The location was amazing and we felt very safe, the spaces were clean, the staff was nice, the rooftop was a cool spot for drinks late at night
It wasn't the most social hostel! they own a bar, I'm sure they could make it more social with organized activities or special nights

I stayed in a female 4 bed dorm. Great location in the condesa area. Felt safe to walk around even after dark (but of course be aware of surrounding and be street smart). The staff were friendly and patient with my bad Spanish :). Great taco place close!!
Firstly, the wooden floor was very squeaky and loud. It was impossible not to make it creak when coming and going or using the bathroom, even tip toeing. Secondly, it often seemed like a wait for the shower. There is an extra toilet downstairs but if you want to shower there is only one outside the dorm rooms, and another inside the upstairs dorm room that we were told we could use… but it felt a bit weird going into another dorm room to use that one.

Can’t beat the location! The hostel is on a super quiet and safe street in the heart of Condesa near plenty of cute restaurants, cafes and shops. The hostel rooms are clean, the kitchen is stocked (free breakfast too!), and the rooftop terrace is a nice touch for when you want to escape the hustle and bustle and soak in some sun.
Nothing!

Mucha limpieza y organización! Te dan alternativas para conocer la ciudad :)
Sólo dos baños pequeños. El desayuno puede mejorar.

The location of this hostel is great - easy walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants. The area felt very safe and was very pretty with lots of green spaces.
There are nowhere near enough bathrooms for the amount of people. Every morning between 8-10am it was almost impossible to take a shower - very frustrating when you want to get up and get on with your day. Not the hostel's fault but it's an old building with creaky floors - even with earplugs I was woken up in the night a lot whenever anyone got up to go to the bathroom or came in late. I didn't get a lot of rest here.

Great location, facilities and very comfortable beds. Love the blind you have to close off for privacy.
I found it odd that one of the main hostel workers would come into the room I was staying in and not knock. Happened 3 times, as early as say 8am too. I was in there alone and not used to someone just coming in without knocking atleast or waiting until later.
The hostel is nice but I do feel it’s overpriced for what it is.

Great, fun and clean place. Excellent location and amazing staff and service! Well equipped and very spacious common rooms and kitchen. Rooftop terrace is wonderful. Very safe location. Good starting point to discover and explore CDMX!

a nice and quiet location, friendly and welcoming staff.

The location is very good, kind staff, cozy environment in the hostal ( which was actually a huge house adapted to an accommodation facility ) good mattress and pillows 👌🏼 A thumb up for the breakfast included in the price next door ( simple but ok ).
Little pricey for Cdmx..My room Diego Rivera was really small and no so comfortable with the luggage of 4 people In such small space( also no lockers but it feels super safe there). I saw the other room are bigger than mine. Only 1 shower/bathroom for 3 rooms in one floor isn’t enough even if the bathroom is nice and big with great shower .

I liked the fact that the beds had privacy curtains and that the beds were made up crisply. Felt very clean. The hostal has very eclectic artwork, which makes it inviting. The breakfast was simple but adequate. The place feels good to be at and has a great vibe. Will stay there again.
Everything very good.

First of all the pillows are amazing! and secondly so is the whole hostel, i love the “come as you are” mentality. Staff is helpful and stuff works.
The hostel is located in a nice hipsterhood.

Great location and cozy roof top terrace.
Since there was no dorm bed available, I booked a private room for the first night of my stay. Considering that I paid 60 euros for the room, I expected more of the room and better service from the staff.
First of all, I had to wait a total of 1,5 hour to check into my room. Yes, I was about half hour early for my checkin, but even after check-in time, the hostel worker didn't seem to at all prioritize getting me checked in. Instead he was sitting on his phone. And when I had waited 1,5 hour he started changing sheets in my room, which could've been done while I was waiting. I was tired and hungry, and it was a really bad start for me in this hostel.
When I finally got my room I relalized you could see into my room through a crack between the door and the wall, and there was zero sound proofing or privacy. I felt disappointed and I feel this room is quite overpiced. Also, it was hard to communicate with this worker as he spoke no English.

The location is great. Very safe and walkable and close to Chapultepec. In a lovely neighborhood. The hostel is like a house and has beautiful rooftop. The building seems old but well-maintained and overall great. The female dorm is spacious and has large windows, good lights.
The water pressure for shower needs improvement. The staff speak Spanish only. There were dust balls under the bed.

Comfortable bed and pillow. Clean upstairs bathroom. Rooftop terrace was a nice place to relax in the sun. Really liked the location, as it is in the very pleasant area of Condesa, with cute streets and nice cafes and restaurants dotted all over. Easy and safe to walk around here during the day and evening.
Two of the three workers didn't seem to speak a word of English which I found quite inconvenient.
I was disappointed that the reception didn't have any tourist maps like hostels usually have. My phone was broken so I was hoping to get some guidance on where to go and what to do in the area marked on a paper map, but here the receptionist looked at me like I was crazy when I asked for a paper map. In the end he printed a screen shot of google maps for me, which was nice.
The breakfast which is served at the café across the street includes toast, eggs and a few pieces of fruit. When I explained to the café worker that I don't eat animal products and therefore not eggs, she gave me a few extra fruit pieces and bean-potato scramble. And then she charged me extra for it afterwards. In the end it seems to have been a misunderstanding between me and her, because I never meant to buy extra food, but just wanted to eat something other than eggs. But even though I tried to explain it to her, she insisted I'd pay extra. I was in a rush to leave so I didn't have the time to discuss this with the hostel staff, but I think there should be a plant based option for people who don't eat eggs! And this very unpleasant discussion I was having with her really ruined my morning. Poor service.

location and very friendly staff

There was only one bathroom per floor, so it was occupied all the time in the morning.
There is also a nightclub right next to the Hostel. So you can't really sleep on the weekend. The electro-party went on till 10am on Sunday.

The staff were very helpful in providing information on everything you needed and suggestions for places to travel to and see.
The place is situated in a great location.
The room was a great size and very clean.
You could stay and use the facilities and store luggage securely while waiting for check in or travel times
The room can get noisy because it was situated at the front door but the place is bright, clean and the staff were friendly and helpful so this was something we choose to overlook.
