Hotel Giralda is lovely and in a nice location. Some of the staff were helpful and friendly (Carmen with the glasses - yes there are two Carmen’s - at reception). Some parts of the service was just average (missing robes in the room, having to pay a deposit at reception for a gym towel, no cups for water in gym, overall experience at the rooftop pool and bar). Also a little disappointed that I mentioned we were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and not even a congratulations, and they completely ignored my request for a room with a nice view.

In a good location about 15 minute walk from centre of Seville. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and lovely big bed. Breakfast was good value for 15 euro.

We stayed at HOTEL GIRALDA CENTER in Seville for three nights, and while the hotel looks modern with spacious rooms, a great washroom, and thoughtful touches like a makeup station, our stay was less than ideal. We started with a clogged shower, which was fixed, but unfortunately, the beds were uncomfortable and noisy, with ripped sheet on one side. The AC was loud and slow to cool down the room, making it difficult to sleep without earplugs or audiobooks. On our second day, we returned from a long city trip to find our room key deactivated. After waiting in the hot hallway, we discovered that there was an issue with our payment, despite being told upon check-in that it was already handled. Resolving this took 30-45 minutes, and the staff's handling of the situation was rude and unprofessional. For a hotel in this price range, we expected a much smoother and more pleasant experience. Compared to other hotels we stayed at during our trip, HOTEL GIRALDA CENTER fell short in both service and comfort.

Nice hotel. Walking distance to everything that you would want to see in Seville. Check in was wonderful. We got in early on the train at 10:00am and room was ready to go. Great customer service, clean hotel, nice pool and very nice people at the front desk.

The hotel was really nice, no complementary water given in the room which was a shame. The bathroom was spacious but some grouts were black and needed re-doing. Pool was a decent size. The public transport was 10 minutes walk away so okay location. Overall it was a good stay.

Lovely spacious clean rooms. Staff extremely friendly and willingto assist. Breakfast good choice of food. Walkable distance esp to plaza de espania a10 min and cathederal about 15 mins. Just wish rooms had a balcony and rooftop was open all times especially late...nice to sit out and enjoy the city views.

Fantastic hotel, very modern, great room, excellent shower, lots of space and all mod cons - great wifi, bluetooth speakers, USB charging points. There's also a rooftop bar and swimming pool with views over the city. My only criticism is that the room service food was expensive and small portions. It tasted great and was of good quality, but just buying one meal on its own is not enough, you need to buy 3 or 4 courses to be satisfied. My wife and I each had the salmon and a fruit salad to share and were still hungry afterwards.

Really nice modern hotel with everything you need. Close to a tram station to get you into town or about a 20 min walk in. Good selection of food both hot and cold for breakfast. Room was perfect, lots of storage space and room to relax. Only issue was you have to leave a €10 deposit for each of the pool towels. This was frustrating as it needed to be cash too.

5-day stay. Lovely modern building. Clean lobby with a nice restaurant/bar. We used the gym a couple of days, which was adequate for quick workouts. The surrounding area was quiet. A bit far from center of town. A 15-20 minute walk depending on your pace. Would definitely return.
