Welcome to “Happy Trails,'' a new-built pet friendly 2bedroom/2bath 2nd floor condo close to downtown. With a well-stocked kitchen, wifi, laundry facility and ample parking, it is perfect for a group of friends looking to stay close to all the attractions of TC, including Mission Peninsula wineries, craft breweries, local restaurants, shopping, and more.
We are Pet-friendly! Pet fee is $125 per stay. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed. Please let us know if you are bringing a fur friend so that we may get your pet amenities prepared for your arrival. We try our best to keep hair and allergens away, but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware. Please use our provided sofa cover and 'retired' towels for your fur friends. Booking guests will be responsible for any pet damage.
Quiet hours are observed after 10pm. We are in a residential neighborhood so please make sure to respect our neighbors. No unauthorized parties are allowed.

Aside from the convenient location near all the major Traverse City attractions, this cozy home also boasts plenty of sleeping areas for families and groups to spread out comfortably. The light and airy master bedroom features a king-size bed, a roll-out bed and an ensuite bathroom. There is also a Pack N Play, toys, and children's games available for young families.
Bedroom 2 is outfitted with a King-size bed, a closet and connected 2nd bathroom.
There is also a queen-size sleeper sofa in living room, allowing a total of 7 people plus an infant - a rare commodity in the center of Traverse City.

Seating for six is available at the dining room table. If you’re traveling with youngsters, there is a high chair in addition to children's bowls and utensils.
Relax in the cozy living room after a big meal. It is outfitted with comfy couch and sofas (which can convert into Queen size sofa beds at night), a large flatscreen TV, a large collection of children's books, toys, and board games that the whole family will love. If you’re craving a breath of fresh air, head out onto the balcony off the living room. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee or snuggle up with a good book on the outdoor furniture.

Please note during our peak season (June-September) we discourage late check-outs and early check-ins due to the tight turn-around schedules of our cleaning teams. We are happy to allow for an early check-in or late check-out if our cleaning team is able to accommodate the request and still allow the rental to be cleaned to our quality standards and specifications. All early check-ins and late check-outs will be charged a $250.00 additional fee for this expedited service. We are able to accommodate early check-in and late check-outs during our off season (October-May) for a reduced fee of $50.00, please contact us for further information.
This house is on TART trail walking/biking through downtown. Within short walking distance to multiple restaurants and breweries. It is located within a few blocks of a grocery store, half a mile to Bryant Beach, and a short drive to the Old Mission Peninsula where you can enjoy our fantastic wineries. The 45-acre Civic Center park is a few blocks away with walking/running trails, a new playground, gym, ice skating rink, pool, skate park, and more.
Please be aware guest stays longer than 10-days will require mid-stay cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning fees are the same amount as fee charged during booking. A weekly cleaning and linen/towel exchange is required for long-term guest stays, short-term guest stays may request a mid-stay cleaning for an extra fee.
Please note that 3 days before check in time, we will place a temporary pre-authorization hold of $500 on your card. This hold verifies fund availability and covers potential incidental expenses during your stay. The hold will be released 7 days after check-out, pending no outstanding charges or damages. Your privacy and security are paramount, and all card information is handled confidentially.

Visitors & Noise:
No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 6 people. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Third parties are not welcome, and the place is for guests only. Quiet time after 10 p.m. Please refrain from making noises past 10 p.m. to respect our neighbors. NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED.
Pets: Dogs are permitted in the house. Please declare your pets to us ahead of checking in and settle any pet related fees. Pet fees is $125 up to 2 pets. Please clean up after your fur friends and use the provided retired towels to clean your dogs. Please do not let your dogs venture into the neighbor’s yards during their walks.
Housekeeping: Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We will be happy to help arrange additional cleaning during your stay for a fee. If you run out of clean linens (sheets/pillow cases) and towels etc., you are welcome to use the laundry facility to replenish them. PLEASE do not wipe any food, oils, or lotions on the linens. Please use the kitchen towels (paper or cloths) for their intended purposes.
We provide black make-up towels and cotton pads for removing makeup. If our other towels are stained or bleached during your stay, we will charge a $15 replacement fee for each towel.
Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager will not assume responsibility for illness or injury that guest(s) may incur while on the property. Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager, is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or property of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are assuming the responsibility of any harm arising from their use of the premises or other people they invite to this property (per owner’s approval). Should that become necessary, you must have and use a crate for your animal at all times while you are gone and provide them with sufficient food and water. Great space, cute design with an awesome in town location. Despite being close to the TART trail and road, noise level was little to none. Really enjoyed staying in this condo, had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

The condo was a great base of operations for our visit to Traverse City. Self check in was straightfoward and easy. All of the provided, detailed amenities made for an almost effortless stay.

came with friends and my golden retriever...perfect location...right by the TART trail...we walked everywhere....super clean condo, they thought of everything....kitchen had everything we needed, bathroom was even stocked with essential items....and it was decorated soooo cute!!!!! We all want to stay here again.....check in so easy....we felt like the little condo was our own home!!!!!

This was a lovely location and the property itself was well maintained and super cute. Fit our family of four with two littles perfectly. Would definitely stay here again!

What a great place!!! We were there for 3 nights and felt instantly at home. It was clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was stocked with more gadgets, tools, and spices than my own kitchen. There were spare toiletries and plenty of extra towels and bedding. The pack-n-play and high chair were in great shape. The games and toys provided kept my 5 and 1 year old entertained when we got snowed in. In short, we lacked nothing during our stay.
The location was perfect for us - so close to the library, a grocery store, downtown, and beaches and parks, but not right in the middle of it all.
We also loved working with Dandan and Amanda. The guide to the condo and the area that they provided was so helpful and they were very responsive and attentive before, during, and after our stay.
Hoping this condo is available the next time we’re in the area!

We had a great stay! The condo was beautifully decorated, super clean, offered little amenities, and was right next to a bike path. We would definitely stay again.

We had such a wonderful time during our stay at this very well equipped, delightfully decorated and wonderfully located condo. It was so convenient for our biking group of 5. The elevator that accommodated taking our bikes to the second floor and the bike storage room by the elevator was perfect. The condo’s location right next to the bike path made it so easy to jump on the trails. Above all was the cleanliness and the communication with the managers. Book this you won’t be disappointed!!!

Clean, well designed and decorated condo with all the things you need in a home, away from home. Loved the closeness of the TART trail for biking and walking. Close enough to downtown without feeling the crowds on Front St.
