The home was clean and check in was easy. There was nothing outside of the furniture and bath towels there. No dishes. No wash cloths. No hygiene products. Nothing. Luckily we brought most of our own items but not having wash cloths is just crazy to me. I paid 300 and couldn’t take a shower.

We enjoyed our stay in Noblesville! The house was fine. Good communication with host when I had a question.

The location was perfect for our stay and the property is nice. We were able to use the attached garage which was a bonus. All the amenities were adequate but could be a little lusher. Maybe some K-cups for the coffee maker and some hand towels and wash cloths. Perhaps a more personal touch and a decorating spruce up. Was still very nice - just not WOW!

Let’s start with the curb appeal. The neighbors had their lawns mowed and this property didn’t on top of just looking unkempt in March.
I went to use the code to unlock the front door and the lock just spun, thank goodness we had the code to the garage to get in.
The garage had debris on the floor and old furniture pilled in the corner that looked like it needed to go into the trash.
We finally made it into the house which was a little more appealing except the tv stand still had Christmas decorations on it in March. The front door had a nice paper towel blind and the windowed door leading to the open backyard had no window covering at all exposing the livingroom and kitchen to public viewing.
We started to unpack our groceries and as the refrigerator was opened, it was clear that it had not been wiped out. The veggie/meat bin had dried up cheese shreds still. The vents had more than a finger full of dust on them. Overall the cleaning could have been more detailed.
Shower time, only towels were supplied, no wash cloths, no hand towels. I enjoyed washing myself with paper towels!! BTW the drain needs attention, it is slow.
Dinner time, no tongs for cooking and no kitchen rags for wiping up. The only kitchen linen was two kitchen towels hung on the oven handle.
May I also suggest investing in some sort of ant control as we shared the space with unwelcomed guests (ants).

One mile down the road from Ruoff Music Center. Clean, easy check-in, perfect for two couples.

The description of this property is false. The house in a run down neighborhood and has not been recently remodeled. The furniture, walls and linens need updated. As soon as my husband and I walked in we were welcomed with a strong wet dog Oder. I contacted the host to explain and his solution was air fresheners. My husband is highly allergic to animals and I wanted a refund or even a partial refund. The host refused to work with us Also, said pets are not allowed but on his post there are exceptions and he charges $100 per fee. My husband and I didn’t spend one night in that filthy place. Be careful when booking here.
Also, we asked for an extended check out and he couldn’t which we understood but then moved our check out up an hour (10:00 instead of 11:00)

This was a comfortable and nice place to stay north of Indianapolis. The property manager was responsive and accommodating. Both bathrooms are full in case you need to know because the picture of the second bathroom is not posted on the listing. The neighborhood is nice as well.

I thought the house and overall tidiness inside were great! It is a great neighborhood with friendly neighbors!
The inside shower curtain in the main bathroom was kind of grimy, I would recommend spraying that down with some cleaner and giving a wipe down and a good hot water rinse. Also, the shower head in that bathroom sprays the ceiling depending on where it is pointed (FYI to the owner).
The master bath shower was great, with the exception that the hot and cold water, cold is hot and hot is cold.
Maybe an extra blanket for the living room, sorry I had to take the one off the extra twin bed. 🙂
All in all it was a cute little home, and sooo close to the Ruoff Amphitheater, which is why we were there.
I definitely maintain my 5 star review despite the minor inconveniences listed above. The owner was very responsive to questions, and got me the info I needed to check in prior to the check in time.
Oh! One more thing, the living room is very echoey, would also recommend a few more pictures to absorb the sound.
Book it! I don't think you will be disappointed. 😁

With a few changes this property has great potential...
1) Clean the property better. Floors turned white socks black and were sticky. Counters were dirty, and trash left under table.
2) Mattresses were set on the floor instead of on a frame. They were very low.
3) Stock the kitchen better. Most plates were not microwave safe and threw sparks in the microwave.
4) Upon arrival widows were left open and widows were nor secure. The back door had no shade for privacy. We arrived late and I thought someone else was in the house.
5) Leave the correct amount of wash clothes and towels for guests.
6) One box of tissues wont break the bank.
Bathrooms were nice, garage parking was clutch, communication was great, washer/dryer very nice.

Only issue was the heat was off when we got there so it was quite cold inside, but after turning the heat on it warmed up quickly! Cute little place. Just what we needed for the weekend!
