong table and arcade games were a hit with us! The adults and kids thoroughly enjoyed them. The master bathroom is gorgeous! The master bed was very comfortable, I can’t speak for the other beds as I didn’t ask. The house smelled super strongly of cleaner (pine sol I think) when we arrived, that we had to air out the house as it was giving us a headache. Some areas were dusty and maybe I’m being particular as I’m an owner of a cleaning company. Also I felt like the kitchen was sparse when it came to utensils etc, no Tupperware or foil. Overall it was a great stay and Williams is such a cute town.

What a great home! Big & roomy! On a quiet street! Lots of fun playing ping pong, Pac-Man, Pinball!! Very very clean! Awesome updated master bath! Very comfortable memory foam mattresses (I had no idea I would like those!) Only thing I would add are window screens & screen on security door to be able to open up & enjoy the smell of all the surrounding pine trees! Perfect location!!

So relaxing, the owner went above and beyond to make it a great place for a vacation stay ! Lots of nice outdoor seating options, the table tennis, pinball machine and video game machine so much fun for all of us. We range in age from 15 to 70, three generations! Only 5 of us but plenty of room for up to 10 persons! Very clean as well, and spacious! Quiet neighborhood yet close to the quaint town of Williams, AZ, more to do there than I thought and within 50 minutes to Grand Canyon. I am giving it a 4* rating because we did have a few issues that I hope were oversight. There were not ANY washcloths for showers, the gas grill has not been cleaned in ages and nothing to clean it provided, so it dripped on their concrete. All other VRBO homes we have stayed have a few kitchen supplies to cook with, but there was not any spray or cooking oil and only ONE kitchen towel for all 4 days and nights we were there, so we had a few extra trips to the grocery store for extra stuff not provided. It would be a 5 STAR PLUS except for these minor things. The TV can only be used if you have streaming subscription, which we don’t, So my hubby could not watch the news, no big deal to rest of us, just him. The house and yard are perfect, and I do highly recommend if looking to vacation in this area!!

Our family stayed here and took the train to see the Grand Canyon. House is larger than it appeared in the listing; our family of 8 had lots of space to spread out. The ping pong table and arcade games were a big hit for our kids. The master bathroom has a beautiful update with a great soaking tub.

Great stay. Tons of space and everything you could want or need for a stay close to the South Rim and minutes from downtown Williams. Really loved the master suite. We had three adults and two babies and had a great time.

Had an amazing stay in this VRBO, owner was so accommodating and communicated with me so well. I tend to be tech challenged, but she eased my mind. House was just beautiful and set up to have so much fun, with ping pong table, Pac Man machine all the games to just have fun. Location was on a quiet street, which we both loved.

We were so excited to stay here for our Grand Canyon trip after reading all of the great reviews for this house. We ended up being somewhat underwhelmed with it. The highlights were definitely the games, the k-cup machine and selection and the temperpedic mattress in the master bedroom. The cleanliness of the house was disappointing, it was surface clean but not deep clean. There were cobwebs and thick layers of dust on the lights and ceiling fans that were clearly not cleaned in a long time. The master bathroom was beautiful but not well thought out. The steam shower wasn’t working at all which made the shower not very good. The bathroom is so large that it was nearly impossible to get any real heat without the steam shower feature. The multiple shower heads were lovely but when you turned them all on it lowered the water pressure significantly so it really only made sense to use one shower head. The hot water heater also ran out within 25 minutes so if you have multiple people needing to shower you should definitely plan accordingly. When we reached out to the host they were very quick to respond which was great even if they couldn’t correct the steam shower issue. Overall it was a fine house but not as great as we expected. The Williams area was cute and a great launching point for the Grand Canyon, we would definitely return to Williams but I might explore other places to stay.

We stayed and it snowed! The owner shoveled the driveway before we even thought about it. The house was clean and had great entertainment for the whole family. Property is centrally located, the roads were plowed quickly & we'd definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay! This house has everything you need. We bought propane for the grill and I was even reimbursed for it. Our only complaint were the beds were really hard and the iron pipes did make the water look rusty. Very clean, great location. My pups loved the fenced yard and my teen boys loved the ping pong and arcade games.

This place is a secret one of a kind luxurious gem. We had two families and this home was spacious and set up so that we had the most fun together (we didn't even turn on the TV). Let me talk about the amenities.... Ping Pong table, huge white board for family "win lose or draw", Star Wars pin ball machine (we had tournaments and will be back just to defend out high scores), Pac Man arcade with at least 10 nostalgic games you forgot you loved, mini air hockey, deep soaking relaxing tub, and a huge steam shower. I've never seen anything like it; if it is available, rush to book because you will not regret it.

We brought the kids to Williams to see the Grand Canyon and Bearizona. When they walked in the house they went bananas over the place. The photos do not do this house justice. The ping pong table, pinball, arcade machine were all a hit with everyone. There are so many amazing amenities about this place I was in awe. Fire pit, BBQ, seating outdoors.a lot of really nice touches. If you like music this house has some surprises for you. The tennis court has been resurfaced and has pickle ball court lines, and wouldn’t you know it, there are a pair of pickle ball racquets and balls to use. We fell in love with pickleball on this trip. If you are into it bring an extra pair of racquets to play doubles. The primary room is huge with an absolute gem of a shower/bath. We let the kids try it out and my son said, “That was the best shower I have ever taken!” The rooms offer plenty of sleep options and the six of us were all comfortable. We could have brought a couple more kids and have plenty of bed space. The kitchen was well appointed with most everything you might need to cook at home. And the house is close to the Main Street Route 66 with the restaurants and shops. Overall. We will comeback just to stay in the house. The kids agreed it was the best place we went to, beating out Bearizona and the Grand Canyon. Highly recommend it!
