About this apartment rental
This property sits on a hill, just 1,700 ft (0.32 miles) off Grace Bay beach, which is regularly ranked the best beach in the world. It is also centrally located, close to Providenciales’ most important services. Just 780 ft (0.15 miles) away is the largest supermarket, and it is within a five minute drive of everything else: Graceway Plaza is a five-minute walk, with two dozen or so businesses, including a bank, a liquor store, a café, a phone company, and a bookstore; within a minute’s drive (or a 13-minute walk) are several beachfront resorts (with in-house restaurants), TCI’s National Environmental Centre (with exhibits on local animals and flora), and a beachfront park. The same park is home to the popular Thursday Night Fish Fry, celebrating local culture and cuisine. It is a must attend event for tourists looking to experience local culture, or if you just want to have some fun.
The Regent Village and Saltmills shopping centers are a five-minute drive, while Turtle Cove Marina, with a number of restaurants, is less than a three-minute drive. We strongly recommend a car rental for a broader, more authentic, and more fulfilling Island experience, and it is a must for guests choosing a villa over a beachfront resort experience, although a handful of guests chose not to rent a vehicle and still enjoy their stay.
Our accommodations
This property enjoys ocean views from the living area and the balcony. It is tastefully furnished with a full kitchen, full size front load GE washer/dryer, Kohler fixtures, air-conditioning and Hunter ceiling fans throughout, and an outdoor terrace with a pergola. It represents unmatched value.
This property is unique because it is more private than a resort (it is enclosed by a four to five-foot wall with gated access), but there are multiple villas adjacent to each other, ensuring that there is usually someone on site. There is also a caretaker and concierge generally on site to assist, from 8 am to 6 pm, an unheard-of amenity at this price range. The property is also well lit at night, with an array of security cameras and motion sensors at strategic locations throughout the grounds. We put a strong emphasis on your safety and security.

Highly recommend this as a vacation spot!

We had a great time on our last minute trip to Turks and Caicos. Place was a great option for the price. Walking distance to the super market, all the beach equipment you need plus two bikes to use. Get a rental car and you will be all set.

We had a great week visiting the Turks and Caicos island and overall enjoyed our stay at Paradise Villas. We found communication to be slow and at times repetitive messages needed to be sent to get a response- despite this check in and check out went smoothly and we had no issues. It is advertised that there is a safe in the room- there is not. Restaurant access was fairly limited, but we didn’t mind walking and cabs were easy to come by. We did rent a car for 3 days which allowed us to see more of the island, but if you didn’t want to do that Grace Bay is a beautiful beach that is a quick 5 minute walk down the road.
The unit itself was clean and as pictured, the bed was comfortable, and had all the kitchen equipment we needed. We enjoyed the added feature of the bbq as well! We felt safe in the unit and walking out around the unit. I would recommend Paradise villas for those wanting to see Turks in a more budget friendly way.

We stayed here for just one night on our way to North Caicos. It was a nice condo in a good location. We did not have a car, but all we needed was the beach and light groceries for a day. Grace Bay and the IGA were both within walking distance.

We were very happy with our unit. Very comfortable and just as listed. The WiFi is great. We brought a SuperBox and it worked perfectly. We felt very safe in the unit. Happy with the location from grocery stores, walking to the beach and the airport. Kitchen had everything we needed and the bed and couch was very comfortable.

The pictures online were accurate of the rental. The directions were quite cumbersome with too many details. If it had stated stay straight on Leeward Highway that would have been so much easier. In the directions it stated to turn opposite the Movie Cinema, which does not exsist any longer. The 8 minute ride turned into almost 45 minutes. No one seems to know Pratt Road and very difficult to see at night. A BETTER landmark would have been to look for a sign for Richmond Hill which is a huge sign and very visible.
House keeping did not hold up their end as we had no paper towels, trash bags, dishtowels and various light bulbs not working. Remotes went out for AC and TV within a day.
There is a need for more bowls and coffee cups in the unit. There were 2 cups/ bowls only. There were many plates, containers, pans etc That part was fine, just the things we needed were not plentiful. The clock in bedroom is just broken!
We had one full day of rain and 5 leaks in the ceiling. We had to use all the towels in the unit to soak up water, then wash them. Not their fault.
It sounds as if we hated it but in reality we had a great time. This was about our 6th visit to Provo and we just love it.
The appliances are new and worked. One issue was the icemaker froze up and large chunks of ice appeared.
Ben was FANTASTIC and repsonded quickly to each of our concerns, which were daily and numerous. Definitely suggest you stay here. The view is beautiful.Enjoy the patio and chill.

Great central location! Literally a rock throw away from the main grocery store across the street! Centrally located from all the beaches north and south! Great price for a nice secluded area away from the resorts but yet close to all the spots!

This property was clean and had everything we needed for our 10 day stay but we had to drive to everything including the beach which was fine . Towards the end of our stay we got some rain and the roof leaked we called the numbers left for us to contact and left a message but never got any response including from the care taker on the property the next day it was obvious that they had had problems in the past by the patchwork already done overall our stay was pleasant

Wish we could have stayed longer! The accommodation were great as well as location. Extremely clean & everything we needed. An extra thank you to Ben & John who were so responsive to our questions and made very minor repairs within hours! Exceeded our expectations! We would definitely recommend and return !

Central location
This property is conveniently located near the grocery store and Bight Beach - which is the location of the fun fish fry on Thursday evenings. The property is as described - although we were disappointed not to receive the additional requested items listed in an inventory and supplied on a “first cone, first served” basis. As we saw very few other guests at the villas, except on two nights, we felt that the requested items should have been available, at some point, during our stay. I had to request the door lock code less than 24 hours before our departure; we never saw the owner to ask about the operation of the security system - which did not match the description given prior to check in. A maintenance person and his helper were there shortly after we arrived, but their command of English and knowledge of the security and non functioning tv precluded any help for us. We were able to get the tv working later that evening. We saw no-one again until our last day there - when we were given a bottle of wine. While very thoughtful and much appreciated, it would make more sense to offer this at the beginning of the trip. On our last night there, we had our own supplies to finish up so we’re unable to also enjoy this gift. I appreciate that, having purchased a SIM card at FLOW, next to the grocery store, I could have called the owners. I guess that I was simply surprised to never see them. Especially as it the material provided at booking suggested that caretakers would be on site during the day. Small things that would have made one feel more welcome.....
Overall, we were very happy with our choice of accommodation in Providenciales and I would have no hesitation recommending this place to friends. Just hope that my “negative” comments are helpful in making this listing “top notch”.

Pristinely clean, conveniently located & well maintained villa.
We selected this property after reading a ton of great reviews. We couldn’t agree more, this property is meticulously kept. Everything is clean and cared for daily.
The villa is conveniently located, it was a six minute walk to the beach. Two famous snorkel spots are a quick walk in either direction down the beach.
I would recommend a car. When we visited the island, the weather was unusually windy and chilly so we took drives to Sapadilla beach as Grace Bay was windy and rough (not typical). The weather is very different on that side of the island.
The grocery store is across the main road but getting there can be like playing Frogger – back to the car recommendation.
My only negative would be hearing the traffic from the main road, it can get noisier on Friday or Saturday nights but otherwise not a bother at all.
There are bicycles you can use on the property and the owners were very accommodating with late check out. They even offered to clean during our stay. Great experience all around! I would definitely come back. Thank you.

Nice place in a great location. Near beaches, big grocery store, and the main grace bay strip. Bed was super comfy.

Un paradis près de l’autoroute
Rapport qualité prix imbattable pour Turquoise. Très propre et service irréprochable. Le seul bémol est que la villa est près de l’autoroute , on entend les voitures passer .,

Clean and cozy - perfectly situated between the beech and grocery store. My family loved it!

Excellent location and clean airbnb in Provo
The advertisement was very accurate, the villa was very clean with updated appliances including washer and dryer, comfortable bed, quality linens and towels, plus beach towels, stocked kitchen with blender, toaster and toaster oven in addition to the regular appliances. They even had a cooler that we could take to the beach! Some soap and bath wash supplied, but no shampoo. Pack that or purchase at the IGA grocery just a few blocks away. We did not have a phone with a landline, so that is one thing I really wish we had in order to call ahead and make reservations at local restaurants and dive shops - but we were still able to do a lot of that with the free WiFi on the property. I would highly recommend this place. It was lovely. Not as much luxury as you see at many of the resorts, but that isn't what we were looking for. Especially when those places cost about 5 times more per night. The value was extremely great and the location perfect. You got an ocean view with beach access in a 5 minute walk just at the bottom of the hill. We would definitely go back! We felt safe and secure. The caretakers on the property were wonderful people and the owners very responsive to our needs/emails.

A GREAT STAY!!
A really nice place in a nice location. Nice staff. Well stocked villa. Extra touches (beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc.) very much appreciated. Snorkel from shore off Bight and Smith reef, sweet. Thursday night party at Bight Park was awesome. Oh, and the food. So many amazing meals. Seafood was perfect everywhere, every time. Jerk chicken was the serious kind, yum. Would have loved to stay longer...

Great place!
This place was great. Check-in/out process was very easy. Everyone was nice and they responded to my messages very quickly. The A/C and laundry was great (we've stayed in a Caribbean villa before that did not have them and now it's a must for us). The location was perfect! We felt safe our entire stay. Grocery store is within walking distance, as is the weekly fish fry. Anything else is a short drive (avg ~5 min). The amenities that we could check out were good quality. The caretaker is very friendly. He's there when you need him but you still feel that sense of privacy that you would want when renting a villa. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked well and had everything we needed. Plenty of towels, bed linens, etc. We loved our stay and would stay here again.

Mini Vacation
My sister and I went to Turks & Caicos to launch our first series of sistercations. This Villa was great and clean and the washing machine and dryer made it easier to pack light. The staff were wonderful and gave us a little gift. So close to the beach, I'd recommend renting a car.

Great Location!!
We had easy communication when booking, and an easy check in. I can not say enough kind things about how helpful everyone was! Roger was there everyday, and made sure our stay was great! He encouraged us to ask for anything we needed.
Villa 1 was the perfect size for the 2 of us. The kitchen was more than well stocked. We loved having beach chairs for the week and a cooler.
You are walking distance to Bight Park and the Thursday fish fry. We had a rental car, and explored the whole island. Definitely walk to the fish fry though, parking is limited.
All in all a wonderful experience.

This location is a perfect location, close to everything. Staff was helpful with anything we needed and the place had everything you needed!

Great home away from home.
This is a great property. From the moment we arrived to the time we left we were very comfortable. The property is great for a couple. It's close to Bight beach and only a short drive to Grace Bay and Chalk Sound. If you plan to stay here, you will need a rental car. Bight beach is within walking distance, but for restaurants and shopping, a vehicle will be needed. Graceway grocery is a short drive up the street.
It is nice that the property has beach chairs, umbrellas and hammocks available for you to sign out. Cooler is available in unit also.
The only set back we had was that the safe box door did not close. While the property is safe and always has someone there (exception Sunday), it would have been nice to have locked our personals away.
Also, out of all the evenings, Saturday was the loudest with traffic from Leeward highway. Other than the one night of traffic noise, it was a very peaceful stay.
The property is well equipped with everything and they have thought of everything that you could need at the beach. We would definitely stay at this property again.
Thanks for a great vacation. Looking forward to visiting again.

Awesome Views and Awesome People!
We had a spectacular time at the villa and on the island! The villa was very nice and well equipped. The location was superb, with one way the grocery store and the other right down to the beach. Roger was on-site attending to the property and very helpful. Sherina was attentive, and information was provided at the villa concerning where to go, where to eat, etc. Roger provided us with beach chairs and a beach umbrella. The people on the island of Turks and Caicos were awesome, so friendly and helpful. We went to the local fish fry on Bight Beach, and it had free live music and very good food at a decent price. We definitely would stay at the villa again, and highly recommend it to friends and family!

Perfect Location
As a solo traveler I couldn't have picked a better villa for my first time on the island. The location was great. It's a quiet area close to everything I needed to enjoy my vacation. Only major downfall is that the cable wasn't working and DVDS weren't available until my last night stay. I wish the check out time was at least 11am. There's no traditional oven so it was difficult for my style of diet to plan out meals. The villa is very clean and instantly felt like home away from home.
