We were here with family for my son’s wedding nearby. This property was perfect for us to get together, visit & share meals with each other. Thanks for the great memories!

Check-in was flexible and a breeze, brief encounter with owner was very pleasant and we felt intruded upon by anyone afterwards.
House was stocked with some basic disposables like soap, bags, aluminum foil, etc much to our surprise. Everything was very clean (except for some dishes that needed to be rewashed) and the kitchens were incredibly well stocked with large dishes and more than enough general dishes for feeding so many people. The tap/well water had a bit of a yellowish tint to it but tasted fine, the fridge has a filter though and there's a separate water dispenser if that bothers you (unfortunately out of order during our trip).
All the bathrooms worked well, no clogged drains or slow toilets or faucets anywhere to be found. One of the upstairs bathrooms has awkward barn style holes in the door to the bedroom which means closing off the whole room during showers unfortunately.
If everyone wants a room and you fill every "full" or larger bed with two people you've got about 20 bed spots, beyond that you're spilling onto the futons and couches which can be noisy with so many people. Bring air mattresses if you expect people to be up late in the common areas! The downstairs bunk bed and the futons are also pretty dang firm, consider bringing something softer to lay on for longer stays or if you have a sensitive back.
Overall incredibly nice and we all highly recommend, I'd keep writing more nice things if I had more characters but trust me you'll love it!

We enjoyed our stay at Raspberry Mountain Farmhouse and the space worked pretty well for our large family of varying ages. There were a couple of small things that were broken when we checked in (drinking fountain, knob on stove) that didn’t affect our stay but we felt the need to bring that up at the beginning so it was clear we hadn’t broken them. (It would be helpful for the manager to let guests know of anything like that at the beginning of their stay.) The beds (mattresses) were “ok” but we understand it’s difficult to provide really comfortable beds at a frequently used rental. I would suggest stocking more games, puzzles and books for downtime. All of these are minor suggestions and overall, we were very happy and satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend the Raspberry Mountain Farmhouse for visitors to the Colorado Springs area.

The setting was lovely. Mountain view, wildlife as promised. Great deck and back yard. Swings etc. for children inside and out. Set up with young children in mind. The whole house Sleeps 25, with the majority of the beds being bunk beds. Great for kids but not so good for adults. There were enough bathrooms, but very little toilet paper provided. The kitchen was wonderful, very spacious, but pans were old and used, no ice upstairs, no staples, no Kleenex, paper plates, a few paper towels, no dish cloths or towels or hot pads, (could use a set of bowls) so be prepared to bring your own supplies. Finally, a nightstand and lamp beside the beds would be nice and more comfortable furniture throughout. It was less expensive than other places but you get what you pay for.

WARNING – you could end up with a double booking and not find out until you try to enter the house.
Our rental of the Raspberry Mountain house turned into a DISASTER. The property was double booked and we didn’t find out until we were in the driveway trying to get into the house. We had 6 families from 2 states. None of them were local. We had planned a 5 day / 4 night reunion with all of our children and their families. Now it was 4pm and we had no place to stay.
The property owner apparently does not track reservations, or she would have known that there was a double booking right after it happened. Both reservations were made in 2022 for 2023. Both Vrbo and the owner failed in managing the reservations.
We ended up finding hotel rooms miles from where we had planned to stay. As a result, we missed many activities that we had planned, but worst of all we missed out on time to be together as a family.

This was a very clean house in a great neighborhood, however stating that it sleeps 25 people I think is incorrect unless you are under the age of 18 nobody wants to sleep in a bunkbed. Also the fact that we ran out of toilet paper and paper towels in three days, they should’ve provided a little bit more at the property manager or the owner which ever I was talking to very nice people very understanding and overall we had a great time and thank you very much.

Such a nice property for a big family. Enjoyed all the space especially the back yard for the kiddos. The house itself is situated in such a beautiful neighborhood with lots of wild life. Close to many attractions including a short drive the CO springs, Cheyenne mountain zoo, pikes peak railway, and toboggan hill to go sledding. We loved the big open kitchen layout to enjoy meals together. Beds are comfy and lots of clean blankets to lounge in! Would highly recommend this spot for a large group.

We had a nice relaxing time away from the city! Even some deer visited us in the morning! The house was very spacious for a large group. The kitchen was well equipped. However, I wished the pans were nonstick because it was a pain cleaning the eggs off of them. I really liked the drinking fountain/filtered water dispenser feature. It was very convenient in keeping hydrated. There were enough pillows and blankets for everyone, which was needed because the basement was cold in the night, despite having the heater on. Overall, we loved this house and would consider coming back! Thank you for having us!
