We had a great stay!! Walking distance to the beach. Very quiet neighborhood. The place was extremely clean and it felt like our home away from home. The rooms were very nice and comfy. Plenty of closet space. We really liked it!

This property is truly amazing - from finding it on VRBO to securing it and through messaging the hostess re weather concerns (Hurricane Debby) we truly enjoyed our time here. Great location to beach, local attractions and St Augustine. The apartment was very spacious, clean, up to date and had everything that we needed. Thank You !!! We have passed a good word on to several friends - and we would definitely come back!!!

Perfect, clean, comfortable little condo in the best location! Easy walk to the beach, and to my daughter’s delight, Kookaburra coffee haha. We truly enjoyed our stay and plan to return next summer! Kristy was quickly responsive and we were even allowed to check in an hour early. Great VRBO!!

The house is much nicer than the pictures e.g. very clean, beautiful appliances, fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. Beach and restaurants within walking distance. We plan to go back next year.

Fabulous location...close to the beach and restaurants and quiet neighborhood. Cute beach theme with very comfy beds. Perfect for a couple or girls weekend. We could have used a non-stick fry pan but otherwise the place had everything we needed. Its' set up well for long stays giving you plenty of room and lots of closet space. Washer/dryer are inside the unit. We didn't have the opportunity to play with beach toys but the outside closet was well stocked. There was also plenty of separate parking for each unit in the house. Owner was casual and helpful. We will certainly recommend this property.

This was one of the most comfortable places we have stayed in St Augustine, from the beds to the sofa. The space was a lot bigger then I expected. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Easy driving access to everything in St Augustine from this location also. This was the perfect place to come back to after the crowds around town.

great neighborhood everyone friendly easy check in Kristi took care of everything enjoyed the yard the outside chairs need to be replaced both have holes dining room rug was totally filthy along with the sliding glass door and kitchen window plus the bathroom rugs were filled with dog hair and lots of human hair but the place it self is located in a great spot

This was the perfect place by the sea! The kitchen was wonderfully equipped with everything we needed to make whatever we wanted. The beach toys were handy and the place was so perfectly decorated. The parking spot right by the front door was also perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay at a beautiful place! Everything was as advertised and more! The walk to the beach was a short distance away. The entire property is well kept and well stocked. The welcome bottle of wine was a nice touch. We definitely appreciated the closet of beach gear during our stay. Kristy quickly responded to all my questions before our stay. So impressed with this little place. So clean and cuter in real life than it is in the pictures. Wallpapers are on point. We loved the quilts and felt so cozy and comfortable our whole stay. Quick walk to the beach and loved the well appointed beach closet……made it easy to come for a long weekend and have all the things and just one little carryon. Thanks!!

We were so happy to see that the place was so beachy and comfortable. We felt right at home and the unit was so clean. It was well equipped with everything you would need. The beds were so comfortable and the sheets super soft. Cute!

Everything was great, the only problem was the upstairs person would not stop stomping on the floor. Very clean and comfortable place for a vacation. We had everything we needed to make a complete stay. Kitchen was well equipped, beds very comfortable. Plenty of towels and well stocked linens. Property manager was very helpful and thoughtful also helpful.
