Appartement cosy, détente assurée.

La.chambre très cosy et glamour. Balnéothérapie grand et agréable. Propreté des lieux .

Pas de salon canapé et pas de douche . Eau du jacuzzy très chaude et non reglable.

Le jaccuzi C'EST TOUT

Rue piétonne très très bruyante, voisin également, une boîte de nuit l'immeuble en gros 🤦 ensuite, Bouteille de vin (offerte) inexistante à l'arrivée, "mini bar" rempli avec une petite bouteille d'eau 20cl, 1 fruitshoot (pourtant interdit aux enfants la location) et 1 mini canette de coca. C est sa un minibar ? Quel blague.. Toilette très très petit, pas sur qu'une personne forte puisse s'assoir confortablement, le seul lave main disponible es tellement petit qu'une main d'homme es trop grande pour y tenir entièrement Pas de SDB, la douche es dans le jaccuzi, qui es quand a lui dans le salon, d'ailleurs il prend 80% du salon. C'est pas ce que j'appelle une suite désolé, chambre avec jaccuzi a la limite et encore bref Les murs du bâtiment doivent être très fin, tu entend tout ce qui se passe chez les voisins. Pour terminer, concrètement tu paye 250/300e la nuit... Beaucoup trop cher selon moi, ya largement mieux pour moins cher en région parisienne, je n'irai plus jamais ici (sans compter les 16e de parking)

Not worth the inconvenience!

We spent a night at Suite l’Eclipse in February 2023, the sojourn and the communication with the owner were not good at all. We found the room with a water leakage, coming from the hot water boiler in the bathroom. The bathroom floor was full of water, the property was already aware of the leakage as two towels were already placed on the floor, but we weren’t advised in advance neither somehow compensated for the inconvenience. I explained to the owner that we paid for an accommodation fully enjoyable, not to play with carpets and towels trying to contain the leakage, and especially we didn’t pay to wet our feet every time we had to use the toilet. The toilet is the very basic service, not a nice to have. He recognised the issue and agreed to a refund, he tried to call us at dinner time, however after we left the apartment he stopped to answer to messages and refused to grant any refund.

Further to the leakage, other problems we found at the accommodation: 1. With a private message the owner stated that a welcome bottle of wine would have been in the apartment. There was no bottle of wine, however inside the fridge we found a “wine based drink”, half empty, leftover from previous guests. Not an issue that there was no wine, we weren’t expecting any, but the property offered us something already consumed by previous people, which I found unbelievable. 2. There was no water available at the apartment. We could find only a small bottle left inside the fridge, with no labels, already opened, I believe again a leftover from previous guests. 3. The boiler for the tea was half full with a drink from previous guests, meaning that the cleaning service didn’t have neither a quick look at the boiler. 4. In general, the cleaning of the apartment was poor. 5. There is no place to hang clothes, except for an hanger close to the entrance door which was broken. 6. The bedroom door is not properly opening/closing, you have to drag it. 7. The handle to regulate the temperature of the bath is blocked, we couldn’t have temperature below 37 degrees.
